I purchased a brand new home in Gulfport 15 months ago and Londos did all of the cabinets. My wife and I expanded upon the original cabinetry in the kitchen by adding a new pantry modifying the trash can pull out into a spice cabinet, modifying the existing pantry with slider shelves, and adding laundry room cabinets.The entire team is exceptional.Expect to be patient when reaching out. I contracted with this Jay Londos company to design, build and install my kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. In the beginning I was very impressed with their professionalism (Jay, the owner) and ability to provide detailed drawings. Because I am in the remodeling business, I had hoped they would be a good candidate to partner with and I wanted to test them out first on my own condo remodel. Again, I was impressed with the initial design effort, but it went downhill from there! The installer was slow and made mistakes and had a bit of an attitude. I was told I couldnt have certain convenient functions in my bathroom and was left with a very unusable cabinet, that I later discovered from another cabinet maker that I could have the pull-out option I was asking for that Jay insisted was not possible. I had to pay a huge fee for a change order that I thought was odd because it was a miscommunication and I gave them such a large order to begin with, and then they even tacked on a trip charge. I was not asked or given many options upfront and ended up with a very basic design. My drawers in my vanity only open about half way leaving at least 6 of unutilized space. When I inquired about this, I was told that is just how they do things. It could be easily changed to full extension and usable drawers, but for another hefty change order fee. When I said I really needed it done because it was ridiculous to leave things as they were, they agreed, but never followed up. Then less than 1 year after the installation, one of my kitchen drawer fronts pulled off in my hand. When I tried to fix it, I could see that 5 holes had been drilled in apparent attempt to install originally and the holes were stripped and unusable. I contacted Londos to address this and was told a new drawer front would be ordered and now it has been over a month and I havent heard any status. I hired someone else to fix it. I have also discovered other design flaws such as no toe kick on my bar cabinet leading to me hitting my toes several times. I am very very disappointed in the quality, installation and follow up of this company!

Jay is a True Professional. Moreover, he Loves building beautifully designed Kitchens. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Jay in his contemporary kitchen remodel.What you notice right away is pride in workmanship. The details of the fit and finish were impeccable. It would never occur to him to let any detail slip...this is in his DNA.I could not recommend you see his work any higher.

Jay was extremely great to work with especially when delays disrupted our project. Our project was delayed by a third party that was out of our control and it caused issues with the work Londos was performing. Even though it procured a loss to his company he followed thru on his promise to make us happy. Very impressed with Jays integrity so seldomly found today. Our Londos cabinetry is beautiful and everyone is wowed by the top quality look and feel.
