When I called Bug Guy Pest Control about an ongoing ant problem I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Jeff showed up at the designated time, treated the problem in 30 minutes, and charged a most reasonable rate for the service. He also told me to contact him in a couple of weeks to determine the results of the treatment, asking me to get back to him about whether anything else needed to be done vis-a-vis my ants. Im about to do that now.I would highly recommend Bug Guy Pest Control to anybody who wants courteous and professional service.

Exceptional professional service deserves recognition. I discovered that I had a pigeons nest on my roof under an eave. I made about 15 phone calls to entities claiming to manage bird removals, but in each case they would put something on the roof to prevent birds from landing but wouldnt remove birds already there.Eventually I found Bug Guy Pest Control. Not only did they return my call rapidly, but I was visited within 24 hours to receive a review of my problem, followed by a proposal to remove the nest and to put up aesthetically pleasing barriers preventing the pigeons from returning. After accepting the proposal, I was scheduled for nest removal, which occurred within another 2 days of my original visit, and three days later the remediation team arrived to clean my roof of pigeon poop and feathers and install the barriers, all of which took about 3 hours.As I write this, I no longer hear pigeons on my roof and am extremely pleased with the results. Bug Guy Pest Control staffing was excellent, thoroughly professional and courteous, explaining everything they did before commencing the work.

I was shocked to see such insanely good service. Josh did a perfect job according to my requirements as was very eager to do anything more that I needed (for the same fixed fee). Josh was polite, took all COVID precautions and very courteous. His car was immaculate as well as his uniform. Signs of people that generally do a good job.

We had recently moved into a new house that had a roach problem. We saw a few big sized roaches every day. After calling some exterminators for prices, and a few friends who had hired some before, I decided to hire The Bug Guy. They came highly recommended. I talked to Tashya on the phone who asked me questions to help determine what services I needed. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and explained everything to me, and gave me three options with different prices ranging from me buying the stuff from them and doing it myself, to having someone come out and do it for me. I felt better having them come out since I wasnt 100% sure what kind of roaches were in this house. We set an appointment to have Jeff (the owner) come out. He arrived with a fellow co-worker and I walked them around showing them where weve seen roaches, and I showed some to him along with photos Id taken to make sure it was just one kind of roach. He asked me some questions to determine if they were coming from outside or were living in my home. Turns out they were coming from outside and he showed me exactly where and told me my landlord needs to seal the doors with weather stripping to keep them from coming in. He explained the health issues with roaches in our home. I appreciate that he took the time to educate me as I had no idea. The guys proceeded to dust my house with this foggy smoke like stuff, sprayed our house inside and out, and did granules in our yard. It was more than I was expecting them to do for the price. They were both very polite and pleasant to work with and both had masks and gloves on the whole time at my residence. Upon leaving, Jeff gave me some of the product he used to spray and gave me the instructions on how to use it every few weeks to keep them away. I asked some questions which he answered, and asked if I would have to have him come back. He said when I run out of the stuff, I can buy more from him at his shop and continue to do it myself, or give him a call and book him again. I feel confident enough to do it myself. He wrote a message to my landlord on my receipt with pictures attached of the unsealed doors so they understand the issue and how they can help prevent them from coming in in the future. He also said if I have other bug problems or questions to not hesitate to send him a picture of the bug in question. I waited three days to write this review to see if we had anymore roach problems. I am happy to report that minus to dead roaches found the first day, we have not seen a single roach or any other bug for that matter in our house. Bug Guy is well worth the money! We are happy customers and will happily be calling him when we buy our new house, or have any other bug issues. I cannot recommend them enough. They are amazing!

Setting up the appointment was a pleasure. The technician arrived on time and set to work immediately doing as requested on the phone. Before leaving I said told him those ants were avoiding the bait and he said he would bring some other bait later in the day. That has not happened yet but he killed the visible ants. He did come back with the other bait. So over a week and no ants!!

They go above and beyond! The technician called to let us know he’d be about six minutes late! He was very conscientious with safety protocols (wore mask, gloves, social distancing) and thanked us for following their request to follow safety guidelines as well. We found termites at work and first contacted a different termite company, but they were unresponsive to my calls & emails. Our regular pest control provider recommended the Bug Guy. I had a quote the same day I contacted him! Extremely professional. As a property manager, I often deal with vendors that dont show up when they say they will and then fail to communicate when they will reschedule. Buy Guy Pest Control arrived when they said they would and when it started raining and they had to stop working, they returned the next day, and the day after that (rain kept interrupting their work)! Full disclosure--they did charge slightly more than the first quote I received, but I learned, you get what you pay for. The 1st termite company quoted me slightly less, but I wasted weeks trying to get them to return my calls and emails. Bug Guy responded immediately and got the job done when he said he would--priceless!
