I had a 8: 30am appointment on a Sunday morning for a oil change. I arrived there around 7:50 and they took my car in around 8:00am. I was told it would be about 30 minutes, well that didnt happen it was 10:30 a.m. and I went to check to see was my oil change completed the service person told me around 11:30 a.m. I ask whats my car ready and another service person told me it will be another 10 minutes before they will get to it. I told them to please go get my car I was leaving this was ridiculous what was the point of me even making an appointment at 8: 30am and is now 11: 30am and my oil change wasnt completed. I left there and went to Jiffy lube the same day and the wait time to get in was 5 minutes, oil change was completed in 20 minutes.

They always repair my car right the first time for a fair price
