Tropicguard has been wonderful. We got a quote 2 years ago, and decided to wait. I did more research and knew exactly what I wanted and had 12 hurricane slider windows installed early October 2019. Doug was 110% honest and upfront with me. No haggling or playing pricing games (I had several do this, give an outrageous price, only to lower it a week or so later). John and Lincoln did the install and did a great job! We did have a problem with one window not working properly over the weekend, left a message and Doug was here in less than 15 minutes to fix it-ON A SUNDAY! I would recommend Tropicguard to anyone.

Terrible Company!!! Over Priced and guaranteed no out of pocket costs because they deal direct with insurance companies. This is not the case. They simply took my money and didnt do a thing with insurance and sent me the bill when it was done, despite what the contract states. They then illegally did the job without a permit and cost me $1000. STAY AWAY! The workmanship sucked.
