This is a company that matches a great product with quality people. I had used Roll A Guard to repair the old manual vinyl storm shutters at my place and had a good experience. I recently upgraded to motor driven aluminum storm shutters and had a great experience. Installation was professional and went above the fastener standards expected. I’m had heard from neighbors that this was a solid company doing quality work at a reasonable price. That was my experience too!

From the time that they came to give a quote to the clean up after the installation they we 100% professional, neat in cleaning up, on time and installed a wonderful product. From beginning to end Roll A Guard were extremely professional. They were fast and clean. I was very Leary about putting the shutters on the front of our house. I thought they would detract from our homes curb appeal. I could not have been more wrong. They look great! I thought we were going to have to paint the boxes. Luck have it, my trim paint color (Scott’s brand Beachcomber 20YY 58/082) was almost a perfect match for the beige shutters. My daughter in-law said she did not even notice them at 1st. The home feels so much more solid. They are great during full moons to bring down. We use them much more than I thought I would. My husband and I highly recommend this product and company.

I highly do not recommend going with Roll A Guard. When I called them almost a month ago, they were scheduling over 3 weeks out, which is understandable because it is hurricane season. I explained to them the product we were interested in, and they said it wouldnt be an issue. A few days before my appointment they canceled because they dont carry the correct product. I told them we may be interested in other products, and still wanted a rep to come out, but they said they still wanted to cancel the appointment. The receptionist Cassidy was extremely unprofessional and rude to me when I became upset that they were canceling an appointment that we had for over 3 weeks. Take your business else where!
