Great customer service, very knowledgeable personnel and top 9n the line products

They detailed my 2017 Ford Super Duty and did a fabulous job. It looks brand new again. I love the interior scent. Has a real new car smell. Ill be back next year. No one, absolutely no one, does as great of a job detailing as Ziebart.

Had paint protection film and ceramic coating put on my truck here. They also included ceramic coating to the fiberglass topper and taking off the mud flaps to put the film behind them in the price. This is the second vehicle I have had done there and the paint protection film on my 2016 looked as good as the day they put it on. Having your rocker panels done there will save you money. Thanks again for the great service.

I had to get cruise control on my vehicle because it didnt come with it! Thus far works well and Ziebart gives 3 year Warranty! When I dropped off my car and as I was leaving, Ziebart staff was already taking my car to work on it! Fast service! Highly recommend!

No help from them! They werent able to even refer me to anyone else that would be willing to do the job for me so I figured out how to do it myself without them. I will be going to another place in the future! NOT THEM

They did window tint on my vehicle and did a great job. Didnt take as long to complete the work as I thought it would. Will definitely go back for future detailing.

They are alright. There customer service skills lack a bit, and they scratched my car..twice. After taking my car back to have it repainted, (which they drove my car 60 miles to a buddies house without consent, I didnt know they were going to be driving my car anywhere, didnt tell me just noticed my mileage was more then I had left it so I asked) they scratched my car again on the rear lower bumper...looks like they backed over something and dragged the bumper across something? They gave me a very tough time trying to get them to repaint their first mistake so i just took the second scratch as a loss. They dont do as good as of a job as the one in Jackson, MI either.Dont go to the one in Lansing.

Great experience with the owner of the location, but one staff member didnt seem to know much about appointment scheduling and wasnt very personable. Still giving it 5 stars because they did a great detail job on my friends vehicle, and my running boards were priced very reasonably and installed well.

The associates are All helpful And courteous. I would recommend this location to friends and family. Great job guys!! 👍

Just under coated my truck, they did a great job, I did see one spot they missed and the took care of it right there

Fantastic they did an amazing job cleaning the interior of our Ford explorer I could not be happier with the work they did would not hesitate to to recommend them Great job.

First brand new truck thought I would help it last a long time and have it rust proofed. What a mistake. Overspray everywhere. Back of rims, on paint where it should not be. Oozing off the frame. Small puddles in parking lot under my truck where it dropped from off the frame. It was also oozing down the sides of the driveshaft. I have pics of it all. They were upset with me that I was upset. They took it back in and were trying to scrub all the bad areas off. I was not even gonna bother with a review but about once a month I get an email from them for some kind of advertisement and reminds me of the nightmare. Next time I will go to linex or somewhere else. Called corporate and they had the same person call me back from the store that I got nowhere with in the first place. Wanted me to bring my truck back in. No way..... they did not even use protective stuff on my seats and floor when getting in and out with their dirty clothes on. Never again.....

5 years after we purchased out truck and still no rust

Been using them for years, initial cost are not cheap but the yearly maintenance fee is quite reasonable. If keeping your car looking good Is important to you they offer a variety of products to meet your needs.

Complete under coating of my GMC 2500HD. Interior detailing. They did a great job. Finished on time.

Detailing Q5 Audi, they mess the front grill paint. They didn’t take responsibility for that. Moreover there detailing service also poor.

Staff seems knowledgeable and polite. Had the Diamond gloss coat and fabric protection done on my truck. Initial impression, truck looks great. Suppose to be good for a year and require no waxing. Its a black truck so this is a plus. So far I am happy with the product and staff at Lansing. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

They put in automatic starter a year and a half ago and it stopped working. I called they told me to bring in, the brains were bad, replaced it right away and no charge. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend for any service!

Very fast service! I went in for window tint and was out in less than an hour (two windows). Their staff was friendly and they have a comfortable waiting room. Convenient location and easy to find. Competitive price and Im impressed with the work they did. My windows look great and match the rear windows perfectly.

I pick up a wonderful used Ford Ranger and had the ziebart undercoating applied. Used it for over 10 years (over 200,000 miles) sold it with no rust showing. I miss that truck.

Looks great! I was very happy with the end product. Had my wheel wells sprayed with liner. They suggested that I overlap the edge by 1 inch. I went with it and Im glad I did. Turned out great.

