This was my first time at this dealership and it was pleasant. The person who helped me with everything was Akil. He did a great job making me feel comfortable and safe. He ensured me that the dealership will take care of me and my car and that gave me some relief. I felt taken care of and listened to by Akil & as a woman, that is top tier. He also helped facilitate me getting dropped off at my home and picked back up once my car was ready. I really appreciated that and it helped me so much given my situation. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and the experience. Also want to mention how great Pedro was when dropping me off at my home. He was very personable and kind. I can’t remember the name of the man who picked me up but he was also amazing. We talked about our love for our dogs and it made me feel good.
Even with all the drama my truck purchase involved, individuals there were very nice and obviously their goal is to make a good commission but these guys still were reasonable and just pretty patient the whole time. Definitely want to thank Chris K. For his patients and help with a great looking truck.
Came here for an oil change and air filter replacement, got my car back with a huge crack in the windshield. Guy really tried to tell me its cause of the heat…. i park outside every single day and yet the one time i bring it here I get it back with a crack? Try again. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service from David. Dude should be fired.
We bought a car for our 16 year old daughter and Robel and Manny was extremely helpful and honest. Went to another dealer that was not honest and truthful and changed the car deal at the last minute. I will be going back to Autonation again to purchase my next vehicle.
Great staff! Jose (Pepe) was very friendly and helpful, but most importantly he was transparent with the entire process. They made a great appraisal for our trade in, and all associated paperwork finished within a nominal time. Joseph was very flexible on financing, and found a good deal that didnt break the bank. Overall great service, with little to no pressure.
First, the front desk that helped me-his name is Ken is very loud & cocky. He did not call me for detailed explanation - he texted me after the transmission was done & luckily it was covered by warranty. No approximate time frame was given at least. The receipt that we received after the car was fixed indicated many car issues that supposedly reported was the problem of our car, which we really only one issue when we came which was the air bag didn’t show even when passenger is sitting on the seat. So the air bag issue was fixed. When we came home-I noticed a red paint on the bumper of my car & the license plate on the front was bent which to me looked like whoever was driving my car in the shop slightly hit another vehicle with a red paint. Since the paint came of easily & the license plate was easily fixed, I decided not to make a big deal. However, I find it dishonest & very suspicious-what else they didn’t tell about?
Need to get my transmission replaced and this place has decent reviews and is somewhat conveniently located. Unfortunately, no one can ever seem to get an advisor available for a quote, and after three tries, Im not going to beg to give a business thousands of dollars. Sorry guys, wish I couldve given you a better review.

Couldve been better, Autonation Nissan had my car in the dealership for almost two weeks . Wasnt easy for me getting to and from work for that period of time without transportation.. Felt like they Couldve done a better job handling the situation. They Couldve offered to take my Nissan to another dealership to get it fixed if they were behind or offered a rental car while I had to wait for so long... Definitely not the best experience...

A stellar comebackMy initial thoughts were theyre screwing my son on his first car purchase ever in his life. A $17,000 used car shouldnt be allowed to be sold with thrashed windshield wiper blades, a slow leaking tire with a screw jammed between the tread, and brakes that are beginning to squeal but can only be heard when the AC isnt running. When he tried to contact someone, he got the run around...put on hold indefinitely, messages not returned...etc. When he finally got to the dealership, he was told he didnt have a warranty...none...not even the 90 days he had been told he had when he bought it.Then a man named Mark helped him get to the bottom of things. Omar in service made sure he was fixed up, and a real nice handsome guy named Bernie personally made sure my son left safe and happy. There was one other gentleman with an accent whose name I regretfully did not get so thank you to him as well.Im wondering if Bernie is married 😁
They do a great job with servicing your car and customer service however, appointment times dont mean much to them. I made an appointment and when I arrived, I was told there were several cars in front of me. Nothing express about their service.

I brought my Armada in Friday morning for my ac to get checked. Service manager called me Friday afternoon and said they could not find anything but he wanted to keep the vehicle overnight to check the air temp in morning vs afternoon and that he would call me Saturday 1000. No phone call occurred and at 11 I called the call center and talked to Kim. She put me on hold twice and after 5-10 minutes I was disconnected. I called back and asked to speak to Hugo and she said he was off today. I said he told me he was working and she insisted he was not and that someone else would call me within the hour. Two hours later nobody called. I drove up to Nissan and to my surprise Hugo was working. At best Kim is incompetent. At worst she is just drawing a paycheck and sabotaging the Nissan brand.P.S. it won’t let me write a second review but my interaction with Hugo the service manager was first rate and 5 stars. Low rating because this is not the first time the call center has failed me
Ulysses and Dee were very very helpful and accommodating. Ulysses took time explaining the the difference between Kicks and Sentra based on my needs as a driver/owner of the car. He was the only one who did that compared to the rest of other dealerships I visited.
11 July. I would return for service often, however I do Not live in Nevada. I was visiting. Nothing major, just an oil & filter service.The general manager, Mr. Manny Floyd was excellent and the Hispanic service writer was good too.

AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas need major sugary. Disconnect between repair department and service desk people, parts ordered no way the service desk knows and parts received nobody make a phone call or email / text to let us know its ready. The first time they told us would order the parts we wait for more than a week no one call us, so we call back and told come in, but get there saying no parts. My guess is the parts ordered for us was used by some other recall car. Due to bad service communication, we have to come 4 time to fix a recall problem.
The service manager is a great guy . Ive never had any problems whatsoever with the service thats why I keep coming back

Rather quickly got to what I needed including trade-in value and new car sales price. Great salesman. Your service department disappointed me when they had filled each of the four tires to greater that 50 psi when they should have been 33 psi in the front and 30 psi in the back. Such pressures are dangerous in this desert environment which involves high temperatures reached at highway speeds. They need to be more aware of what they are doing and not just simply add air until they think it seems right.
Chuck ..In my years of going to car dealership repair shops, I have never met any service advisor as courteous, honest and friendly as Chuck (Claude Griffin).My car was serviced promptly and efficiently as he promised. Large Nissan dealership and svc center on Sahara Ave. in Las Vegas. I read a few google reviews before hand to see if I wanted to get my Nissan vehicle serviced at this location. A mix of reviews, but more positive then not positive. I went online to make an appt. The online chat representative made my appt, but gave wrong reason for svc needed on my car.I received an email with the confirmation of my appt date and svc advisor Matthew R and his email. I emailed Matthew and explained what my service requirement was, but never received a response back.Took my car to this svc center the next day at 4pm on a Wednesday, met Matthew R. and brought my previous repair paperwork since this was my first visit at this location.Matthew was pleasant, but was learning how to use the Nissan svc order in take tablet and was struggling with how to use it. His coach was instructing him during my visit dropping my car off.At the end of the svc order in take process I asked Matthew when I would receive a call to find out how much it would cost and know what the cause of my engine noise was. He said hed call me the next day by 2 or 3 in the afternoon.I didnt receive any call, so I called the svc center at 3 pm the next day on Thursday, was told Matthew had left at 12pm, by Sarah, the cust svc rep who answered the phone. I asked if someone else could help me with my car status. I was put on hold and a few minutes later Sarah, said Omar would call me back before he left his shift at 6 pm. At 5:30 pm., no one had called, so I called back to see if I could retrieve my car. Apparently, at the rate of the response I wasnt receiving, I knew my car wouldnt be looked at on Thursday either. Sarah answered the phone and I told her, Im coming back to pick up my car, since Im not getting any call backs. She said she would tell the svc center I would be picking up my car.Arrived at the Nissan svc ctr around 6 pm, and only 2 svc advisors were there. And there were 2 customers in front of me with situations that they were discussing regarding their vehicles.I finally was helped and explained the situation of wanting to pick up my car. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful, and said they were extremely backed up with vehicles needing repairs and I probably wouldnt have received a call regarding my car for 2-3 days after I dropped it off. Ive never had this issue with Nissan svc centers, truly a sad situation for not being a satisfied customer or receiving good service. This svc advisor also said Matthew was off for the day, that was another reason he hadnt called me. Two different answers, so who knows where Matthew was on Thursday.After about 25 minutes, I was able to get my car and leave. The svc advisor had to work around how the order was input, so he could check out my vehicle properly in the Nissan system. He also asked if I was bringing my rental car back, but I told him I never rented a car, another incorrect entry in my service order.I will not be returning to this location ever for service on my vehicle. No communication to customer and over run with too many vehicles needing repairs. Take a number and wait a long time.
Came in to get my car serviced. The waiting room was pretty crowded, so I sat in the showroom. Quite a few people walked passed me and didn’t even say good morning. Robel was the first person to speak to me, offer me some water…just all around, he was so nice. Even behind his mask, I could “see” his smiling, friendly face. After he spoke, others followed suite. Thanks for being nice. Jenet was really nice and efficient. She’s the person who actually took care of my needs when I brought my car in.
Ended up paying more in additional fees. Loan supposed to be for 60 months. On contract says 71 for the same agreed monthly payment. So be aware of what they are saying is not matching contract.
Reliable place for car repairs. Always had a good experience here. They give you a deal when they can. I also bought my car here a few years ago and it was a pleasant and swift experience from start to finish. David was my sales rep and he was very professional and helpful. Ron is the service rep I deal with and he is a cool guy who looks out for me financially. He is funny and nice to talk to as well and also very professional. I would recommend this place for sales or service.
When we initially walked in everyone was nice attentive and helpful. Without going any further into the car inventory they gave us two options. Both on an as is 2013 pathfinder. My husband has descent credit, so that was confusing. It’s like we were being pressured to settle (which we did) Because we were so desperate to get a vehicle to travel back and forth to see our son in NICU. Our first issue with the car was a simple sunvisor which we still haven’t gotten yet every time we go they tell us there’s no one there to take care of that situation so I still don’t have a sun visor . Now we’re having other issues with this vehicle and it’s just a headache we even had to contact the bank to see if they can help us out. Surprisingly the bank manager who we spoke with was kind and asked us why did we settle for 2013 when my husband had an option to get a later model with his credit and with the down payment that we made. He also told us we have the option to trade it in, but they told us that we can’t. Long story short I would not recommend anyone to go there it’s just a headache and a disappointment.

