Happy is the best place to rent to own something . I really like will and bill they are great guys to work with

They are great! Friendly, professional, and very helpful. Have a washer/dryer and chase lounge from them. Today Boris and Taylor delivered our refrigerator. They did an amazing job getting it in our cozy little abode!

Went in just to look around and the gm bill pulled up a few photos of what he had in the back not assembled to show me. Very professional great customer service

This place right here is a joke! we rented a computer from them and paid it off fast...the next day the computer died...they kept it for a month..then stated that it was fried...my wife decided she didnt want it after that...we was willing to pay more for another item...but they said no can do...then turned around and gave us an older model computer...(. talk about taking care of the customer)....they dont! we had also purchased a laptop....returned it and cut them off...will Never use them again...Buyer Beware!

The reason I give it 3 stars was because I kind of got the run around in the beginning when I went in there to buy a laptop. I ended up signing a contract for a laptop that I was told was brand new. I brought the laptop home and it was certified refurbished. Not brand new like I wanted. I was a little frustrated with my wasted time but they took the laptop back with no questions and I ended up getting a TV through them instead. So it all worked out. The staff at their store in Largo/Clearwater is very friendly.

Rent to Own is often difficult due to the high fees you pay and the increased price on items. However, I was able to get everything I needed, new, at retail price and cannot say enough about the customer service. It is very few and far between to find a company nowadays that actually cares if your satisfied or not. As long as you spent your money nothing else matters. Happy’s employees and management both have been courteous, friendly, polite, patient, welcoming and always go above and beyond to ensure you are HAPPY! Love this place and highly recommend it to everyone!

We have been customers of this store for over 3 years and they always make sure everything is the way we like it. Of we have any issues they are quick to help us figure it out. Even the one time i needed a special item they helped us find it. They have excellent service from the show room to the delivery guys. Nick and Ellie were a great help hooking up our new tv a couple weeks ago. A big thanks to them all.D and T Ash

These guys were absolutely amazing. I was laughing the entire time, didn’t stop smiling, could actually relate to the employees and management also. They had us instantly approved, we left with our purchases the same day, got a free cord to replace my TVs defective one, drinks and just overall an amazing experience. Ray and Will were absolutely amazing!! They’re exceptional employees and extremely helpful.

Came in to look at bedroom sets and Ray found the perfect setup for me and made a deal that got me exactly what I wanted. As a bonus, I got a great deal! Highly recommend!!!I have to update this review, since it wont let me delete it. My experience went from great to poor. My order ended up not being what I was told it would be and I had to substitute the mattress I was supposed to get because I was given the wrong information, even though I asked repeatedly if it were correct before leaving the store. When my bedroom was delivered, it came with the wrong mattress and thats when I found out that the information I had was incorrect. After the gentlemen delivering the bedroom furniture called the store and I spoke with the manager, I then had to agree to a more expensive bill that I had originally been told in order to get the mattress I was supposed to get from the start. The mattress I was supposed to get wasnt in stock or available from any of the other locations, so I was told they could have it within a week and they would leave me the one they brought out to use until my mattress came in. After two weeks and two more delays, I had them come and take the entire bedroom set back to the store and I bought my set from a furniture store with a payment that is right around 75% less per month than the monthly payment was here. Unfortunately I cant think of a reason that I would come back here.

Great experience! So glad we found Happys and didnt use one of the other companies. They were friendly, fast, and yes, HAPPY. Needed furniture for only one month while our house was being repaired (Duke Energy sucks!). They are here now picking up the rental furniture and no problems.NOW WERE HAPPY TOO!

Having my first experience at furniture rental behind me i must share a most pleasurable and memorable bonding between a company and customer..i had heard of these rental companies and preparing to move into veteran funded housing..although i am a hundred percent disabled veteran, after paying first last deposit on housing and electric deposit..water sewage..car insurance..groceries i found myself running short for home furnishings..after talking to friends i was well advised to contact George at Happys Rentals on East Bay and Belcher..i had no idea that i would not only find the furnishings i desired but struck a frienship up..after looking at all the items in the store with George and choosing the right set up he handed me over to his co-worker Will..very considerate and politeness i watched Will with sincere pride and professionalism finalize the paperwork and payment plan..he then provided a delivery date and time to meet my sschedue which is hectic with my disabilities..idisabilities..i highly recommend this particular store for your next home furnishing experience..very wonddrful staff which left me with a unforgettale visit and experience..kudos to Happys and thank you..looking forward to future purchases..

I am very dissatisfied with this location. The so called Manager is extremely rude. In person he seemed professional but on the phone he thinks he can talk to you with no respect. I normally dont leave reviews but I felt so disrespected I couldnt even believe it. Management definitely needs to be reviewed.

I went into the store and worked with William and he was great. He was very helpful with the items that I was looking for.

Jorge is a douchebag and VERY unprofessional. I came in to make a partial payment on a past due amount and he mentioned that I have to pay it in full, which was incorrect because Id done it before. He then stated that I was no longer paying to own my dining room table but instead I am just paying for time, which I found to be a RIDICULOUS and untrue statement. He then stated that the company doesnt want to do business with people like me. But, overall it is a great company and convenient. I have been doing business with this company for about 3 years and previously purchased 2 TVs from there and they worked out a good deal with me so I wouldnt have to pay on my TVs for too long. But Jorge ruined the entire experience for me. Therefore I will no longer do business with this company unless he makes it right or gets fired.
