Buddys is awesome. Dana is so nice and awesome to work with. Great customer service. Easy to find anything your looking. She is so accommodating and makes everything smooth, easy, and quick! Always have what Im looking for. If you need a nice piece of furniture, they are your go to if your looking to rent. Pricing is better than any of the other places if you ask me.

Highly recommend, not only are the prices great but Diane and Henry were a huge help when it came to me picking out my furniture that I liked and being around my price range. Its a breath of fresh air to have a company and staff that genuinely care about their customers 😊

Great place to work if you like being belittled, ridiculed by coworkers and working alone. They dont have integrity when they are conducting business promising you things like hiring your credit score. Collection managers read off your families addresses as if they were threats or tactics to get you to pay when youre only one day late along with reading your social security number. They allow personnel to work their who have been caught running bank cards without permission by customers. Ive overheard store managers talking to coworkers worse than dogs. Store managers throw away perfectly good merchandise as well.
Had a wonderful experience! Anthony was great! Even talked with my kids! Very down to earth. We laughed and joked. Was pleasant and no pushy sales. You get what you want and nothing more. Really really great! I’ll definitely go back! And send everyone I know there!
I love this store and it’s where I get all my new electronics. I’ve been a customer for years. The staff is always helpful. Even when I’m a little behind they always work with me and it’s only one of the reasons I’ll continue to give them my business. Most recent product I got is my new iPhone 7 Plus and I love it.
Wonderful people Dana was so nice and honest great conversation made me feel so comfortable and the delivery guys Henry and Pierre were so quick and professional and very very polite in about 2 hours tops we looked at furniture picked furniture and had it beautifully put together in our home can’t wait to shop for more with these guys

Pierre and Henry were the nicest most respectable employees I have ever meet.
We went in to the store after visiting Aarons in Largo. We were very impressed and actually quite surprised at the selection and the cleanliness of the store. I do not remember her name but the tall blonde was fantastic, we found what we needed quickly and they moved fast to get our stuff delivered. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. They were extremely professional and prompt in getting us in and out of there and we were so happy with what we got.
Piere & Henry were awesome ! Professional, timely and courteous ! Went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up how i wanted !

Ron the account manager is very rude and inconsiderate. Doesnt care about customer at all. He treats people like they are beneath him. Dana the manager on the hand. Is very sweet, caring, helpful and understanding. She goes above and beyond for her customers.
Watch your bank account. They like to run payments on your debit account and take multiple payments without your knowledge or consent. Constantly send multiple text promotions. Extremely annoying. Run! I have documentation, maybe you also.

The lack of professionalism from the staff, management, even up through corporate is astounding. They do not do what they say they are going to do, and they are rude. I would recommend anyone else but Buddys.
Beyond physically sick and tired of this company. I’m to the point where I’m gunna be at the store cussing all these mf’s out. They text you the day BEFORE your bill is due! They will call you THE DAY your will is due at noon to tell you to call and make a payment. If all fails and you don’t make it to the bank in enough time they WILL call you 8am sharp Monday morning BEFORE THEIR STORE IS PHYSICALLY OPEN! And if you try to call back they won’t answer... BECAUSE THE STORE ISN’T EVEN OPEN YET. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They have the same cheaply made sh*t at Walmart for HUNDREDS LESS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PAY IN FULL SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is a whole joke.

Been a customer for about 15 years at different locations around Florida! I currently use the Buddys on Missouri! I love this place, was slightly dissapionted today when looking for a computer, but policys have changed, and I understand! I have never had any issues with my furniture/electronics! I have paid off all but two of my agreements! I love Dawn she is so friendly and is super sweet to my kiddo! Never had any issues with delivery, payment, and or product! I highly recommend this store, we will continue to come back and buy!Only complaint I would say if I had too... Is at time of signing the agreement they frown apart not taking the plan they offer for protection and other stuff... I always tell them agressivly I dont need the Buddys Plan! Got to give it to them they try, lol!!!
Ron in the back and dana lacks customer service skills. This store and the folks that work there dont care about the families or customers theyre serving only the commission on the check and sales. I would highly reccomend Happys furniture over buddys ive been customer at both for years and fabiola at happys or william the gm will take care of you

Theyre perfect when youre signing a loan and getting your furniture. They deliver fast and the furniture in my opinion is great. BUT if you dont want to be harassed I would recommend somewhere else. My payment is due on the 15th. December I emailed them to run my payment on 12/12/16, in November I emailed them 11/10/16 to run my payment, 10/16/16 to run my payment (1 day after my due date), etc. Well today Kevin decided it was necessary to leave me a voicemail this is an urgent matter and we need to see you in the office today. As if i was 1-2-3 months past due. When I called to see what was going on Derrick advised that the call was made because I was ONE day past due. Even if its ONE day past due why would I need to go into the office? I worked for a finance company and we didnt even call our customers (who were driving our cars) if they were 1-3 days past due and IF we had to it was a courtesy reminder and would never advised it was URGENT. Then tried to fight me about my complaint - well youve been late several times. Sorry for being 1 DAY past my due date. If Kevin was giving me a courtesy reminder I wouldnt be upset right now. I understand we all have a job to do. But its unnecessary and a shame because if they didnt harass people over being one late or handle things so unprofessionally; especially a person with a good payment history they would of continued to have my business. Because I need a new bedroom set. Go to Aarons or Ashleys furniture. I am waiting back to see if corporate can call me. Please read previous reviews because they werent being dramatic. I saved the voicemail that Kevin left me just so I could show how unnecessary it was. I have kept all my emails so I have a paper trail on when I told them to run my payments. If you do decide to get furniture through here I would recommend that as well. They are extremely defensive, they dont understand when you try to express a problem and they will only try to make you look wrong.
Purchased a TV through Buddys, they were always friendly towards me.
I done just received a phone call saying that I didnt make any payments inwhich I did in a week advance. I had gotten the same phone call last month saying the same thing and this guy has the nerves to say that he has been doing this for nine yrs and he has never seem to have this problem. Last time I check its not my problem and are the customer always right this could have been settled in a totally different way but this jerk made it seem as if I was a liar! I am soooo pissed right now I liked Jason alot better he understands and willing to get it correct instead of bragging about the amount of yrs he has been there! I will not I repeat I will not EVER recommend anyone to buy not even look through the windows at this place!!! Very rude, impatient, and most of all very unprofessional!!! Take your money else where plz believe me when I say this!!!😡😡😡😡