Was told by phone scheduler that when you have an appointment for service your car goes right in when you arrive. Made an appointment. Arrive and see that it’s a mess of cars and it’s going to be 2 hours before my car goes in. Why even bother making appointments if they mean absolutely nothing when you get there. Do not go to this dealer for service unless you have 4-8 hours of time to waste waiting for your car to get the most basic maintenance work done.

I had a great experience at autonation nissan! My lease was coming up on my other vehicle and I just wasn’t happy with the car I was driving. Auto nation nissan was amazing they really tried to make sure they were getting me the best deal on a car even though there is a car shortage right now. Jose and everyone one that helped us a autonation nissan were great from choosing the car, trying to get the best price, to all the different insurance bundles and to explaining all the features in the car. I will always come back to autonation nissan and I’ll also ask for the sales agent Jose!

Was not informed of any delays as we waited in the lounge. Had to find service rep. and waited approximately 20 minutes while he a a technician were looking at another vehicle. Finally he decided to check on our vehicle. It was over one and half hour past when service rep. stated it would be done. Payed for vehicle and was told they were going to wash it. Again we waited and waited for the car. No car. Finally a service person Eryko approached us and went looking for our car this is approximately 25 minutes after we had payed. He was the only person working there that seemed concerned about our car. He found our car and took it to the wash. Obviously no one checked on our car even though I had informed a different service rep. at least 20 minutes prior to that. I purchased my car and have had it serviced there since the beginning and this was the worst service I have ever had.
This is the 3rd time I purchase from this dealer. The 2 previous times everything was great, no problems and left happy with my purchase. This last time I was very unhappy with the service I received from everyone except my sales person. The only reason I still got the car was that my salesman tried to help me out and i had no time to keep looking in another dealership. Very, very disappointed. I now know next time I need a car to not go there.

The service advisor that I worked with was very friendly and helpful except when it came to renting a car while my vehicle was being fixed. I know it was out of his hands because there wasn’t a loaner available but when a person has to be without their only vehicle for 8 days, I believe it should be a priority to have something those individuals can get by with for the length of time they won’t have the use of their only vehicle. Even if they contract with an outside renter to refer you to.Outside of the car rental experience I went through while my car was at autonation Nissan Las Vegas, (my rental was through enterprise and I recommend going through anybody else because not only did they double charge the rental, i.e. me and my warranty company they were not only unhelpful they were rude and just plain ridiculous when I was trying to communicate with them. Horrible experience. Shame on you enterprise. I’ll never go there again and I recommend no one else does either.) everything went as fast and accurate as they could get it done. They even fixed some problems that I didn’t know I needed done. They dealt with my warranty company to the point I didn’t even know how fast things would fall into place. Then they guarantee the work and stand by that guarantee. I’d use auto nation again for sure. If you will have to rent a vehicle remember maybe mention that to the service member when booking your appointment
Had warranty tire replaced. Spare and right rear tires were repaired and the spare was put back into place under the car. Did an awesome job.

I left my car its a Nissan Kicks 2019 there to check whats wrong with it and waited for a couple of Hours the person I was with his name is Hugo Martinez and told me that Mass Airflow Sensor and something with the circuits and Distance Sensor is Damage Clean Throttle Beely Idle Reclean and more thing but I couldnt read it on the paper it all leads to 2,700 dollars to repair it? Im like does my warranty cover it He told me it Got declined to call this Number 264-32263 its not even a phone number I try calling it and it missing some number I dont know if they are trying to get my money but this dealership is horrible I come here to do an oil change to check if my car running well no problem I ask them every time I visit there no problem with my car they told me everything is great no need to worry about it and all of Sudden this happens? Terrible People all they care about is money, not the customers wouldnt recommend coming here to repair your car, of course, I didnt pay I went to another shop to fix it they told me just the airflow sensor it a new car they shouldnt be charging you this much and especially giving u a fake number and overcharge you for nothing they are scammers
Last 2 times I came to get service I was disappointed from the service persons.Unpleasant and didn’t clean the car.Chris was the guy who helped me since I bought the car in 2017 and he set a high standard for me. Since he left I’m very disappointed and I feel the guys there are just trying to get too much money from me.

