I havent been there in years. The last time I was there, on my lunch hour, I bought the most expensive package. Drove back to work and realized that the entire dash and steering wheel was still wet from the spray. The employee obviously forgot to wipe it down.

I kept hearing great things about this carwash & finally decided to try it out.And I am so very glad that I did! They did an AMAZING job on my vehicle! They thoroughly cleaned it inside and out. And they were running a special the day I went, so I received upgrades to my wash!The staff was professional and friendly.It was worth every penny, I will definitely be going back, and referring everyone I know!

I’ve used this car was many times. Today I happen to look at the reviews. I’ve never Felt so sick to my stomach after reading that Mans review. Not only did they put their hands on an individual, they put their hands on an individual with special needs! I have a special needs son so that kind of behavior disgust me and you could say sorry 1 million times it will never add up to the disrespect. Own your actions if you were unprofessional that is something you will have to live with! Except it wasn’t just unprofessional it was dehumanizing. You learn at a very young age to keep your hands to your self! That means don’t touch nobody.

So I went to have my truck washed as usually do often and normally I am delighted with the service. Today though, I had my nephew with me whom is a mentally impaired young adult. As he has done so many times, he will wait in front of the car wash and have a cigarette and jams with his headphones on while I’m going through the wash not bothering anyone. Today though, the manager had a issue with it. I guess he ask a couple people if “that guy” was with them, but I was unaware because I had not made it to the waiting area. Once I did, him (the manager) and a couple other employees were making fun of my nephew. I went inside the service area and asked to speak to the manager, to find he was the one that was the issue. Upon returning to the waiting area, through the window I seen the manager grab my nephew and forcing him to the street. I went out side and demanded he take his hands off my nephew that I was a paying customer and his actions were uncalled for. I was then informed the my nephew was high as a kite and shouldn’t be out there. When I informed the manager he was not high, and in fact was mentally impaired, he began to tell me how I should watch him better. At no time did he apologize to me for his actions. I’m not sure if I will ever return.

Best car wash in Lansing, they dont mind going the extra mile, especially when you give them specific directions.

Estimated for a small Audi vehicle that cost would be $60. Charged $120. Also, they left white residue everywhere in the vehicle interior. When I say everywhere I mean everywhere. Took me 30 minutes with a micro fiber to get it all cleaned out. Absolutely horrific service. Go ANYWHERE else. Save your money.

Some services said that they include undercarriage rinse. However even after the service, its easy to find the remained Calcium Chloride on my vehicles underbody. Looks like even no touch of any water on that. I also cannot find any proper device to wash the underbody on the whole line

So sweet. After backing my car up with my drivers side door open and ripping the hinges, it took me about a month to fix with my friend Austin. We tried a bunch of times to fix it but today it finally worked! Austin is a sweet guy. 5 stars for Austin. I didnt have all the doors on my car before today, so I couldnt get a carwash before now. I was so excited to have all the doors on my car, I celebrated with a car wash. My orange car came out smelling like an orange. Everyone was sweet. A sweet day for me.

Everybody loves a like new car. They do a great job of cleaning inside and out for a reasonable price. I also bought a gift card so our son can get his car washed and vacuumed.

Was charged 1 time in card then told I didnt pay so I paid cash then I saw the $ was removed from my account so I wanted my cash back the manager didnt even ask an she refunded my card. After that I saw my truck and the inside window was supposed to be cleaned but it was only sprayed N dripping the cleaner onto my leather seats. An I wasnt even pulling away yet and a HUGE soap line was dripping down my front windshield. I asked for all 3 rowns to be vacuum an windows clean. By the time I got home my car had nothing but dry soap scum down the entire back side. So I just had to clean an detail it as soon as I got home. Never again will I pay almost 50 bucks for that my kids would of at least got the soap off.

Gave this company a second chance yet again paid for the second highest service they have and yet disappointed again. They soaked my floor mats did not even attempt to dry them. I paid extra for a special that didn’t even get done car was still dripping soap that was never washed off. Interior was Supposed to have been cleaned very well my seats were still dirty cup holders were not even touched all in all a horrible waste of money. And to top it off the employees are hostile and will get upset at you if you just look at a car being cleaned you would expect more from the managers. I will not be back and I hope you take this into account.

