The people there were really nice, lots of options for nail designs and colors… The technique that was used was amazing, and it didn’t take long for them to finish my nails. For my first time going here I’m definitely coming here again. :)

There is nothing consistent with each pedicure. I’ve been here 2 times now. First time was fine but they put the nail polish on so thick it chipped rite off and didn’t bother cleaning up edges of polish. Second time I went I feel like I only got half of a pedicure. They did the nail cutting and shaping all that callus removed and applied a sugar scrub then that was it. No lotion was applied or paraffin wax or massage that I received my first pedicure. Asked for regular pedicure both times ($30). I should receive the same service no matter who performs each service. I feel ripped off this time. Will probably not come back.

Came in right around closing and the staff was so kind and professional to me and my friend, even arriving so close to closing. Both of our nails turned out beautiful and our pedicures were awesome.. theres a ton of colors and combos to choose from we will definitely be back! Wonderful service and people for our first time here.

They used dental glue on nails. This is why they never come off even when your ready to remove them 6 months later. It’s so painful and ruins your nails for a year. They cut into your cuticles and tell u to sit still when it feels like your being burned. They’re not professional they treat u like you’re a burden to them. I feel so bad for the employees. I’ve seen them be treated to cruelly. Reminds me of a sweatshop. I’ll never go back

I had a horrible experience here, these people are beyond unprofessional, it feels like straight hell when they grind your finger skin off, burn you, and don’t listen. They had a color shown and it looked totally different on my nails when it was applied, I kindly asked him to do a different color as it didn’t look anything like the nail shown. The ‘manager’ came over to me yelling at me saying I had to pay $15 extra dollars for a color that wasn’t even shown correctly. The whole time I was getting my nails redone he was yelling in Chinese. I felt extremely uncomfortable here and I will never be returning along with all the friends and family I told.

Amazing! My favorite place to get an amazing set of nails. Also has some of the best prices and the nicest, most welcoming and experienced techs in the area. If youre looking for a superior, fast salon, I always recommend Just Nails Salon.

I asked for a manicure. My nails were trimmed then soaked for maybe 20 seconds. My cuticles were trimmed very little and only on the sides of my nails. I did not ask for shellac but that is what I got. No lotions on my hands No massage. 32 dollars. And I truly did not get a manicure. Wasnt asked to wash my hands one time. Will not be returning.No need for me to call you. I asked for a pretty straight forward services, a manicure, and I didnt get one. Ill be going elsewhere.

I came in about two months ago, my nails still are not lifting or anything. I came in and got exactly what I wanted. It was quick but also very professional. I’m very surprised my nails still are not lifting but I am not complaining. Very well and it was worth coming in here

My friend and I just went and while I suppose the nails were shaped nice, and the pedicures were nice, they made both my friend and l’s fingers bleed quite a bit. It’s been a few days and still pretty painful.

I received a manicure and pedicure from Kim at Just Nails and Spa and it was absolutely amazing. I felt so relaxed and my nails look phenomenal. I said that I like the smell of the lotion and Kim sent me home with a pack of it so that I could continue to use it. I had such an amazing experience that I would love to return for more!

Love the color of my nails I had got done todayNot happy with the fact we made Appointments at 330 and didnt get started on our nails till 420 even after arriving early the wait was not worth it I wanted a manicure 39 dollars later I could of got acrylics like my friend got wasnt very happy with my 1st experience here sorry will not return unless the prices arent so high a manicure shouldnt be almost 40 dollars when acrylics were 7 dollars more and require a little more work

This nail salon just recently opened near the Ulta Salon that I work at. My daughter and I went in for a fill for her and I got a full set with a pink and white glitter ombré. We were very happy with the results. Her fill was only $17 and it turned out great. Mine was more pricey but I decided to splurge. The salon is very clean, comfortable and professional. Peter did our nails and I would recommend him.

First time getting acrylics done at this location and absolutely loved it!! the man that did my nails made sure they were all even and kept asking if i liked them. definitely recommend!!

Last time I went and got my nails done, had no issues great job, this last time wasn’t as good and they hurt my nail and did kinda a sloppy job but I really like the color . Kinda upset not sure I will go back:( disappointed!!!

I came here with my sister a few weeks ago. We got manicures and pedicures! The building was very clean amd well taken care of. The two gentleman that did our pedicures were great! However, we have a problem when it comes to the manicures. The nails were not what we had expected. My sister and I both had pictures of what we wanted our nails to look like. Mine ended up too short and not exactly what I wanted but close enough. My sisters werent the right length, color, or even design😕. Both of our nails were also very puffy and thick and the underneath of them werent shaven down all of the way so there was leftover chunks of acrylic stuck to our nails. Maybe we just came on a bad day I dont really know but I can definitely say I dont think that I will be getting a manicure there ever again. I may consider coming back for a pedicure though.

