We just had our bathroom remodeled with BathMasters! OMG it is beautiful. Their workers and staff are amazing and very professional. They obtained all the necessary permits and worked with all the inspectors so we didnt have to worry about any legal issues. I would highly recommend them!!!!!

Bathmasters created an absolutely beautiful bathroom for us. Everyone who came into our home to do work was an absolute gentleman and worked hard. Andrew, Aaron (that Tile though!), Sebastian, Ivan (that custom glass is amazing) I cant even name them all, but they each played a valuable part. They first took care of the adjacent bedroom by covering everything, and protected the floors throughout the house they would be passing on. Everyday they cleaned up after themselves which was very nice, so at times you really couldn’t tell construction was going on.Neil, our Project supervisor deserves an honorable mention. A really professional, laid back gentleman who really took care to make sure the job ran as smooth as possible. We knew going into it that scheduling the job close to the Holidays was a bit daunting on our part. But Neil kept his timeline as best as possible, and any down time was really quite minimal. Any questions or concerns were properly addressed to our satisfaction and the result is absolutely stunning! If/when we decide to redo our kitchen, or other bathroom - I wouldnt hesitate to use Bathmasters again.

Having a tub to shower conversation in my 1925 home. The demo job was excellent. Tile installation very poor. Have been waiting for a month for repairs and job completion. Receive different explanations with each inquiry. From 5 stars to 1 at this point.Completion took a month more than promised due to the extensive work needed after the tile installation. There are still many areas where the tile is not level, and water pools on the pebble floor. Uneven grout spacing and areas missing grout. Should have bought a new car instead!

Contracted with BathMasters for complete remodeling of two bathrooms in our home. It is a given that remodeling is a challenge if living in the home, and always seems like it takes longer than you would have imagined, but the end result has produced two beautiful bathrooms with the highest possible quality of workmanship. Both bathrooms are simply perfect. Their team is highly skilled, very pleasant, cleaned up the work site each day and kept us informed each and every day. We can strongly recommend BathMasters!

We loved the one stop shopping experience at the showroom. Aaron, our salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were told the remodel would take 3-5 weeks and was completed in 5. Our cabinet was delayed (paid for 3 months earlier)as somehow, someone forgot to order it. Communication was improved after addressing the issue with our project manager, Mark. Overall, we are very happy with our new beautiful bathroom and would recommend or use them again. Each worker was respectful and all were very neat in cleaning up at completion of their work.

With all the issues we had with our install I want to thank David for being an honest business man. When he heard of our issues he personally came and looked at the remodel and apologize for the work. He not only apologized he corrected all the issues we had and went over and above to make up for our inconvenience.I wish it were done correctly the first time and not have to endure the corrections but we are very satisfied with the end results. Bathmasters performed two small renovations for us. Aaron worked with us on the design and made sure that our requirements were properly recorded. The store staff was very helpful in helping us select our materials. The installation workmen were skilled polite and efficient. They kept us informed as the work progressed and interactions with the office were also prompt. The results were just what we expected of a professional crew.

I had my bathroom gutted and built from scratch. Bath Masters were quick, professional and thorough. I hoped to have it completed in 5 weeks and they finished in 3 weeks. It is a gorgeous bathroom.

We were very pleased with the finished product and professionalism shown by all members of the team from showroom to finishers.We noticed our shower door handle was wobbly and tried tightening it many times over the year. I went to Bathmasters showroom wanting to get a new Allen screw, as we believed it was stripped from the beginning. They came out to check it and ordered a new handle! Matt Condon was right on it and had the new handle on as soon as it came in! Thank you for quick, efficient service!

Every person from BathMasters we dealt with for our project was helpful, answered all our questions, and were patient. While working in our home they were always careful and respectful. We recently contracted with BathMasters to completely renovate our master bathroom and a dressing area of our master bedroom. We could not be happier with both the results and the experience. Aaron was very helpful in guiding our decisions with choices on design, tile, plumbing, etc. The only negative experience we had was with the delay in scheduling the start of the work. However, once the work did get started, things went very well. The crew that did the work made all the difference. To a person, the quality of work was outstanding and they could not have been more respectful of us and our home. Tyler, John, Jose, Patrick, Sebastian, Edgar (I am sure I am forgetting some others) were all very professional and talented, taking great pride in their work, but just as importantly, they were just great people to have working in our home. That goes for Jason, our project manager, as well. He was very responsive to any my calls, kept us updated on the status of the project, and clearly went above and beyond many times to make sure we were happy. Again, just an outstanding group of talented, professional guys who made this project a delight. On top of that, we are thrilled with our new bathroom. I highly, highly recommend BathMasters.

Not only do I love the end result but the entire process was better than expected. Everyone was friendly, helpful and really seemed to care about my concerns. The guys always left the work areas clean at the end of the day. I highly recommend this company for a bathroom remodel.

