Was looking for someone to come out and look at our bee situation and found Brad on Desert Oasis Pest Control. Called on a Friday evening around 7 pm and explained to Brad what we were needing. Was surprised when a person answered the phone thinking I would be leaving a voicemail for Monday morning. Brad said he would be able to come by that evening and take a look. Brad was timely, very professional, knowledgeable and even gave us some ideas for helping us with our problem. Would highly recommend using Brad to anyone who has a pest problem as well as us using his services in the future.

Brad was very nice and professional. He takes the time to explain everything and is very quick. He asked questions and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend! The prices are affordable. And he came out 2 days after I called.Unfortunately, we are still getting a few more bugs, more then before. But I am calling Brad back to come spray a second round. Not sure if it’s the heat but these bugs need to go!!!

Desert Oasis was able to get me in very last minute and they were wonderful! Service was thorough and the gentleman who came out took time to explain to me about the type of spray they use and how it works. He was explicit on how it would be safe for my pets which was extremely important for me. Have used Desert Oasis in the past and have no complaints in regards to their ability to kills bugs. I have a HUGE issue with Brad not wearing a mask or booties to enter my home where my asthmatic son lives. Completely disregarded any sort of safety precaution for Covid19. I am a nursing student and this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Will never use them again because of this.

We have been using Desert Oasis since we purchased our home in 2018. The guys are always prompt, courteous and thorough! Whatever they use to spray has always taken care of any issue (we’ve had scorpions, centipedes, ants, bees, etc. on our property). Brad recently came out same day for a bee issue and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Only company we’ll use!

I was in desperate need of bee removal with very short notice. Brad of Desert Oasis showed up and removed the bees within hours of my call to them. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a new house and, shortly after moving in, found evidence of termite activity that may have been missed in the original termite inspection. I called Desert Oasis and received an immediate cheerful hello and how can I help you. Brad met with me at my convenience within the next couple of hours. He was amazingly honest and helpful. I got a full and clear education on what he was seeing, which was that termites had been present but were not currently active -no problem. Then a second area was more complicate and he took me through the pros and cons of treating the area or not treating the area. In the end, I took his advice to not treat the area. So there you have it. Brad was a consummate professional who provided honest and straight forward advice. I am a very pleased, happy, and now very relaxed and self-assured customer. I will go nowhere else while I own this house. I even hired Brad and his sons to regularly come to spray. And, he prescribed the absolute minimum frequency of visits, once again proving that he provides honest and straight forward advice and is NOT focused on generating revenue- Oasis is focused on customer service! These guys are great all around from answering on the first call and getting our initial inspection scheduled thru treatment they have been total class acts. David was very helpful in making sure everything was documented in our inspection report and Steve went above and beyond in applying the treatment by not only explaining the treatment plan and pesticide but also found a few more areas that needed treatment that were missed due to things needing to be moved.10/10 experience with Desert Oasis Pest control!

Had an appointment at 9 am, no show. Did not call me. I called at 9:30 and he said he forgot he had something else already scheduled. I do not recommend.

I called so scared (and in tears lol) not knowing what to do with a insect problem! I talked to them and they put me at ease explaining their process and how they would handle it. I got my appointment 1st thing on a Monday morning and he was right on time! Went through my entire house not missing a spot! I would highly recommend!

I had a beehive that showed up suddenly. They came out right away and took it away. They saved the bees as well. Great people and very professional!

Brad took care of a hive of aggressive bees that moved into an irrigation valve box and were also starting a nest in the overhanging shrub. He is competent, professional, and personable -- very easy to work with. He was also hired recently to do the termite inspection on a house I am selling. Again, a positive experience with Brad. Desert Oasis has done our pest control for 4 years now. They are really great!! It is so easy to schedule and they are very prompt and efficient. They can handle whatever we throw at them--they seem to have a solution for everything. We have a large property with a pool and are right off the desert--so we have seen some issues outside, but they quickly get rid of them. I can honestly say that in the house, we only see dead bugs occasionally--just the way I like them--dead!My Realtor recommended them to us, and I would recommend Brad and David to anyone. They are very reasonable and you get to decided how often you would like them to come. Professional and friendly, you will be happy if you call them.

Brad was so nice and let me know what he was doing and why he put the spray in certain places. He was very thorough.
