Customer service is the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. The service is so unreliable you can never count on it. It is a horrible company and if the rumors are true that they received federal money to set up their network the y should be prosecuted for stealing. Now that Zayo owns it the only thing that has changed was prices went up.
Absolutely horrible...the worst and most over priced internet and TV service I have every used (compared to Comcast, AT&T, and Dish). Unfortunately the apartment complex I live in restricts the options for internet and TV access to this company, otherwise I would drop the service immediately. Service gets lost on a weekly basis (even in nice weather) and the only assistance technicians give is, Its not on our end..., channels frequently lose HD, internet will shut off for no reason and when I call the techs blame me, claiming I need to stop downloading movies and music even though I do neither. Additionally, their prices are significantly higher than the competition. If you have a choice, I recommend choosing a different provider.
I have had arialink for the two years I have lived in Fountain Place APartments and they have been awesome, the customer service is always so nice and if they cant solve it over the phone a tech is quick to come out. My internet is always super fast, and watching Netflix online through my PSP is great. Im stoked that I can keep Arialink when I move to my new house!
Worst company ever to do business with. Customer service is terrible. It takes several calls or being on hold forever just to get to talk with someone. The only way they have any customers is because they are the only service available in some apartment complexes. Billing department is terrible. Had multiple issues with not being billed correctly. They dont even send an electronic statement. Their website is useless. Stay away from this company.