First time trying to get my car washed here. The gentlemen was really rude. I asked for the tires to be clean. He said it didn’t include the entire car. I asked for something that includes the car and the tires. He asked inside or outside. I said just outside. He said get out the come on. I tried asking him a question and he just saying get out the car and wouldn’t listen. So I got out and tried to ask what was included. He ignored me and kept saying leave the key phobe in the car and he wouldn’t listen to me. Just kept saying leave the key in the car or I can’t do nothing. I just left.

Love stopping here to get my car cleaned. The service in thorough and friendly. They have an air conditioned (with wi-fi!) waiting room if you are in for a quick detail. It is an awesome place for all car maintenance needs.

Ive been going to this car wash for over 15 years, for the most part I would give them 5 stars, however lately their care on the inside of my vehicle has not been very cleaned up.

I always drive past this place but never stopped in bc my vehicle is an old rusty, but trusty, bucket &I worry that a high pressure car wash will just destroy it lol but I had my Moms vehicle today, so I thought why not? Now I stopped right around lunch time &while the line was long, the wait wasnt! The guys were great, friendly. Asking how I was, wishing everyone a good day, etc. The efficiency in which each worker(in the carwash &the lobby) did their job was awesome to see. Prices arent bad either! Would highly recommend getting your vehicle washed/detailed at Kwik Car Wash! ☆☆☆☆☆

Reasonably priced for the service. Friendly staff who takes care in what they do. Loads of air freshener options, too. Im not used to exiting the vehicle for a car wash but they vacuum and clean inside real nice. This will be my go to wash every few months.

20 bucks for a quick wash and crappy vacuum job. They didnt clean the tray at all. The wash with tire clean was ok, but wheels still have dirt.

Somethings never change. That being said when the car wash that Ive chosen says interior vacuum I expect atleast that! When my vehicle was done it looks like all that was done was my floor mats sprayed off! I go there every now and then to see if the quality has changed and its only seem to get worst. It doesnt matter on the value of the car wash from the basic to the 42 dollar one same quality. POOR!

I’ve been coming here for years starting with my father about 40 years ago. He was on first name basis with some of the workers. This is also the car wash responsible for washing the LPD cars. They do a great job inside and out. I wouldn’t go any place else!

Paid just under $19 for the car wash car was not washed very well and did not dry inside the doors or the back would not recommend

I went for the first time yesterday. The wash was awesome! The front end customer service was lacking, the attendant was impatient with me and told me I was holding up the line (1 car behind me). But the guys actually washing and cleaning my Jeep were great and did a fantastic job!

What a great place. My car looks wonderful,,it was vacuumed, dusted, hand dried. The staff was polite and attentive. Even the floor mats were clean. I spilled a bag of popcorn, took my dogs to the vet and transported straw and you would never know. Thanks for doing such a good job.

Sept. 20 this place does not hand wash. They do not have a shaded space to hand wax. Do not ever go to kwik car wash, ever. They ripped me off. Liars and cheats. Never again.

Wash was quick but after the wash I got down and checked, Machine does not clean completely. Can see dust in some parts.It did not satisfied me. Staff was not friendly.Cost is less and affordable.

Kind of bummed. I usually LOVE going there but was kind of disappointed yesterday. I mean the outside was was great, nice and shiny. But the vacuuming was sorely lacking. Didnt get on the sides of the seat or the back seat at all or wipe down the dash or cup/miscellaneous holders. I didnt notice til I was on the highway on my way home. Paid $16 for that. 🙁

I had a full interior/exterior detail performed on my car at a reasonable price and with some Fantastic! service. I would highly recommend Kwik Car Wash over many of the other local detail shops. They pay attention to detail and have great customer service. During the detail, they drove me to a local coffee house while I waited for my car to finish. Even received a follow-up phone call a few days later to make sure my expectations were met . Thanks again!

Paid 159. 95 for the 2 row clean and I will say that it looked so much better.(kids straight messed it up) however I saw yesterday, theyissed some things so I give 4 stars... Still, for only taking 2.5 hrs. Im pleased. Thanks.
