Really thought a bad review I had read was posted by a disgruntled friend. Wish now I had taken it seriously. I paid Crystal $300, in advance unfortunately, to open my pool. Day one she did get the debris out. Gave me a list of chemicals to pick up and said she’d be back that evening for the second step. She called that night to say she had forgotten all about me and would come the next day.She made it two days later, added chemicals and said I would need to backwash the pool every two hours until I went to bed and again the next morning. She was supposed to do they but I decided since she had a problem remembering me on the first day I’d better suck it up and do it myself. Needless to say she never showed up for day three. I called and texted several times with no response. After several YouTube videos I finished the opening process myself. The review I read was on Yelp and with the exception of me paying $200 more than that customer it’s about the same as mine. Avoid this company at all cost, because that’s all you’ll get from Crystal, cost.

Came and did a good job cleaning out the Lil water and and debris with my shot vac after was suppose to come for many days I paid her $100.00 she stated it was for the first chemicals and vacuum, insisted I filled up the pool completely, and that cost me hundreds of dollars and they never came bk, had kept having excuses after excuses and wouldn’t answer my calls, Guess even after you know someone basically your whole life you actually don’t know then at all 😪😪 she even blocked me where I couldn’t contact her at all so there went a waste of $100.00 and my children’s feelings hurt and a lot of money to straighten my pool out 😪😪 so no I do not recommend at all....