Bathmasters just finished a redo of our master bath. On time, on budget, no surprises. All of the work was performed by Bathmaster employees. All were great people. There were no outside contractors. No delays. No messes. No gotchas. No complaints.

I thought I was rating my experience at the Philly cheese steak shop on East Bay however I will stand by this rating thus far. Work planning for the new bathroom is still in progress so well see how it turns out but so far Im very happy with my interactions with Florida bathmasters.

I was extremely impressed by Bathmasters professional crew. Each day they entered my home they arrived with a positive attitude and worked diligently through the day. At the end of the day they cleaned up the area leaving it as pristine as possible. I had two bathrooms remodeled and both are a showcase to behold. All materials were top quality. I have referred this company to all my friends and would use them again in the future. Outstanding Job the word Thank You just doesnt say enough.

Bath masters did an excellent first class job in doing our tub to shower remodeling. Starting with the salesman and including all of the workersEvery one of the workers were well qualified in their specialty and they were very friendly and helpful .before the work began they covered everything and when the job was complete they left the job site very clean. I would highly recommend them for all bathroom upgrades.

From the salesman who was very low pressure and came back 18 months later to work with me again, to all of the craftsmen who gave me a beautiful frameless glassed in corner shower, to supervisor of the project who was very responsive to any concerns, and to the men who came out to adjust a small problem - kudos to you all! And neat? You betcha! If I had another project, Id have you back in a minute!!

Outstanding job on both my kitchen and bath renovation! Jose Rios, the Project Manager, was completely on top of every detail and communicated updates and progress reports scrupulously. All of the BathMasters employees who worked on this challenging project displayed superior workmanship and complete respect for the property. Several residents of the condo commented on how professional, clean, and polite they were and everyone who has seen the results has been blown away!

Grant came for initial visit. He was right on time, called first and again when he arrived.Everything is honest and up front with this company.

The BathMaster employees were proficient and did a beautiful job on our walk-in shower conversion. The project supervisor/Ernesto was on top of the job from start to finish, and on call 24 hours a day for any problems that might arise. I would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the craftsmen that worked on my projects. I was impressed with their work ethics, attention to detail, rechecking of measurements, being mindful of where they left off on a task, and the craftsmen-like pride they each took in doing a job right the first time.When I was younger an older man told me that “we” sign off on everything that we do whether we realize it or not. He said to always strive to give 110%. This crew did that and more.

I originally wrote this review hastily. I was impressed with Grant, our salesman, and the showroom and the choices we made for the money. However, 6-weeks later we still dont have a completed project. I am thrilled with the look but of course, I made the choices of fixtures and colors etc. The delays that led up to this day made me reconsider my original review. We only have one bathroom. It has been more than inconvenient to have men take over my home (950 sq ft). I couldve understood if there were surprises but there were none. Demo day 1 was a full day. Plumbing day 2 full day. Next day was inspection so no work which we knew. That took us to the weekend. Monday, day 4-no one showed and no phone call with update. By 9:30 the following day I called to inquire. Ultimately, I had to initiate at least four additional calls to obtain some movement in my project. Initially I thought that we should have delayed starting but soon realized that would not have helped. Eachteam had their list of projects that are active simultaneously. It feels like an assembly line. Too much down time for my liking. Am I happy with my bathroom, yes, thus the two stars. However, I dont believe this was a good fit for us.

I met Derek at the Florida Home show back in March 2016. We were looking for a reputable company to gut and remodel our pool bath. Derek came up with some great ideas and the relationship began. Working with Christine, their designer, was a pleasure! She had great taste and was easy to work with. Robert, their Project Manager, was not only professional, but friendly and on top of the schedule. Jose, who actually did most of the remodel, was hard-working, efficient, and even cleaned-up each day. Working with the entire team at Bath Masters has been easy! So much so, they also are nearly done with my Master Bath shower remodel, and will next do my guest bathroom. Highly recommend them!

The grab bar that was installed last November was a bit loose and I was concerned it may not hold up to weight placed on it. I stopped by the Largo location to report the issue. Within a few days I was called with a scheduled time for someone to come out and resolve the problem. Andrew came out today and thoroughly fixed the grab bar and I couldnt be happier. These folks are first class!

Bathmasters did an excellent job of remodeling both of our bathrooms. Their installers were hard working perfectionists who paid close attention to every detail. We appreciated the respect given to our home. Floors and furniture covered and a clean up each day. In fact the whole team were a pleasure to work with and of course were delighted with our bathrooms.

Bath Masters, Aaron in particular, was very helpful and informative when we decided to re-do our master bathroom. He spent quite a bit of time with us in the showroom and was very conscious about the budget we had set. We will certainly use them again when the need arises.

