Decided to check this place out last week and made an appointment. Warning they are extremely hard to understand. They were about to start my nails when the lady next to me complained to the owner Tammy that she didn’t like her nails that the man did for her. Tammy asked me if she could fix the other girls nails. That meant I waited over 30 minutes for her to fix someone else on top of the 20 minutes I waited to even be seated. Tammy told me she would do them for free because of it but gave me no discount at all. Fast forward 5 days, I had what looked like dried blood all the way around one of my nails and underneath it. Clearly some infection from their services. I asked them to fix the pinky. I couldn’t remember the color number and they won’t help just kept yelling that they didn’t know. Tammy and the man were talking in another language to each other clearly about me. Then Tammy was loudly tell all the customers she doesn’t remember her color not my problem I don’t know. The man “fixed” my pinky nail which is clearly not matching. Neither one of them cared. They were getting rude and annoyed, so I asked if I could come back another day and get them redone since they couldn’t match the color. Tammy said if you come back you pay full price. I will never be going there again and you shouldn’t either.

Been going here for awhile now. Today is the last time. I asked for a fill and a pedicure. Pedicure price was $40 and an acrylic fill is $25. The girl charged me $90! I questioned it and she said because I had a broken nail. Story is, she broke my nail when taking my shellac polish off. Didn’t put a new tip on, just put the acrylic on my nail. They have yet to charge the price they have posted. Today was the last straw!

First time there. Love my nails and the gal who did them was very fun and very talented. The pedicure was amazing, she took her time and i didnt feel like it was rushed at all. Will be back 100%.

We were recommended this place by a friend who goes there all the time it was well worth the trip they did a great job. My girlfriend said they were the friendliest most polite nail people she had ever been around.

Set an appointment for me and my daughter. My daughter had to wait about 20 minutes before she was started, which is within reason. 40 minutes later is when they wanted to start me. While I waiting a giant cockroach was on the window sill next to me. Prices were typical of a nail salon, but cleanliness and professionalism was lacking. We will not return .

Took my girlfriend to get her nails done and she loved it and was very affordable!!

Today was the last time I go here for a mani and pedi. I have been a returning customer for years but never again.I got a basic mani and pedi. They charged me $60 when the sign clearly stated it was $50.They said they gave me a deluxe pedicure. Which is not what I requested. A deluxe pedicure should of removed dry skin, when I walked out they looked the same as when I went in. She only filed my nails on one foot, then didnt bother with the others. Then painted my toe nails and called it good. Literally the worst pedicure I have ever recieved. My nails were basic, clean the cuticles then paint them. I had to point out twice that the paint was not covering the nail, and again when there was a piece of the nail brush in the color she put on. She said my nail was not smooth and covered it with a glob of paint rather than removing it. The clear coat was caked on so thick and uneven. Also as she was painting there was a piece of skin that she didnt clip off completely and rather than fixing it she ran her nail over it, tucking it under my own nail, then tossed more color on top of it.They were extremely slow when I was there so there would of been no reason to rush or not do a good job. But for some reason she didnt care today.For the ridiculous prices I paid I should of been happy when I walked out. Instead I am disgusted that I threw money away.I wont recommend this place again. At least there are better options in town, where they actually care about the clientele.

Best place ever! I will never get my nails done anywhere as long as nail art is here. They can do anything you ask and so very nice. Not to mention fantastic prices.

Very friendly and nice didn’t wait long,got natural acrylic nails (pink and white) with tips but short length and it’s been like 3 days and they are already chipping by the cuticle on a few :( kinda disappointed they are chipping already.

Don’t file nails down way too thick. price for acrylics on the sign shows $35 but charged us $55. not worth your money.

I stopped into this nail salon because it was the only one I could find that was open on Sundays and I asked her to paint my real nails with shellac no manicure just a polish and she charged me $25 to simply polish my nails. Will not be doing business with this particular salon again.

So i went here one time and it was years ago and i had the worse experience ever..they didn’t even do what i asked for first of all... second i’ve never ever gotten fungus and i’ve been getting my nails done for 15+ years... but i go here one time and get finger nail fungus... i freaked out but that’s besides the point... i haven’t gotten my nails done in almost two years because the place i use to go to shut down... it’s so sad because i loved that nail salon... well recently i wanted to get my nails done because it’s been so long i’m having withdrawals... lol.,,so i looked up places in lapeer and there is only a few....well i choose Impressions and they did an amazing job.. they are extremely nice the place is so fancy and clean... i love it the only thing is that they do have pretty high prices... it cost me $60 for a full set but other then that i highly recommend that salon 😊💜

Id never had acrylic nails before and I came here to have them removed. The owner used a piece of plastic and shoved it under the nail and popped them off. She laughed when I cringed at the pain. I now know she should have soaked them off. It was the worst pain and now my nails are very thin and weak.

Absolutely LOVED the crew here, they were so much fun to talk/joke around with and I usually just keep to myself.

Super sweet, inexpensive,w and personable. They do great pedicures and massage you while getting one! They accept walk ins as well as long as you want to wait. Only thing I have to say is I would NOT recommend getting the dip!

Ive gone there a couple times, they first time they did great & my nails stayed on for TWO MONTHS but i went last week & one broke when i was petting my horse just snapped right off. then the other one, i was wiping down my counters & i hit my coffee maker very lightly and popped right off. HAD THEM ON FOR NOT EVEN A WEEK. finding a new salon.

