Received outstanding service advice and support from Eric in the Largo kitchen center. Kraftmaid great quality and responded quickly to anything that did not meet our expectations. I would highly recommend working with Eric and purchasing Kraftmaid kitchen products. Eric made this potentially stressful kitchen rebuild go flawlessly from start to finish thanks to his efforts. Worst customer services experiences! They do not stand behind their installations at time of install or when it becomes broken due to the bad install. I am being told now that it should have been fixed back then (when it was installed and I originally complained), but now its too late and they wont take care of it, just as they wouldnt back when it was installed and I complained!?!?That was just a bathroom remodel... now I am doing the kitchen and after this experience there is NO QUESTION I WILL NOW TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!As a retail store manager myself I would never tell a customer that I cant take care of them because I wasnt the manager back then. I ALWAYS take care of customers satisfaction when there is no question it was not already handled as it should have...regardless of how long its been!

Very bad customer service and employees that dont know what they are doing at this store and through corporate. We wanted to buy a tub and install service and we had to wait at least half hour for an employee to confirm that they do installs. We where upfront about this being a mobile home and they set up an appointment just to get a call back that home depots are not liscened to work on mobile homes. On top of this the rep confirming the appointment was very sexist towards my wife who is handeling the home repairs while I am at work and tried insisting on talking to me.

They only have one bath tub to shower conversion in the store, but their plumbing company will call me within 48 hours, so well see what they can do.
