Balsiger Insurance was recommended to me by a friend who has been a client of theirs for many years. I have been a client of Balsiger Insurance for only 6 months and I could not be happier with an Insurance Company. I like to do my homework and I did get several quotes, and their rates are the very best and their Customer Service has been top notch! I highly recommend Balsiger Insurance to anyone!

I decided to do business with Balsiger Insurance in December 2017. I paid the premium promptly and shortly after that started getting threatening emails from Travelers saying that my payment was overdue. They had credited it to another account. I contacted my agent who told me everything was taken care of. Again, I got threatening emails saying they were going to cancel my policy in March 2018. I again called my agent. She assured me she would get it taken care of and respond to me as soon as she did. I never received a call from her. I finally got a letter from Travelers informing me my policy was reinstated. No apology - no nothing. I will not be doing business with Travelers or Balsiger in the future.