They gave me shellac when i asked for acrylic and it was way more there then any other place i have bean to. The people are nice but barley speek English. Im not going back.

Went in today for a fill since my regular place was closed, the absolute worst nails I have ever had!

If I could write this place in negative stars I would! I got my nails done twice here, both times I had 3-4 nails snap off doing normal daily things. Things like pick up laundry, wash my hair, etc. I called the place and asked if I could get a refund due to so many nails breaking, the lady in charge I said that I could. When I showed up to get my refund she said she would only fix them and that they never do refunds. At that time is when the other nail techs jumped in and yelled at me saying they don’t do refunds. Then, some customers decided to join the conversation to also talk to me in a negative way. I spent $85 here and it all went to trash. I will NEVER EVER go here again and do NOT recommend anyone else either. They rush customers, only seem to care about their regulars and use CHEAP product. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and never have I had this experience of so many broken nails. I would understand if I was rough with my nails, but I’m not. Absolutely furious with the poor customer service, wasted time and money.

My mom is getting her nails done and it was about a 10 to 15 minute wait and the lady made us play with her kid. But overall it was an amazing stay. Totally recommended!

Ellie was amazing! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, not rushing me out the door. Made my experience relaxing and enjoyable. I rarely ever get my nails done. But after my experience with the NEW Owner Tammy and Ellie, I will be a regular! Clean,Friendly and fairly priced. HIGHLY recommend these talented ladies.

Went here for the first time today for a pedicure and Ill definitely be back! Everyone was very nice and it was one of the best pedicures Ive had. You can tell they really care about their customers. *Update* they had great customer service and my pedicure looked great. But it already needs to be redone after only 2 weeks. Any other time Ive had a pedicure its lasted almost 2 months. So not very happy about that.

Went to these guys for a set of acrylics and they did an awesome job! She did them exactly how I asked (thin and not too long) and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with them. She asked my opinion throughout the process, and did the design just like the picture I had. Their prices were better than I had priced around when searching for a nail salon too which was a total bonus! I definitely recommend them..had a great experience!

Tammy is girl, always does such a good job at my fill. I would recommend making an appointment to keep the flow so you arent waiting long periods of time. They have updated the place very nicely and prices are low and quality is good!

My friend and I were looking for a relaxing pedicure when I came across these reviews. It was WONDERFUL! ($27) They have multiple chairs with full massage and jetted tubs for your feet. Very clean with little wait when walking in. They truly cater to you, making sure that youre happy with the service. I went back a few days later to get a fill. The new owners are friendly and very personable. They fixed my nails that another salon had messed up. The salon has been newly renovated, so it looks much cleaner than it did with the previous owners. They even have actual towels to dry your hands with instead of just paper towels. I would highly recommend this place to everyone before any other nail salon in Lapeer.

First they didnt have the shellac color that I wanted so I had to go with regular polish. Then the woman doing my nails had long acrylics on and could not do my nails because of them. I walked out of there with the worst manicure I have ever gotten! My 4 year old could have done a better job. Now I have to go somewhere else and have it redone!!!

Sooooo cheap!! My friend had 7 nails break in the last 2 weeks. They told her that theyd refund her, but when she got there, they said they would only fix them. We wouldnt have drove out here if they wouldnt going to refund her. Then the whole salon went off on her including customers. Horrible customer service

This is the only place I have Ever found that can actually file my heels during a pedicure and make them soft. I have been looking for someone to do this for me for 10 years and have been to Many different people who do pedicures. I have gone here for pedis and manis for months now and have never had a bad experience! Today they fixed my natural fingernail that was hanging literally by a thread. I cant tell it was broken now!

Had to go get my nails redone after impressions did them, they cracked the first day having them done, and when nail art removed my shellac it came right off it was so thin. I have been undecided on how to review this place, so I have held off until yesterday I went there for the third time since the new owners have taken over. First of all they are breaking the law with false advertisement. They clearly advertise on their window that white tips are free. (See my pics) However, they are charging $5. When I questioned this, I was told that was from the previous owners. (??so what!?! You are still advertising it. Legally you must honor it) as far as my nails, they do a good job. Costumer service is way more important to me though.

I used to be a regular here every two weeks on the dot....But after a few occasions of experiencing problems I will not be back. First of all an appointment is an appointment. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 Mins to an hour after my scheduled time. 2nd of all if I’m paying good money for my nails and I always tip well you should check to make sure you got the edges of my nails!!! My new place is cheaper and they are more effiecient so it’s a win win situation.

Just went there with my mom yesterday for a fill it’s the first time I’ve been there since new management I loved it. All of the ladies talked and laughed with my mom and I and other customers. I got my nails done at California nails two weeks prior my nails were horrible. It took them 45 minutes roughly to get the fill off my nails from California nails and the ladies at nail art didn’t complain they did there job very professionally and Tammy made my nails look amazing I’m very satisfied. It cost $40 and I got the ombré look with sparkles i love it and they had to give me some new tips bc of how horrible California nails did I was not upset about the price bc they had to do a lot of work to make my nails look how they should I will definitely be going back there to get my nails done. Wonderful job ladies!
