Excellent place to work if you are willing to put in the effort. Flexible schedule, need to come in at 9 and work to 5? No problem. Need to work extra one day and leave early another? Fine. Regular pay increases, large variety of positions from construction to project management to customer service. 401K, PTO, Health and Dental.

All 5 star reviews are from employees. Its a bad company all around steve and kevan joke to work for. They steal conduits from companies and they dont permit alot of their work. They will take everything they can then dump you after work is done. Do not do business with them.

ACD Fiber internet.. great speeds at low costs

Numerous issues with poor quality and downtime. Customer service is poor, they sound irritated when you call with a problem! Pricing may seem competitive -- but they are actually overpriced. Several friends switched and wished they had dropped ACD net much sooner.

Update: still incredible customer service. Even by email. What I really love is how quickly they turn things around. Ive paid a late bill several times, day and middle of the night, and my service was always restored within 5 min. No dumb processing time of 2-4 days & sometimes a week. 😊Affordable pricing and accommodations, friendly staff, constant improvement of services, instant problem remediation (in my most recent experience).

Excellent service. Called with an outage on a Saturday morning, the problem (which required replacing some failed equipment on-site) was fixed in little over an hour. Competent, polite help and fast repair!

Horrible customer service, horrible service. Intermittent. They dont explain everything to you, dont work with you, dont send out invoices, wasnt even a month late on my final payment (that they didnt send an invoice for) and they sent it to a debt collector. Gave me a hard time when I tried to get a copy of my final invoice so I could enter it in my records. Oh and when we were trying to get their service to work they blamed my phone provider for intermittent service. The speeds were slow, switched to a competitor and got 5x the speed both up and down for almost 1/2 the price.

Local operation of data collection and fiber optic installation. Offering internet and phone service. Seems to be growing as witnessed while working nextdoor.Great service to the area.

Hey these people think they can come into your yard and put a cell phone tower without asking you. Then the people they hire leave a sidewalk messed up, a piece missing from the sidewalk placed in the homeowners yard, a pile of dried cement with a cone on top of it and then pull a big 18 wheeler truck in your yard when the ground is wet and leave big ruts from the tires and deep holes in your yard making it impossible to mow your yard. This would be in Toledo, Ohio...nice job!!! only way to post was to pick a star...

This company is doing amazing things in the Michigan area. I use their Internet at work and Ive never had problems and the employees are super nice and helpful. Their DAS systems make internet access so much faster and efficient.

A company run by two big children. One owner, will frequently go into the warehouse and destroy things like tvs, desks, trailers,boats, or anything else he can smash with heavy equipment in a temper tantrum. There is zero communication within the company and it is literally a constant problem. The workers are forced to work out of state often, most of the positive reviews are from their friends. Fake. In my opinion ACD is a joke. Terrible Internet and even worse customer service. Do not get tricked into signing a long contract, you will regret it.

This is a pretty impressive Co-Lo as far as these things go. Their engineers have been great to work with.

What is the point of having an off-brand internet provider, when they just rent the services from the big companies anyway. Why would you choose to be a middle man business if you cant find someway to improve on the service. It just doesnt seem productive to use a middle man when they cant actually do anything without the big daddy company taking care of it for them. I am not impressed with this service at all.

Company is a joke dont waste you time, rude and way over priced. Also techs are a joke. A bad one, the kind that doesnt even make you chuckle.

Dont order colocation or hosting services; its overpriced and they will not let you end your contract early.

Extremely rude staff who act like you are interfering with what they are working on. The company as an issue with communication and customer service. Email response is slow. Calling on the phone is worse. Beware of the grumpy lady who is only there to treat you like dirt.

It wasnt a good experience. My internet service went in and out at least ten times a day. ACD told me it wasnt on their end, but was told later it might have been ATT lines. What could I do about that? I paid them to have internet! I finally cut off my service with four months to go to meet my two year contract, and was charged the full cancellation fee. Wont do that again, not with these people.
