First time I’ve changed insurances and let meTell you I’ve been impressed with Allstate. Great overall. Isabel Jimenez has been nothing but great to me and has helped me with any unanswered questions I’ve had. I’d recommend if your thinking of switching insurances might want to give Allstate a chance. Never one notice in mail, phone, text, email in regards to non payment. My bank issued new cards bc of expiration.I was notified by DMV… NEVER one notification from Allstate in lapse of coverage. Not to mention I have never missed a payment as I have always auto paid and great driving record. I know am paying 500+ fines to DMV and the cherry on top is that Allstate will no longer cover me. I easily went to geico and got insurance immediately. In a world where there are a thousand ways to reach people. Not one notification ever received. Poor customer service

LACI was very friendly. Took plenty of time with me to explain my coverage amounts and what everything specifically covers. VERY PATIENT. Was here for about 2 hours adjusting coverage amounts and different add on coverages to see price differences. Highly recommend.They saved me about $50 from previous provider Farmers. I did go from 50/100 with Farmers to 25/50 with Allstate, but thats cause Farmers wouldnt let me go any lower with Rideshare. Plus I also have a few more add ons with Allstate that I didnt get with Farmers.

Called to originally get renters insurance & they told me they can only help if I get or have Auto insurance . I didnt, I got a quick quote of how much they would charge me if I do get Full Auto coverage for my vehicle . Surprisingly it was lower and stayed the same amount for month to month. I couldnt turn down the offer. It also came with perks of having towing services & getting a refund if you show them your reciept. Also came with car rental service incase stuff happens with your vehicle you will still be able to get to and from places . I think the coolest thing of it all was that it has an application that can help you earn money by being a good & safe driver. Not sure what other insurance does this. Definatley reccomend All state . They are helpful every step of the way, answering all the questions you dont understand .