All I can say is WOW. The very best pedicure with massage I have ever had!! My daughter received a full set of nails..just beautiful! My new go-to-place! Supsr happy & thank you to them!!

Been to a few different nail salons in Lapeer and go back to Just Nails. They had a major staff turn over months ago but the staff seems to b staying now!! Nobody though to do art work... Bummer but the rest of service is very good

3 times my wife made an appointment with a certain individual and when she arrived for her scheduled appointment he was on vacation. Several times they have done her nails and a few days later they lifted. They told her to ckme in and they would repair them. They then charged her full price to fix their unsatifactory work. She will not go back there

The guy who did my nails twice rushed me in and out for a full set in 45 mins. He got my nail color wrong intentionally and said he will “pick my nail color” and thought it was funny. One time I was there as well one of the main guys who sits at station 1 also yelled at a client who pointed out something about her nails and screamed at her at the top of his lungs about how she was wrong. This place is just money hungry and flips people that’s all they care about. I miss Peter he was the best and now he’s gone.

Worst nails ive ever had done. I only went here because its one of the only places around here open on a sunday. I went in for a fill for my acrylics and according to their prices online thats only $17 and he said that there was water under my nails (???) so he had to do a new full set which ended up being $45! And instead of soaking them to get them off he took a nail file and dug the old acrylics off of my nails which was incredibly painful and damaged some of them. I picked out one specific color and he lost the color and couldnt remember the number that it was so I had to find a new color and half of my nails are completely crooked! I wont be going back. Dont waste your time.

Manicure was price high (20.00) without massaging the hands and fingers was little disappointed. Happy with the eyebrows nicely done! Will be back.

My girlfriend went to get her nails done today. She finishes and the guy charges her $50. She pays him 60 and leaves, the (as Im told) OWNER follows her to the car and tries hounding her for a tip, saying the it costs 60, not 50 and she needs to go back and tip! EXCUSE ME SIR?!?! IT IS NOT OK TO FOLLOW CUSTOMERS TO THE PARKING LOT AND HOUND THEM FOR A TIP THEYVE ALREADY GIVEN. The work here is good, but not worth visiting

Worst fill Ive ever gotten

First time here and I couldnt be more pleased. Best nail place I have ever been to. So polite and go out of their way to make sure your experience is great. Best part was how cleanly they are. To me thats a big bonus.

Beware if you have working feet!! DONT DO IT :) Not sanitizing and taking health precautions!!! The one star is for her being nice but totally neglecting the main reason why i came. Also I had no cash insisted I pay with cash for saving of $2 or pay $2 extra! I tried to tell her my concerns but of course it was done half way...a total waist of money. I had to tell her several times that my nails were all lengths and they were not straight or not the same size then would file or cut the smaller one :) also when i sat down i noticed hair and stuff of chair not clean between client and proper sanitation between clients. sorry for the one star but you lost my business...i will not refer my girls here :(

Very disappointed, asked for Halloween nails, picked out Halloween stickers to put on my nails and the guy gave me sad faces on my ringer finger in white nail polish. When i said something he didnt understand me. Definitely will not be coming back again especially seeing the lady next to me get great nails done for $30 and being charged $47 for mine! I could have drawed a white sad face on my nails at home..

Michelle is AWESOME!!!Im a older Male and her pedicure is great. She takes care of all in grown toenails like a surgeon. Ive tried other places and there is no comparison. I moved out of the area and still drive 50 miles for my appointment. She always works me in.

I love this place! My sister and I went and had a manicure and pedicure, Peter did my nails and David did my sister . We both did the dipped nails with ombré and they turned out fantastic!Alexis did our pedicures and it was great! The service was great and relaxing and for the first time my nails were done without me bleeding once!! I highly recommend them, money well spent!

I have never written a review before but I thought I should share my experience.This was my first time ever getting my nails done. I need to get them done for my Quinceañera. I was super excited but the guys that were doing me and my sisters nails they were not nice. And they cut the nail beds of almost every nail. Like I said I have never gotten my nails done before but I don’t think that I should leave with dried up blood on my fingers. My fingers hurt so bad when we left and the day after they were sore. I asked my twin sister (who also need her nails done for our Quinceañera) and she said the same thing happened to her. And also it was very over priced, and he put glitter on my ring fingers even tho I didn’t ask. Which was nice but I don’t like it and I was to afraid to ask him to take it all of and to do it again because he seemed upset anyway. I would have liked my first experience getting my nails done to be better. ):

Went there today for the first time after a friend told me about going there. I got the dipped nails and Im in love!! They did a great job and have so many colors!! Lisa did mine and I cant wait to go back and get a new color 😊 I couldnt post a picture here but I did upload a picture on the photos, its the blue with one blue sparkles. Im so in love!!

Last minute decision to get my nails done. I am so glad I did!Beautiful work, time was very precious. Nice workers. The owner did my nails. Observed it and did exactly what I wanted. I have a curve to my nail beds and every other place grinds it down, which I dislike. The owner made me feel very comfortable. The whole process I could not stop smiling.Best place Ive ever been to!

