Sam was so nice!! We purchased our first home and bought all of our appliances with them. He came and installed them the very next day and was very communicative. They also have very good pricing and exceptional customer service!! We will definitely be back!!

This is the guy you want to call! Hes straight-up, professional, honest, respectful, personable, fast and very efficient. We called a few appliance repair shops, but Sam was the one to get back to us quickly. No else responded. We were having problems with our gas stove. One burner wouldnt light, and the others werent burning properly.Sam came out when promised on 7/13/21 and looked things over. He found the problem but recommended we replace the stove because there could be other problems related to the original problem. He priced out a new stove right on the spot, showed us pictures on his phone, and the price was really good. He made sure the new stove matched the color scheme of our other kitchen appliances. Thats above and beyond.We got our stove today, 7/14/21, again, when promised. Overnight turnaround was beyond our expectations. Sam also made sure to register our new stove to make sure its covered by the warranty, even before he installed it. Nobody does that.We cant say enough about Sam. He really cares about taking care of customers. He called every time when he was on the way to the house and always responded to our calls and texts. We appreciate the effort Sam made to help us at a very important time after just buying our home and getting things settled. We will be telling everyone we know about our great experience! I recently bought a washing machine went to use it and it was leaking Mike (the guy that delivered it) turned around and came right back and put a different hose on. Then it made a very loud grinding noise (its now after hours) called back the next morning that they would be out to look at it on Friday, I was a little upset that we had to wait 4 days for them to come look at a washer they just delivered on Monday! It is what it is, we waited until Chris (the tech) to come on Friday. All it was is the piece of metal on the bottom got pushed up when they put it on the dolly to move it into my garage and with the weight of the load it rubber on the metal, an easy fix. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

It may not look like much but definitely a hidden gem in Vegas. Good prices, great service. The set they sold us originally looked decent but ended having an issue, having already been given a discount they even traded for a different set under the 30 day guarantee they offered. Seamless and accommodating. Great people. If youre in the market for used but like new appliances, this is a great place.

Friday afternoon I went to Sam’s found a washer & dryer. I could of went to Home Depot or Lowe’s but I wanted to use a Family owned business in these crazy times. Sam the owner and father delivered the the washer and dryer with his son Sergio. After getting them upstairs and hook up the washer had a problem so I text both and they return with a new one. Sam’s & Sergio’s response time was great and they took care of the problem right away. They gave me the option to get my money back or bring a new one no questions asked. They have new and used Appliances and also do repairs. I will use them in the future or Recommend them to friends and family.

Cool dude, was able to drop off the washer and dryer to my front door because of Covid-19. Also sold me some pipes for them. He was straight forward that the appliance worked it just wasn’t beautiful that’s what is expected when I contacted him. He even did it the same day. Cool dude and will do business with him again.

My standalone stove/oven recently became unrepairable. I found Sams on FB Marketplace and ended up buying a brand new stove AND a used matching fridge! I went up there a couple of times cuz couldnt decide whether I wanted white to match other appliances or stainless because well NEW STYLE and they were very patient with me. I got a great price and delivery was very smooth. Id definitely recommend them. Also this is written during COVID and they followed protocols which as an at-risk senior I super appreciated. We found Sams shop off a whim as our refrigerator went up randomly on us . Not only did they respond quickly but the transaction and delivery happened within hours of each other .