They did a great job of detailing my van, putting on the fabric protector, paint protection and rust proofing.The detailing made my van look brand new. Top notch service from Drew and Bob. I work at MSU Transportation Services and we recently had a department gut a fish in the back seat of one of our rentals and it dripped fish water through the cracks and into the carpet. We took it to Ziebart on a 88 degree day (with no complaints) and they gave it back to us smelling like a new vehicle. I can honestly say everyone involved in cleaning that car (and everyone near it) deserves a medal. Fantastic work and highly professional attitude (no matter the job..clearly). I had a remote car starter installed in our 2012 Ford Escape. Drew was great at explaining his plan and making a firm appointment since we live over an hour away from the Ziebart location. Excellent communication and follow through.

Very happy with their service. Drew is always courteous and helpful. We have had many things done there on multiple vehicles and always happy with the end result. Had some lights put on a GMC that quit working after 3 months and they replaced them with no problem. Would recommend this place..

Rust proofing for a new vehicle. Got me in quick explained the process and warranty. Even suggested to leave vehicle an extra day with light rain in the area.

Our little one got an upset belly in our 2014 Traverse. The car was already in great need of an interior detail. Kids had really taken a toll. The guys did a fantastic job. Above and beyond expectations. Broke one charging cord that wasnt mentioned. But for how bad the car was, it was well worth the price plus the $10 cord. Thanks

Window tinting, truck accessories or car detailing they have it all, fair priced and customer service is always good. I wont get my windows tinted anywhere else.

Absolutely horrible experience, they will not honor their own warrantee. Had some step bars rhino lined two years ago, they have completely RUSTED THROUGH, but the store manager himself said their product has “done its job” since it’s still on the truck. The rhino lining has split pealed and cracked but that’s acceptable to them and tell me that “no one can say why the metal rusted.” I paid almost $400 for their product to be sprayed on $1200 bars to protect them from stone chips and rust, (as the salesmen two years ago assured me they would do) and now they will do absolutely nothing about it. Please don’t give this company one penny of your money.

Bob is the nicest guy but the work performed on my truck was very dissapointing. I took my truck to have paint sealant put on. The truck did not have any scratches or dents in the sheet metal until I let Ziebart touch it. Now there is a scratch to the metal that is the size of a pinky finger nail. The dent i had removed with pdr. I just couldnt understand why me. You trust a company to help make something better and protect your investment and now it is damaged. Eventually the paint will get worse where the scratch is. The truck also had overspray on it that had to be cleaned off the rims and roof. It appeared to be undercoating. The explanation for the roof was that when it was parked overnight the spray must have settled. Anyway I really wish I could post a better review because we need good companies to do good work but I will never go back.

They are worth driving to the west side. No nonsense. Never oversell. If anything they may undersell for people like me who never had car detailed & dont know options or usual prices when I started doing this a year ago. Did it as a treat for paying off my car & made it feel new again. I eat & drink coffee in my car, have dogs & kids. They told me they probably wouldnt be able to get out year-old grease stains & coffee, but they did!

They order a remote for my truck and told me it was going to take a week but it took 3 weeksThey were rude and disrespectful never told us about things being on back order when I went in to see what was going on I had attitude the hole time never gave us the rest of the remote charger after I ordered a new one and they never told us that we have to keep it charged I will never go through them again

Good service. If you are a regular they eventually cut out the high pressure upselling and the bs about ceramic nano poly this that and just give you a straight deal on the basic services you ask for. Exterior services are good but again you have to endure and resist the super high priced upgrades. I have several vehicles I regularly take in for exterior stuff. I recommend them for this type of work.I did not think the interior detail was worth squat. Maybe if you roll in with a filthy car and want the dung shoveled out it would be up your alley. I took them a car that was already quite clean inside expecting an actual detailing of the fussy stuff my basic cleanup did not address. When I picked it up it was obvious somebody figured they got got lucky and got assigned to detail a car that was already done. Other than some streaks and dampness to indicate the carpet was cleaned, they really did nothing to address the details like cleaning in crevices and around knobs, Inside cupholders etc. It was returned to me as clean as I delivered it which is to say it was still dirty in the detail areas. I wasted $100+ and wont have them touch an interior again.

No complaints whatsoever..They always do a nice job and I will continue to do business with them.

Find someplace else to tint your windows! Do not go here! I didnt even have my tint on for 2 months and its already peeling off.

Did a great job detailing my New To Me car. Made it look brand new.

Had my window tinted there 2 years ago job was done good when first done then two front Windows started to fade went in for warranty got them redone they put wrong shade tint on took back to have right tint put now I have bubbles and was told to deal with it.

A little pricey but they do good work

They were quick and professional and did a great job on my Jeep. I had them steam clean and detail the inside and they brought it back to show room condition. I will be back after winter to get it done again.

They wash your car after they patch up the undercoating.
