I needed a High Pressure Oil Pump replaced and he gave me a fair price and did a great job installing it, not only that but notice it needed some other parts that needed attention and got them fixed. Its hard to find a honest Mechanic in Vegas and this shop is honest.. Only negative comment is that you left my steering wheel oily and my arm rest on my door, I will not hold it against you.. You got my truck running right and I appreciate that.

Vinny is the absolute best in Vegas. My truck was a nightmare and he fixed it up good as new. Not to mention he had to re-do all the issues I had from the last mechanic I used in Vegas..Vinny and his shop are always accommodating and they always are on time. What they say is what you pay. No hidden costs or b.s repairs. Like other mechanics in Vegas. I recommend this shop to anyone who lives in Vegas. A neighbour recommended Reliance after pointing out a horrible leak i had.Vinny and his team are super professional and honest.Had a power steering issue fixed and some long overdue maintenance done.Vinny gave me a direct price and pointed out a few other things that needed to be done. Due to my budget i was not able to get it done at that time. He wasnt pushy about getting it done, he understood my circumstances.I was very comfortable leaving my car with his team, and they also called during the process to touch bases with me on timing and process.finally got a home mechanic

Wanted 3k for a false diagnosis. Brought my car in with a random misfire they claimed to have performed a compression/leakdown test to diagnose the issue and concluded it was the lifters.I wanted a second opinion so I took it to a more reputable shop and they were able to tell me that the engine had lost compression, which means a simple part replacement such as lifters would not fix my issue and I would be better off rebuilding the engine.If this shop actually did the tests they charged me for they would have known the block was toast. Instead they wanted 3k from me, Ive rebuilt the block since then and have seen the damage first hand.

I was taking my vehicle to a place called safe auto and they wanted to charge me 1000 for the same thing that vinny did at reliance for 600. Hands down awesome and honest service with these guys thank you vinny

This is the 3rd time Ive been here for different reasons and theyve always treated me exceptionally well. They are friendly, professional, efficient and generally quick to get your car fixed... unless their parts supplier delivers the wrong part twice and finally gets it correct the third time. I cant fault Vinnie, Justin or any of the staff at Reliance for that. I just appreciated Justin keeping me informed on what was going on. I would highly recommend Reliance Auto Repair.

Had many things that needed work on my car. Took it to a few shops and got shocking estimates for brakes, timing belt, tune up, oil change, transmission fluid, etc. Friend recommended Vinny, and he was completely professional. Told me what I needed immediately, what could wait and what others recommended that I didnt need at all.Then the shocker......................he was 40% LOWER than the next lowest estimate I got. Brought the car to him first thing in the morning and picked it up at end of same day. Runs great.He and his wife Judy run a great business and cleanest auto repair ship Ive seen.Been search for years for an honest auto mechanic and now I found one.Give them a try................................Youll be happy.

Took my 2004 5.9 Cummings to that shop told me my injector pump was bad they installed an in the tank fuel pump and a new injection pump with 12 month warranty the cost was $2300 still wont start it been at that 3 times I get told he is short handed and he cant get to it its been at the shop for 2 weeks vinny told me to take it to another shop I went to Reliance auto repair on a recommendation from a person I know it is very disappointing I thought I was taking to an above avarge shop but I was wrong it is very hard to find a good mechinace you can count on Im,paid in full,for the first job in full even thru them a radiator job on my truck I would not nrecommend this shop to nobody /now Im being called a liar my truck is still their it has been flat bedded 3 times I have the tow bills to prove it I did ask for a new radiator but as far as the starting issue first I was told it was the batteries I put 2 new batteries in it still no start my truck does not start now I wanted to put injectors in my Ginny told me to wait he wanted to check out the old ones that never happened all I wanted to do is fix my truck my truck has been their since 3/19/2018 all I was asking was to get my truck fixed went their today to have my truck towed to a shop that will fix it owner towed it away June cost money but i dont care its gone from their I hope nobody has as bad of an experience as I did choose your mechanic well

Forget about poor mechanical service. I caught the owner/mechanic smoking in my car! He actually told me that its a, vape, and to, lighten up.Las Vegas is ridden with rip-off mechanics, but this guy was just nasty.

Just got my water pump replaced by vinny, excellent work great customer service. Was in and out in less than an hour...got that tahoe back on the road!!
