Everyone was kind especially the gentleman who checked me out. But the gentleman who I let know what service I needed was disjointed and unorganized. On the phone ordering parts while talking to me. The owner must own several locations that he or she can not keep up with. I will not go back sorry.

Just i went for engine oil change first thing the took the info of my vin number in a piece of cardboard..then they dont change the oil filter .when i asked if they change it he told me the system dont show the right number for my truck ( filter on my truck is on top of the engine always i can see when is replaced).then on my invoice said the filter was changed?, any way they took the price off for the filter .now i have new oil with old dirty oil filter 😡and when i see myInvoice i understand why. First thing they never put my license plate number right( i have both on it) and second one they dont know and dont ask for the engine number of my truck (is 2.4) on the invoice say 3.5Thats why they cant find the right oil filterAlways i change my oli with Jiffy Lube not here is this location but same companySo be careful with this place, people here dont has much experiences

Terrible and unorganized. The oil change took approximately 45 minutes. I was given no instruction on what to do. I couldve literally drove away and not paid for service. Theyre were items on my receipt shown that things checked and ok that I know werent even looked at, let alone checked. I can only hope that the oil was actually changed and not just topped off.

I got to the location at 7:50am on the Saturday before Mothers Day because they were scheduled to open at 8am. I wanted to get there earlier so I could be the first car, or at least one of the first. They didnt open and get started on my car until 8:40am. The manager offered to give me $20 off my Signature Service however I already had a coupon for $20 so he gave me an additional $10 off. The workers were very nice as they were standing outside with me and it was the manager who was late. There was one guy who did apologize for the inconvenience, I cant remember his name. I get that things happen but it did throw my day off.

Service was fast, efficient and very courteous. They made sure everything was done right before we left. I would definitely recommend them.

First time here. Wanted to drop car off for an oil change and car wash. Had to come back to handle the car wash separately, and finish the car wash my self. Will not be coming back, for the money I could have gone to the dealer with much better service for less.

They advertise a $29.95 oil change, but if you bring your own oil the price is $47.00. That doesnt make sence. I wont be going back there again. I gave them 2 stars because I got a free car wash.

I went on for a routine oil change. Was asked from the service work as to what type of oil I wanted, synthetic or regular. I said regular. But it still should be the same grade of oil just regular not synthetic. They put 5/30 instead 5/20 which is what my car states. They should know that. Be careful dont reply on him to know.

Had the oil changed twice at this place. I changed it myself today and the filter had DC or OZ or something and 2-22-19 written in magic marker on a cheap filter. Oil looked like glittery black corn syrup. $85 to not change the oil? Rip off!

Let me start off by saying that if I could leave zero stars on this location I would. My mother took her car on 4/20/2020 to get an oil change. Oil change was done and my mother headed home which is 9 minutes away from this location, on her way home the car caught on fire but luckily made it to the drive way of our house and turned it off with water hose pretty quick. Came to find out that the employees from Jiffy lube had left in there a red cloth/rag under the hood which caused it to catch in flames. I called jiffy lube that same day but it was already closed since my mom was one of the last clients around 4:30pm and left a message with my info requesting a call back ASAP which I never received so I had to call again the next morning around 10am and spoke to someone in the office and requested for managers number. Then called David district manager which i explained what had occurred and he send someone to inspect the car. This person took picture and said I would need to bring the car to the shop because a few oxygen sensors seemed to be burnt but he would need to let David know and have him verify that. I took the car in the next day and David said the car was fine to drive. I drove the car back home and on the way back home the check engine light turns on suddenly which it didnt have before. My mother has owned this car for many years and had never failed a smog or had any lights on the dash. I called David and told him what had happen and he said Ill come to you to check it, this would be the 3rd time them checking the car. He came and told me he would replace those oxygen sensors. Due to me requesting original parts it took David 2 weeks to get them supposedly. I took the car in at 8:00am this morning 5/21/20 to get sensors replaced and David texted me back at 11:45 am saying that the job was done and car was ready to be picked up. I went to pick it up at 12:30pm and before I left jiffy lube I checked and it had the same burnt sensors, nothing was changed. I called David and I asked him what he had supposedly changed since the same burnt oxygen sensors were still in there and he insisted he changed them. Since the begging of all this David claimed that on the second visit for some reason when he checked the car he unplugged and didnt realize the oxygen sensors werent plugged back in correctly and thats the reason why check engine light came out while I was driving home. So honestly Im not a mechanic but looking at the same burn cables you dont need to be an expert to know that nothing was changed. Please people dont take your cars to this jiffylube establishment these guys are horrible, incompetent and very unprofessional including district manager. I thank God that my mother actually drove home instead of driving to LA as she frequently does for errands and work. This couldve gone very bad and even fatal just by a jiffy lubes negligence.

Tried to sell me synthetic oil when my owners manual didnt call for it. Also, didnt know how to read the receipt and explain my fees. Horrible service

Normal oil change. I asked for them to vacuum out my car as that is normal for jiffy lube to do with an oil change. They said “we don’t do that here”

Came in almost at closing but the guys were still helpful and took their time on my car. Lobby was clean and even though they were cleaning up for the night they made a fresh pot of coffee which I appreciated.

Great place for an oil change, car wash and they even check and fill all fluids, and they let you know if theres any other problems with your car. Speedy service too.

Went in last Friday and was out in less than 20 minutes. Price was OK but I had a coupon from online that made it a good deal.

I am giving a 2 star only because of the great customer service. I just took my car for an oil change there and now I have a small oil leak and and my Camry is making a noise I never heard before. My car sounds like a old VW bug or something. I will going back to see how they handle this situation.

So I’m very disappointed my wife came here by herself and they charged her for an oil change they did not change the oil filter and not even 500 miles after I have a leak in my oil filter and I called back to complain I was told to come in for a full refund I spoke to Dan the manager who is not a mechanic and told me that he couldn’t understand what had happened to my vehicle all I wanted was a refund they’re continuously giving me the runaround not answering my calls when I do call

I went in for purple hue paint for my Christmas tree sorry this was for Auto Zone not Jiffy Lube, as I dont drive I dont go to Jiffy Lube so Im not sure how it came up on my feed

Great service! went in for an oil change before a long trip and not only did they do the oil change but suggested that we do the tranny fluid too...Thanks for the suggestion and we went ahead and did it because of towing and long trip. would not have thought about it if not suggested! Went here because I was in a hurry to get an oil change before leaving town, Big mistake, caught a guy in a dirty oily shirt getting out of my new truck when I went to check on it. Then when I paid over $100.00 for just the oil change and went to get my truck, a different guy got out and left oil prints on the steering wheel and I found more on the door handle and on the chrome grill where they shut the hood too.

I went here for an oil change after coming to the realization that there are no Valvoline oil change shops in my area and its safe to say I left the place with a small oil leak that I didnt have prior. I wont be returning. I never really did like Jiffy Lube but they seem to dominate out in this area.