My car was perfectly fixed, but after being in the shop for 3 weeks, two of my tires had low pressure and my car was dirty. I know people that have taken their cars to the dealer for repairs and they always get their cars washed. First and last time I take my car to this dealer!!
The service there is the worst one I have ever had since I started dealing with nissan 4 years ago..I dropped my car for regular maintenance at 9 am and they told me they have a recall for the fuel pump so I have to leave it a couple of hours till they fix it...I came now its passed five pm and guess what!!they only did the oil change and tire rotation and nothing else!!!! Because they dont have the piece to replace..it took them 8 hours!!!!! To only change the oil and do the tires and I am still waiting for my car till now.. Also the customer service over the phone was so bad too because no one was able to tell me the car situation at all even after 10 calls..this is my experience here..very bad.

I dropped my car off to autonation nissan. They did an oil change to my car on Saturday, May 8. I only realized once I got home that one of my hubcaps were missing from my rear wheel. I called them multiple times to ask about my hubcap and every single time, they tell me the managers or mechanics in charge are busy and they will call me back which they never do. Last call I spoke to them and and they said they would check cameras to see if they hubcap was definitely on the car when I dropped it off and if it was removed by accident when they did the tire rotation or whatever they do along with the oil change and inspection process. They have still yet to get back to me. I know its a minor issue, but its how they go about dealing with customer issues such as this which is why I do not recommend anyone to this dealership. I called immediately on Monday, May 10th to see if they still have my hubcap. At this point if they did, they probably got rid of it or lost it.

Service was great! There was a little bit of an issue at first due to my original technician leaving or getting promoted to a different Nissan. Blake and Wido ended up completely turning it around To a very positive experience. I know nothing about cars so it was great that they spoke to me with kindness and reassured me that everything was running smoothly with my car. I rely on my Altima greatly, so me having a trustworthy team to go to is very important to me. Thank you for taking care of me guys! I really appreciate it.

Blake was super friendly and super professional. The service tech (sorry I can’t remember his name) that greeted me was super nice and professional as well. The tech was super respectful of social distance when I was in the bay and obtained all my information then directed me to Blake. When I got inside to talk to Blake he was professional and advised me of all the service being performed on my car. We actually had a great conversation about coffee and he recommended a Cinnamon/Hazelnut coffee from Sprouts which I am yet to buy but the friendly conversation was about all I needed in these crazy times. Can’t thank him enough for that. While I waited for my car to be serviced l, the lounge was nothing short of spectacular and comfortable. Upon completion of service, Blake informed me that my car was going through the wash and that i would be ready to go momentarily. I didn’t ask for a car wash but they did it complimentary. Small things like that and the plastic wrap on the gear shifter make me happy that I chose Nissan for my vehicular needs. I appreciate everything that day from my service appointment. My car was finished in a timely manner & when I picked it up I was very happy with the work that had been completed. This is a large beautiful showroom with a great staff, courteous and respectful. I arrived with no credit and they worked to get me financed for a great car.
They damaged my van and didn’t tell me on site.9/17 Dropped off, got a recall done, picked up. They said everything is fine9/21 Found the scratches on the roof and checked the dashcam, I was sure its damaged by the car wash.9/22 Went back, talked to Service Director Wido van Muyden. He didnt really believe until he tried the car wash again with me, and got my van scratched again in front of me. Then he apologized and offered me free repair. I wasnt so happy with him not taking the fact really seriously that nobody told me on site . I asked for a $100 cash compensation and got rejected. He is ok to give me a free alignment, and my van was scheduled to be ready by 10/09.9/30 Received call and I was told the Van is ready. They did a very fine job repairing all the damages and it looks nothing never happened. I believe they did try their best to get my van ready asap.I update my rating from 1 star to 3 stars for their fine work and nice attitude. Hopefully what happened to me wont happen to any one else.

My service rep Ron was very accommodating to get me in right away, after the roadside assistance got me there with my vehicle with a dead battery. The 20k maintenance service was performed as well. The only thing was I had to wait two and a half hours for it to finish, but I was glad to have it all done!

Service department personnel need some covid training. Staff need to wear masks properly especially since they deal with customers directly. Staff also needs more training as to how to interact with customers.

Omar told me it would be about a 1.5 hour wait and for the first time in the many appointments Ive had there, it was actually completed in the time I was told.
Sold our 2nd car to them. The person we had an appointment with was not there but the other used car manager was available. They were able to meet the offer of other dealers so we sold it to them. A little confusion over who was doing what, but they got everything squared aware.
