I’m disappointed. I had them come give us a bid and we decided to go with them. I told the other estimates we had chosen a different shop. But when I called Joe, he said he had just gotten a big job and didn’t have time to start just then but that he would call me back in a week to try and get it going. He never called me back. I gave him 3 weeks because of the lockdown- figured he might need more time- then I texted him once a week for the next 3 weeks. 6 weeks later and he hasn’t called me back or texted. No response. Not very professional to ignore a customer for 6 weeks.

I have not used at this time but came very highly recommended to me by a friend.
