Honestly this is the worst “internet” company I’ve ever experienced. The internet connection is absolutely horrible, the tech customer service is unprofessional, misleading, no follow up, rude and very unfriendly. We rarely have working internet, and it’s worse after 7pm till about 9am and seems like every weekend it also doesn’t work. There is no after hour tech support or on call number to troubleshoot. They are trying to promise a “WiFi” that gets 12mbps that’s a joke, I ran a speed test and it was 3mbps. I do not recommend this company whatsoever.
Dont do it. Not worth it. Not usable. No matter what package you go with it is too slow. $55/mo for internet that does not work. Hold your nose and go with Comcast or satellite. Anything but this.

Do NOT get their service for a business, they gave out our personal information to strangers over the phone!! They shut off our internet the day the bill was due even though weve given them our business for years and never been late on a payment before. They also had been charging us for services we were not receiving. Not professional at ALL.
Lied for months of speed..Even their own tech told us .we werent getting the speed and still paying $86.00 for 9 Mbps ..The speed was always low..under all speed testing.They do not have good customer support.They state they sent someone to our home to test..no one showed up.They never even refunded.or anything..and recently in an email.theyre dropping us.and picking up their equipment..And we have been with them since 2014..And they said of 2018 /2019 our contract is up.Theyre Full of Shit! Dont get wireless internet from this Provider..theyre only out for the money .and they lie on the speed.Especially when their own Tech tried to troubleshoot..and stated we were not even getting what we are paying for..
Bought a month and only worked half the time. Tried calling multiple times was told they were going to have a tech call me back for days, Never happened until a young female employee finally after days calling helped me. Sad that a business can be run better in a few minutes by a 16 year old than a group of adults. Plus streaming was always terrible when it did work with an excellent connection on my roku.
After a good first 2 years I had a really bad 2 year stretch. Technicians came out over and over again to replace the radio, or switch towers. Some of this helped a little at first, but my service remained very poor overall. Finally after 2 years of this, the lead tech was sent out and he replaced the line from the radio into the house, and my service has been adequate ever since. Its worth noting, that through this all the employees of Fastwave were always very friendly, and the customer care portion of the service was top notch. The thing they failed on was trouble shooting. After 2 new radios, they should have known the problem was elsewhere. It takes about 15 minutes to do a good job changing then line from the radio into the house, but it took them 2 years to do it. Should my service continue to be good, Ill further edit my review to reflect that.
Very fast and nice people that work there they answered all questions Dianna there is very nice person and explain alot u want to know about their service.

From starting the first interaction with them had a horrible experience that ultimately led to me never even getting the service. I called before Christmas (over three weeks ago) to activate new service and was told they would call me back in two or three days to set up an installation date and never called. I called a week later for follow up and tori or Lori (cant remember exact name) said that the owner never told her what happened and said equipment never came, which was obviously a lie. She said she would call me the next day to let me know when I could get installed and promised she would personally follow up, of course she never did. When I called back an additional week later she gave me more excuses and made no effort to apologize for never returning my call and couldnt have cared less about not following up on her promise to call back. When I let her know I was going to leave poor reviews and let people know what bad customer service I had she replied with you can do what you want... I try to always work with local companies whenever I can but this company makes Comcast look like they have great customer service which we all know is terrible...
$85 a month for less than 5Mps, and multiple outages per week. The only provider in my area and they know it.
Resells DSL internet for those out of range of other ISPs. Service could use improvements.
