John was super honest and so was his mechanic. The best place to get your hybrid fixed. I drove my 08 Honda Civic Hybrid from Salt Lake City to Vegas, to get my hybrid battery switched out over there. Unfortunately, I messed up the engine on the drive over there.But they still kept it honest with me. They didnt try to rip me off nor did they try to up sell me anything, I dont need, Not pushy. Just honest and helpful.They didnt even charge me anything for the inspection of the car. They called me and kept me up dated. Then they showed me and explained to me, what was going on with my engineThey explained to me, why installing the hybrid battery now, wouldnt make the car run again. They showed me what was going on with my engine. I am gonna fix the engine problem and will be back for the hybrid battery exchange.They could have easily ripped me off, by installing the hybrid battery without warning me about the engine problem. But they didnt do that. they were real honest and real Helpful, they really wanted to get my hybrid running again.This is the place to go if you want to get your hybrid battery fixed by honest mechanics!!! I LL be fixing that engine problem and then go back over there to get my hybrid battery exchanged.These guys are honest and affordable. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to get their hybrid taken care of by some HONEST mechanics!!!

On July 1st/2019 I replaced my Hybrid battery for my 2007 Nissan Altima Hybrid by Peval located on Twain Avenue in Las Vegas he was professional and experience technician I was at the shop for about an hour and a half and I took the refurb battery with a year-and-a-half of warranty I drove the car almost a 1k miles since and Im very pleased with the experience with Green Tech auto. I recommend my friends and family to go there first.I appreciate all the help from the sales department and accounting who made this transaction much easier and friendly thank you!

My experience with Greentec exceeded my expectations. They answered all my questions and did all they said they would do. The technician showed up when he said he would and with precision, professionalism and great care replaced the battery and answered all my questions and concerns. My experience was hassle free. They showed up at my home and took care of everything.

So....Im going to rate a few different aspects1st the battery....Ive purchased 3....I got less than 20k miles off the refirbished models....and finally bought the new cell version....so not a good experience thereSecond...the installs....every time....they were awesome....fast and convienentThird.... customer service dept....here it matters who you talk to....some of them are great.....feels like they all work remotely....so getting anything done quickly seems to be a challengeBottom line.....if I had bought a Toyota battery day one....I would have save money and grief...or if I had bought the high end battery day one....so dont try to save money on the battery....isnt worth it.

To be in Vegas and your Hybrid battery goes bad is crazy.. to be in Sandy Valley it is horrible. (A tow to town is about $178!) Green tec came to me and had my vehicle on the road in less than an hour!! When he turned it on it positively purred..as only a Hybrid can. No fuss.. totally professional and I couldn’t be happier. Even checked the other engine to make sure all was good there. Amazing service.
