These guys are great!! They really know their stuff. Reasonably priced. They will give you options, and help you decide on the best repair. They use quality parts. I have not had to go back in for anything they have repaired. Bought tires for my wifes car at a good price. They are also really fast.

Great fast dependable work. Honest I went to get an alignment on my 4x4 after getting a new front-end put on. And they noticed I had a defective lower ball joint I just replaced. Instead of cheating me and doing it anyway. They called me and told me they couldnt do it because of the ball joint. I put a new one on and took it back the next week and they got me right in and aligned it. Very professional they will get the rest of my business and I recommend anybody else take their stuff there

I went in to get my rotors and rack a pinion checked out. when i went to pick up my vehicle the report stated to stop the grinding replace brakes and rotor.....ok anything about my steering being loose? with the report stating i need to replace my brakes and rotor, i still dont WHICH rotor is bad. to be honest it was a waste of 20$ and the time i spent dropping it off and picking it up the next day for them to say yup new brakes and rotor.

Weve had our cars serviced there and my in laws have done so for many years. This is a good trustworthy place to have your car repaired.

I wanted to give a shout out to Piper’s Service Center on S. Maple St. here in Lancaster. We hada major problem with my husband’s Chevy Silverado yesterday. His main transportation. We called them yesterday, they said bring it in at 9 am today, they could at least see what the problem was, but couldn’t fix till Tuesday next week, (as this is New Year’s Eve day) and they were booked up and closing early, which was totally understandable. They looked at it, the axel and bearings were bad. They went ahead and fixed it today, so he could get to work next week. So professional to deal with and did a great job!They didn’t have to do it today, but took it right in and got it done! So very appreciated!!!! Nice to have a local company here for us!

Bob has a great team. Straight to the point, no up selling, and just plain honest about what needs fixed. From my domestic truck to my German sports car, they handle it all and at a reasonable price. I dont even live nearby, but will drive the 40 minutes to take my vehicles to Piper. Thanks for the great service!

Took our quite old 2005 to Piper’s for a fuel leak. They diagnosed the problem and had a solution. Unfortunately the cost was prohibitive due to the vehicles age. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME for any diagnostic work! That is very appreciative and I WILL be back!

On 2-3-21, I was supposed to pick up my car after it being worked on for two days. I showed up at 4:43 to pick it up only to discover they’re closed (Their hours are apparently 8-5). I knocked on the door, I called them twice, and waited outside for 10 minutes. I had to walk home(1.5 hours away) in below freezing temperatures because they closed early without warning. When I picked it up the day after, the guy at the desk gave me attitude because I didn’t thank him when he gave me my receipt. Absolutely terrible customer service all round. Never getting my business again. I was a customer who was going there for close to a year.

I was vacationing from New York when my car had a vacuum hose split. I had to get back home that same day so I can make it back to work the next day. I told them the situation and they took me in right away! I am for ever grateful that they took care of my car and I was able to make it back home to New York on time. Now I know where to go when Im vacationing in Ohio.

This garage is absolutely amazing! They jumped through hoops with a Terrible insurance group for warranty issues. Pipers is definitely my first choice of garage service from this point on. Brian was absolutely wonderful to deal with and went over the top to help with my transmission. Thank you Pipers for being Wonderful!!

I have used Pipers several times for all different types of repairs, ranging from small to large, and every time I have found the repairs to be quickly and expertly performed at a price that is more than fair. Every time, they were also able to get me in very quickly.Troy and Brian have always taken the time to break down the estimate for me so I know what I am getting for my money. One time they came in below the estimate, and Troy passed the savings on to me. An honest repair shop is hard to find! Troy and his team have my trust, and I will use only them to work on my vehicles.

Just did business for the first time with Pipers, & I have to say I am quite pleased! Got my car in the same day, fast service, great customer service, & reasonably priced. Only complaint is after I got my car back from being fixed, it has a weird smell like my windows were left down while it rained and now it smells. Im not sure what happened, but definitely has a stench now. Overall though, great service!!

I had a water pump go out in my Honda Accord. Pipers was a bit more expensive but i had heard from friends that they had done good for them. They were quick and changed all my fluids and brakes. However within a few minutes of driving i noticed the air conditioning no longer worked. So I took it back. They found nothing. I took it home and inspected the engine myself. Once i opened the radiator I found they did not burp the system at all...I was able to add about 2 more quartz once the system was done getting all the air out they left. The air still doesnt work as well as before i took it to them. But it does now work. Also in my finding once my oil needed changed i found that the plug to the oil pan was tightened to much. So I reluctantly had to take it back to them to have them replace it since no one else wanted to touch it in case it was stripped. But there is one positive. The owner is a great guy and I enjoy him being around. But that does not make up for his employees lack of caring.

Took my vehicle in (after being sent away from another well credited shop because they didnt have the right tools) for a rear wheel barring. Rob did an excellent job! He went above and beyond!! Very curtious, nice, respectful, and gentlemen like service from everyone I came in contact with there! Highly recommended and I will def be back!

The guys are great, honest, and fair priced. Their maintenance bays are extremely clean. I am working of town and had some serious mechanical issues. I dropped off on Thursday at 4 pm and they got it done Friday night. They stayed late and got it fixed even though they close at five on a Friday so that I could have it for work on Saturday morning.

My fuel tank strap had rusted out on my truck, letting one end of the tank hanging and so I was stranded. We tried to get it in to another shop down the road, but they were so backed up they couldnt get it in for a week. We called Pipers and told them the situation. Within 24hrs, they had it towed, repaired and ready for pick-up. Pipers went above and beyond and we cant be thankful enough. Weve taken our trucks in before and weve had wonderful service all around.Its hard to find reliable business like Pipers and we will return for any service we may need in the future!

Called on Saturday made an appointment just for a estimate for Monday at 11 .Got here at 10:57 AM they took my car back at 11:07. Came and got me so that I can look under my own car and see what the problem was.Then told me they could fix it the same day and was in and out in less than an hour and a half great customer service and the price was a lot less than I expected thanks a lot pipers.

These are nice guys, bad thing is theyre nice to a fault. I took my car there to get worked on, long story short is they saw my car 4 times, each time I took it in it I kept telling them that I was having issues with it jerking. Each time I took it in they found other issues that needed fix. $2000 and 4 visits later I still have the jerking issue with it, also think the water pump is going which they also suppose to replace but never did. I feel like they were not comfortable working on my car. And honestly wish they said that in the beginning. Theyre nice people, they just need to tell people upfront about what they can and cannot work on. If your car has a computer controlling the engine I suggest you take it elsewhere.

Had rotors and brakes replaced for a fair price. They told me about other parts that were showing some wear but did not try to force me to replace them. Will return in the future.

I have dealt with Pipers for years. They have always seemed to find and fix whatever problem I am having and on several occasions have patched tires for an extremely reasonable rate. The staff is courteous and friendly. I have seen folks take their cars to dealers or other mechanics and pay three to four times as much for a similar repair.

First time being here, unfortunately will be the last.......I can deal with the misunderstanding of the price, I can also deal with the minor damage that occurred while they preformed only a tire changing job!Its when I wanted to make them aware of what happened and to show them the damage is when things went sour!! I met with owner the next day, the guy was yelling even before I made it out of my vehicle. Name calling, wouldnt let me hardly get a word in....denial, denial, denial.Thing is I wasnt looking for hand outs, I would have be satisfied with a plain old apology for this being done to a vehicle that I had BOUGHT the day before coming here. So, yes I know it wasnt there!PPL make mistakes, lets hope ya treat others better!
