I see why they are successful. My daughters car had ignition issues. Shes at MSU Im back home. They really could have bent me over a barrel but DID NOT! They found the issue and fixed it with no parts and 1 hour labor. I was expecting to pay much more and would have without question. Truly exceptional people that were a pleasure to work with.

My Ford Explorer was having serious issues while I was moving my son into MSU. I had an 11 hour trip home ahead of me and needed a fix fast. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a few hours. All for a very reasonable price. It ran great on the home and I will forever be grateful for their help in such a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommend!

I took my 2015 Chevy Equinox in for brakes and 90,000 maintenance. They did a great job as always. Have done business with them since early 70s when their dad and mom ran the shop. They even do my yearly oil change on my slingshot in the pictures. Great guys all around.

Ive been a Badgleys Family Garage customer for 45 years and during that time they have serviced 10 different cars for me and my family. The total number of service appointments over 45 years numbers in the hundreds. Every single service job was professionally performed: quality work, careful attention to my requests, reasonable cost, knowledgeable and competent mechanics who diagnose problems and provide solutions in a timely manner, honest and trustworthy folks.

Needing some repairs for your 4 wheeled machine? These guys know their stuff (thanks to inheriting the shop from their dad/ grandfather) and run a great shop. Theyve done a lot of good work for our family. Loaded with Lansing auto (Oldsmobile) history all around, even visiting is a great experience. Hard to say that about any other auto repair shop that I know of.

Ive since had my vehicles in for 3 different major repairs and have always been treated with respect and most importantly -- with honesty!!!!! Their service is very expensive. I do not recommend it to anyone. I paid $ 50 just to check the hole in the muffler tube and they asked 700 dollars to fix it. I went to another garage and paid $ 60 to check and fix the hole in tube. Also the another garage suggested me to change the whole muffler to new one for 300 dollar with taxes.This service works according to the law but are they allowed to ask 700 for new muffler while another garage can change the same for 300 dollars?

I was in a bind with my daughters car who is going to MSU with a brake issue. They were able to get the car in the same morning which I really appreciated. The diagnosis was a brakes were needed on all 4 tires which I can understand. He quoted me a price that I felt was ridiculously high but I wasnt in a position to really complain and ask for a better price as my car was torn apart and new brakes were needed. I told them Id like to use the cheapest parts as possible as the really isnt worth all that much and I would be selling it soon. He said he wouldnt come down to less expensive parts because his reputation was at stake.... Really???!!!! What about customer service!! I ended spending not too much less than what the cars worth because was in a bind and needed the service. It really felt like I was taken advantage of.... but never again!

My most recent visit to Badgley`s Garage was fantastic. Trevor & Cal went above and beyond on the work for my vehicle. All that was taken care of was explained in detail to me. Could not ask for a better experience in such a timely manner. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Really friendly mechanics who know what they are doing and don’t try to rip you off. I took my car to them for a coolant leak. They had the car fixed super quick and the total came out to way less than I was expecting. Been months now and haven’t had any problems with the job they did. No return leak. Definitely would recommend them as your go to mechanic in the Lansing area!

I recently acquired a classic car, and needed to find someone who works on older cars and understands their unique needs. Badgleys came recommended by other classic car owners in the area, and they did a great job inspecting, working on, and teaching me about my car. They also did the work quickly and got the car back to me right away.

These guys are wonderful! Took my car there a year ago when I was in a pinch - the drivers side window mechanism broke the day before New Years Eve, and I was moving on Jan. 1, and they fixed it within hours for an excellent price! Brought it back later for a windguard underneath that broke on the highway, and they took it off so I could drive it safely, no questions asked. I trust them to give me a fair shake and plan on using them again in the future!

Badgleys is a honest, thorough and family-friendly shop. We are from outside lansing and went to them for a pre-purchase inspection. They found a number of maintenance and safety problems with the car--problems of which the owner was not aware!Both men and women will feel comfortable there. They explain mechanical problems simply and patiently, and treat both male and female customers with respect.

Had read good things, but when I called Trevor he balked at working on my vehicle. Also took my phone number and was to call me back...that was 4 days ago, I have still not heard from him.
