Nevada Auto Insurance is great. I live in California, and I was having a hard time trying to find insurance for my rental house out in Las Vegas. I was calling multiple insurance companies, but they were very vague and not helpful. Unreal how bad their coverage and customer service is. Stay away. They cannot handle NEVADA live DMV verification and did not even send a bill in the mail, cancelled their useless policy after they claimed I didnt answer their call once. Unbelievable good thing I didnt actively drive the truck I wanted covered. Still working on the motor any way!!! Jerks!!!!

Given a temporary low rate then its been increase twice the last two months without a reason. I cancelled my policy through phone call and email that I was given by the representative and they still charged my account. I would not reccomend this overly priced insurance to anyone.I absolutely believe this company runs fraud transactions. After cancelling my insurance, they still depited my account for double what I was oringally paying, and only got back a partial refund after doing circles to get back the unauthorized charge. I still have not been fully refunded, or have they been easy to get answers to why they havnt refunded me. I would not trust this company, and I do not recommend them on any level.