Love this place! They are very good at nails and I lovee how the shape is pretty much perfect! My nails usually last 2-3 weeks but sometimes after a couple fills they barely last a week and start to break. They are very nice and will fix your nails for you when they break with no problem. Sometimes they are busy and you have to wait a while but, other than that I usually have a good experience here. David and Heiko are very very nice and love how they do my nails!

Ive gone here a couple times& every time they have not been good. My most recent time i got a fill& the next day 1 of my nails broke and then a couple days later another 1 broke and so i just went back and got a new set w/ shellac they charged me full price& the whole time i was there the workers were fighting and it was VERY uncomfortable being a customer and other costumers were commenting on how unprofessional they were being. They messed my nails up so bad they were all different lengths, different thickness, and just all around bad. I went to Impressions and they tried there best to fix my nails& have made them look MUCH better. VERY DISAPPOINTED with there customer service.

Friend had a gift card for 80$ and they said it expired after a year and denied her business. Don’t buy a gift card and don’t give them your business.

Second time my daughter and I went to have our nails done. First time they did her dip nails in the wrong color.We went yesterday and my nails were so bad he painted a different color (darker) to try and hide how uneven they are. They look awful. Shellac should be soaked off, not drilled. My daughters thumb nail polish chipped off today. Also, every time we went the price changed by $10. There is zero quality here, all about quantity.

This place was completely horrible and they had someone who was obviously not a certified nail technician touch my nails ... they couldn’t even file my nails properly and cut into my skin by filing into my skin ... which made me bleed and was painful and irritating to say the least . I’ve NEVER been cut by filing before at any nail salon in the decade or so I’ve been getting my nails done . All they did was put some kind of glue for cuts on it ? I was appalled at how unsanitary this all was since who knows how many people they’ve used that same damn file for . On top of it all my nails were done shorter than I wanted and are not all identical... I was also overcharged for a full set of acrylics and I had no designs or anything !! I was charged 37 when there service menu says 27 .... Run away from this place and BEWARE!!!!!

I had dip powder on my nails and I needed to get them done again, me and my mom decided to go here. The man took off my previous dip by prying them off with a fake nail and nail clippers instead of soaking them in acetone and filing them down, it really hurt. When he finished the new dip powder they looked good, but I was disappointed on how they took off my previous dip.

Ive never experienced a manicure quite like this before. It was extremely rushed and not a pleasant experience by any means. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I understand why they are giving away prizes here, they probably cant keep new clients. Instead of soaking off the shellac nail polish, they take a dremel to your nails and file it down to your natural nail. My nails literally hurt the next couple of days. The person who did my nails threw my hands around like they were rag dolls. There was no lotion, no massage and barely any prep work completed. I asked him to file my long natural nails to a coffin shape and he laughed and said thats for fake nails only. Im no rookie at the nail salon. I get a coffin shape done most every time. I called the next day to tell them I was unhappy with my experience and the quality of work. My nails looked hideous. The woman on the phone apologized and asked when I could come in next for a fix. When I returned a week later a different person (the manager) did my nails. At the end of the nail polish change, not a manicure, just a nail polish change. He looked at me and said $35. I literally couldnt believe what I was hearing. All of the staff members did not speak English or understand what I was saying. At least thats what they wanted me to believe. I would never go back here again. It was a terrible experience.

Went in today to get a fill, shared how drill had burned my nails weeks prior, they asked who did it and I did not know his name and said so . He indicated next chair and yes that was where I sat, so I indicated yes. He said drill only does polish not skin . But I left with three fingers bleeding and painful . Treating with triple antibiotic cream, so disappointing. Nails great but not worth this, will not be back,

Today i got shellac done. He did a good job. I was told for 30 dollars i would get a massage and cuticles cut. Shellac other wise os 25. No massge. Even tho i pd. Wont be back!!

It was ok! I thought the pedicure was alright but then he said lets do a manicure and left me bleeding and painful when messing with my cuticles. Instead of using nail polish remover, removes my old polish with his dirty long nails by peeling it off, that is not cool (that to me was very gross)! Then I understand they are Asian but speak so we can all understand, when laughing and speaking a different language to me its quite rude if you cant understand them. Who knows what they are saying. Just a turn off, will be going back to my original salon. Thought I found a closer one but I guess I didnt .

If I could give this place lower than one star I would. Unfortunately the last time I went the guy who did my nails drilled all the way through multiple nails making me bleed and I told him it was burning and hurting. All of my nails are so thin from that experience. I even lost the majority of both my thumb nails due to how much he drilled on them. They look awful and are extremely painful.Again I will never go back.

You finally find the perfect one to do your nails and then they move...Peter was at another salon previously and he does such a fantastic job I am following him and traveling 24 miles for my nails to be looking great with his artistic flair and gentle touch as I have very sensitive nails.
