My first time here. Rebecca was my Stylist. I wanted a *bob cut* and Rebecca was recommended with lots of experience for this particular haircut. Once I was in the chair, she suggested an *A-line bob*. I have seen this haircut, just to confirm, I searched on Google for pics. I told Rebecca, Lets Do This!! Oh my Gosh! My haircut is beyond awesomeness!! I have NEVER had this cut before, and I have had many *bob* haircuts.Rebecca was VERY informative, always asking if I was okay, etc. She even Styled my hair to show how to style to get that *A-line bob* look! My haircut totally changed my look! Rebecca is Awesome! I will definitely be going back for future haircuts. I am also thinking of going back to get a manicure, I would love to get a full set of nails for a french mani! The prices of their services are good!Checkem out! You should not be disappointed!

New Waves is a great place to go to get your haircut. The lady who cut my hair is named Becca. If you need to make an appointment ask for her! She is friendly, and very good at what she does. She is a great conversationalist as well. The rest of the staff are nice and friendly. I will continue to go there in the future. I hope you will too!

This is a very well rounded Salon. I have never had a bad experience with anyone there. Ive been going off and on for 10 yrs. The salon friendly and helpful. The whole salon has great feel as you walk in. From the front to the very back. Always decorated in theme of holiday and best part they really help each other here. I recently asked the manager for any contributions for my horse show association. Two weeks later 5 certificates from hair, nails to brows and more. They understand giving back to the community they work for is extremely important. Thank you Waves.

When I found the salon I was so excited. I went and looked at all the pictures and I chose BrandI. She has since been doing my hair for a very long time now. She knows what it means when you say a trim. Shes beautiful fun and fabulous. And she makes you beautiful fun and fabulous also. The other girls in the shop and women are so nice its very enjoyable beautiful atmosphere and its just the perfect place

This place is way too busy, and although the stylists will fit you in with multiple appointments, you will be left on your own for long periods of time wondering and waiting for your turn.As far as the service goes, the stylists are too busy juggling clients to go the extra mile, so although you pay a hefty amount for quality service, you barely get your moneys worth (if at all). Although I have gone here several times, my last visit was disappointing enough to make me write off this place for good. The stylist Erica who does my blow-out, after washing my hair picked up a wet towel that had fallen on the floor, and calmly tried to use it on me! I politely requested a fresh towel pointing out that it was now dirty, and was inwardly appalled at her complete lack of concern for hygiene or care. During the actual appointment, she was rushed and distracted, and kept looking at the clock to see when her other customer would arrive. Upon the arrival of the other customer, I was put on hold for a good fifteen minutes and explained that because I had been five minutes late for my appointment, I had no choice but to wait while she took her time putting color on this clients hair. The last straw was when she barely put the finishing touches on my hair, and only proceeded to do so when I requested her to straighten out the rough edges. She also refused to accept payment via debit card, and made me go to a nearby ATM to draw cash for her which was highly inconvenient given the fact that I had a baby with me. When I came home, I was dismayed to see that her so-called blow out was already wearing off and I ended up flat ironing my hair as usual the next day, which was a complete waste of money and time for me. Im never coming back. There are other businesses in the area that actually take their clients seriously and care about delivering quality, without making you feel like an imposition. Enough said.

I had an hair appointment at 10am with a hairstylist there. I forgot her name she didn’t tell me she wouldn’t be able to do my hair. So when I arrived ON TIME she tells me I would have to wait only an hour. I wanted for 6 hours. But my daughter was getting her hair done by ANGIE so it wasn’t like I was waiting for nothing. I waited for hours now my stylist finally left at 3pm when my daughter was done. And still couldn’t get my hair done. So I waited all that time for nothing. Also my daughter got her hair done by Angie she was awesome so if you wanna go there request Angie. As a new client you would think that if I made a scheduled appointment it would be secured. Her reasoning behind not “fitting” me in was she is always booked up on Fridays. ALTHOUGH I had an appointment. I was coming in for a crochet hairstyle and left out with nothing done to my head. She wasn’t even apologetic so never ever again for me unless it’s ANGIE. Angie was the one who was trying to accommodate me oh and I the best part was I 33weeks pregnant.

Someone I know went to get their highlights done and had shown a worker Don a photo of how they wanted it done. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Don character as he seems like he can’t follow simple instructions. Completely left the customer dissatisfied and did a terrible job. Don’t know how he is qualified to work at this hair salon.

Rebecca is the best! I have searched for a stylist that will LISTEN to what I say and then cut my hair well. I no longer have bad hair days, I no longer have to fix my sides (I have short hair) when I get home- and Im so happy! My hair grows out beautifully so it styles well between haircuts. If you want a terrific haircut, you want Rebecca!

I have been going to salon for 3 years. My hairdresser is Yesinia! She is awesome! Not only does she do an amazing job of coloring and styling my hair, she has always been incredibly flexible with me and my schedule. I highly recommend her. I am always being complimented on my hair color and style. She can do it all. As far as the salon goes, its clean, and offers everything from hair to nails to facials and massages. Everyone there seems friendly and professional. Highly recommend Yesinia, and no I am not paid for this nor do I know anyone personally at the salon.
