I havent used their services. But I gave 5 stars for their over the phone CustomerService and there quick scheduling time. I was advised service charge is lower during the week. And more expensive during the weekend.

The only company who can send tech and deliver parts right away. Others were making me wait weeks. Plus the total cost for the parts and labor were reasonable. Service fee went towards the repair. I used my credit card. I am happy over all.

Having them was a total relief!! My freezer was fixed by the repair man who was on time and nice and knowledgeable. This company is the best in Whitney!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I needed the right side orifice repaired on my stove. The repair man gave me an estimate and told me he would be back in 3-5 days. A full week later he finally came to fix it. During this time he pointed out that the left side orifice would also need to be replaced. Why didnt he notice this the first time? I told him to hold off and to just fix the right side for now. Once installed he had me come check it and the front right side burner was turning on the back right side burner and vice versa. After pointing this out he tried to say it was a newer modeled part but clearly he ordered the left side orifice instead. His solution was to replace the left side orifice and order the correct part to come back another time for another $190. I kindly declined the extra part, and at the end he tried to charge me an extra $60 which I had already paid for the initial quote. He then proceeded to complain that he was only making $30 for the day since I pre payed $60 and gave him a $100 deposit after the first visit. Very unprofessional. At the end I was out $190 with the right side orifice still needing to be repaired.Afterwards I called in to complain and was told I would hear back within 24 hours to resolve it. This was 2 weeks ago and I havent heard anything. All in all an absolutely terrible experience, go elsewhere for your appliance needs.