I would not recommend Bathmasters, but I would most definitely recommend Jose (who actually did the work). Our designer (Derek) did a fantastic job coming up with the design, but was not very helpful after we signed the contract. It was often tough to get in touch with him when we had questions. We also had a tough time getting the project manager (Robert) to return our calls throughout the project. Additionally, the owners never once checked in on our project, which is a poor business practice.In the end, Jose (contractor) was absolutely fantastic and was instrumental in our master bathroom remodel. The final result was even better than we could have ever imagined. We had a very extensive master bathroom remodel, which included all new cabinetry, moving plumbing, downsizing a window, all new floor and shower tile, reworking electricity, etc. He did it ALL and did it extremely WELL. He is a professional and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. Our entire family was impressed with his workmanship and endless skills.

Great advice, friendly non pushy sales team

My husband and I are currently loooking for someone to remodel out bathroom vanity area with cabinetry and recess lighting. I found BathMasters online. A week ago, on Saturday 11/11/17 I called them to ask if they do vanities. A gentlemen answered that yes they these jobs too. After the phone call, we drove to the showroom. It’s only a few mins from us. Nobody was available to talk to us so the front desk person took our phone number. Until Thursday we were waiting and nobody called us. I called them and told them about it and some Danielle apologized and then asked me what I wanted to have done in my bathroom. When I told her she said they do only full bathroom remodel, and I told her it wasn’t true because I talked to a man who told me they do these jobs. After that she started telling me how I might not be able to afford them. Unbelievable!!! This is just below any level. I felt disrespected and discriminated against (I speak with an accent). How she dares to say these things. I asked her to tell her manager to call me. Of course it would never happen. Don’t even go there, they treat future clients horribly so I can imagine after signing any contract with them.

The person who answered the phone was not pleasant, the gentleman who returned my call to schedule an estimate immediately quoted a price range before anyone even came to my house. Very unprofessional and unpleasant as well.

Downgraded to one star, its that bad. Overall, would NOT recommend.Signed the contract on 12/30/17 and paid for products for both bathrooms in full on 1/5/18. Original completion date provided at signing of contract was by the end of April. However, in late January, we requested it be completed April 20th. Here we are May 7 and 2nd bathroom is not complete, nobody was on site today, and nobody gave an update.When we signed the contract, we were provided a tour and advised that everything, including scheduling was done on site (Largo Showroom bldg.); however, in reality the scheduler was in VA and not aware of the conversations (e.g., both bathrooms cannot be in process at the same time, April completion date, etc.). We were told that when we signed the contract scheduling was done in house, but that person has since left, and its now being conducted in the VA office since it can be done via phone. Which is very minor, but with all of the other hiccups, its worth making the point.At the beginning of February, we were told that the tentative start date was 3/8/18 for the first bathroom, and they would contact us closer to start date to confirm (and would move that up if they can). Fast forward to 3/7, and we have not received any confirmation, nor any communication regarding the project. So we had to reach out to the salesperson again, and he had to get the Project Manager to call us. They did start 3/8, and on the START DATE, the PM decides to ask if we have space for them to house all of the construction materials. This should have been planned well in advance, so people have time to make room and plan accordingly. Communication throughout the entire process has been poor at best.Bathroom #1:Day 1, resources have been at the house for a max of 3 hours and the PM comes over asking for the 2nd payment for start of plumbing. 3 hours into the project they want me to have already paid 60% of labor for 1st bath. I tell him no and that he will get that payment when they actually start plumbing. His response thats fine, Im not a bean counter over here.Demo goes fine (thanks to Jose) and everything is good until tile starts to go up. Make sure to double check the tile work, because they needed to re-do our shower tiles after their first attempt (based on not meeting our standards when WE inspected, the PM didnt seem to care about the quality of the work of his resources, just about getting paid). The finishes of the bathroom were extremely poor quality as well. Different paint finishes on trim, terrible paint job, electric permit not signed off, electric plate missing screws, and there was a hold up with the entire bathroom completion because they were pending the countertops (we paid for all products 1/5/18, so not sure why there would possibly be a hold up, but none the less, there was). Additionally, the first PM was let go mid-project, so another one takes over the job and acts as if he is doing me a favor to get the delays project back on track.It took a week and a half to get the final finishes completed on my first bathroom, AND me holding the next two payments on the second bathroom for action to be taken. Once again, Jose had to come in and clean up the sloppy work and get things done. Additionally, the 2nd PM was supposed to have the owner call me due to permit issues, and that never happened. But he did tell me that they did mess up on pulling the permits somehow, which is fun.I wish I could indicate that the second bathroom went smoother, with better quality. But thats not the case. Work and re-work needed to be done to get any kind of quality beyond hiring a handy man off of craigslist. As mentioned above, the 2nd bathroom still is not complete as of 5/7 and contract was signed 12/30/17. When paying 33K (including products) for two bathrooms, you expect a certain level of quality, communication, and adherence to deadlines. None of which met expectations.

WE HAD OUR THREE BATHROOMS REMODELED AND BATHMASTERS DID A WONDERFUL JOB. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
