The 2 gentlemen that came to my apartment were very nice and so professional. Even though my life is kinda chaotic at the moment with taking care of my brother who has cancer. If you need professional people for pest control, these guys are the people to call. I give them 5 stars all day long

We could not have been more pleased with the service we received from The Bugyman! We have owned our home now for almost 3 years and never had it serviced. We experience a sudden invasion of ants in our home. I called one afternoon to see if we could have someone come out soon. I spoke with the office manager, Peggy, and she was very willing to help work with our schedule. She even gave suggestions to handle the problem naturally on our own if we chose not to have them come out. They were able to have someone come out the very next day. The field tech, Edward, arrived right on time. He was very friendly and explained everything. He took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. By the following morning, it was apparent the ant issue had been resolved. Edward also let us know to give him a call and he would come back out for a free follow up if we had any further issue. We will definitely continue to use The Bugyman.

Weve been with the buggyman for about 15yrs and havent been dissatisfied yet! They do really good thorough work and are always on time per scheduled appt. Very satisfied NO BUGS!

I thought they were great and their guarantee to revisit if the spray did control tour problems is a great selling point. I called to get them to come out 2 weeks after last visit and got reasons why the problem continued. Not a pleasant rescheduled appointment

Dont even bother to call this place is an absolutly complete dissapoiment ! First let me start with my problem i have fleas at my house and also a 4 year old of course me and my husband called this place according to their website everything will be fast well we called several times only for them not to answer and keep on changing our appoinment ITS A DAM FLEA PROBLEM !!!!! well the inspection guy went to our house only for him to look not inspect just look at our room sooo mad at this so called bussiness highly not recommended ! Go somewhere dont waste your time
