Do not come here!!!! I asked for a specific design before starting he said he could do it he was almost done he said he couldn’t do it. my grandma got both feet and nails bad job they are always rushing it’s my second time coming and I’ll never go back my cousin got her feet done they changed us 160 then proceeded to say 10 more so 180 with tip wouldn’t recommend.

So I visited this nail place because where I usually go was unavailable. Way overpriced! Yes I understand the whole quarantine situation, but don’t overcharge clients. Didn’t want to make a scene, I just simply take my business elsewhere. Quality wasn’t very good either, most of the nails were bumpy. $60 for regular length, nothing fancy. I usually pay $30-$40 for my nails.

I have been to countless nail salon. But, this nail salon is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to! The owner Don, had an nasty attitude with me! While doing my nails he, hurt me really bad! Its been 3 weeks since Ive been there and, my real nails are mess up really bad! Don mess up the texture of my nails! Im looking into suing this nail salon for what he did to me!

I used to be a regular, will never go there again due to the 2 negative encounters on Nov 3rd and today. I initially went to get a full set of acrylic nails which Ive had several times, all nicely done. I was specific with stating what I wanted, natural, thin, oval, following the natural curve of my nails. I had my mind on other things and did not check her work until the 1st day of my vacation realized she had ruined my nails, looked awful and were a health hazard. Left huge gaps between the tip, and my nail, left the sides of my natural nails showing, ridged around cuticles, way too thick, and shaped like a coffin. Edges also sloppy. Never had such a bad set anywhere, period. Upon my return from vacation, I went into the shop to explain and show them what she did. My fault for not getting names. I asked for the owner or manager and was told by the same woman who did this awful set that they were not in. Instead of helping, saying sorry, she insulted me, called me a liar, etc. She did offer to redo them for over the usual cost. She also overcharged me in the first place and then had the nerve to tell me today they never overcharge. I highly recommend you go someplace else. This shop has lost my business, period, and of story. Also want to ad that she accused me of being aggressive and in her space, etc. This seems to be a pattern for this woman to ignore and turn complaints instead of offering an apology, listening, in other words, good customer service.

They do really nice and well done nails and waxing! Tammy is very hard worker and she makes sure everything in ok while do them. I love this place!!

Horrible for waxing and acrylic nails. The woman who waxed my eyebrows went too thin, even when I clearly stated how much I wanted taken off, she proceeded to say that thinner eyebrows looks better and decided that she wanted to take most of my eyebrows off. When she waxed my upper lip, she carelessly put wax all over my lip and burned me. With the acrylics, they did awful. It’s been a week since I got a full set from this salon, and more than of my nails have lifted and fallen off. They were not put on correctly and I will never come here again.

Bad service!!! I went with the white lady to get my nails done and she swore they would last me more than a week and that I wouldn’t have any problems with them on the 3rd day one broke so I went the next day so they could fix it and they were still charging me money to get it fixed and the lady that did them was acting like she didn’t know me and she said that she never said anything. Never coming here again I don’t recommend this nail salon.

This place is the dirtiest most unprofessional nail shop in Lancaster, and they treat black clients like criminals. There are better nail spas in the AV, with nail techs who do a better job and care about their customers. Dont go to Excellent Nail Spa you will regret it.

I get my eyebrows arched here only. Kathy is quick and good. Nice clean look. Shes very nice. Only once I made an appointment and she took someone else and asked me to come back. Normally I would have been upset but I did have something else to do. So I did that, came back and was in and out in a flash.

The owner Kathy is horribly rude. She got in my little sisters face (whos very young and hearing impaired so she was totally confused at the situation) and demanded money because she was painting her nails while waiting on us. We apologized and said we didnt know it wasnt okay, and wed pay for it. Rather than accepting the apology or the money and moving on, she continued to go on and on, stood behind us while we were sitting down getting our nails done and kept running her mouth, and tried to hover over my mom being rude, intimidating & disrespectful. It was unbelievably unprofessional, & over something so petty that we were trying to make right, it could have been resolved rather than her continuing on and escalating the situation, especially because we are regular customers who bring them a lot of business... Should have known since this woman has been rude several times before & has a reputation for fighting with customers (verbally & physically) Other customers followed us out and told us the owner was totally out of line and shouldnt have escalated things to that point. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. (Aside from one AMAZING nail tech there, Tarra. Youre awesome, girl, sorry I wont be coming back)

Very pleasant atmosphere. Employees were polite despite a very loud rude customer being degrading to one of them. My nails look great and my pedicure was very relaxing.7 days later and my naila are still beautiful. Not one chip

Omg I will never go to this shop again the worst customer service ever I went in there for a full set full set starts at $22 they wanted to charge me $48 because I was getting gel polish not gel nails but gel polish for the finishing they wasnt even adding length to them now my nails are really short not only that my daughter was looking at nails design they told her that she needed to take a seat that she cant be standing up but I was also getting her nails done but Im like Im not about to waste my money there and they was being rude the price is ridiculous not reasonable at all dont even go in there and waste your time take your heard earned money somewhere else where its going to be a preciate it at not here I end up leaving I told them no thank you for they service

Took my mom here for her very first pedicure today .. poster on sign says pedis are 20 dollars as soon as they started on my mom it was 30. The lady was really rude didn’t want to turn on the massage chair .. when I asked her to turn it on she did at the very end once she was done . I will never go here again she gave my mom a very bad first experience and on top of that was rushing her phone kept ringing she was distracted and Unfriendly..

This place is horrible! My wife went to get a fill on her nails and they destroyed them. First off they burned her, her nails were rough and lumpy. I took her back in and wanted my money back and they said her nails were lumpy because it was a fill, they told me there was nothing they could do. I was very upset and told them I would not be going there ever again and I would not advise anyone to go there as well. Then the owner came out because I was making a fuss and wanted to fight me. DO NOT GO TO THOS PLACE!!

Went here on a Friday after work. Got there at 5:55pm. And asked for a pedicure and and fill with No paint on nails. Sat down only to be asked if I can come back tomorrow by their security guard. The dude said that he was just doin what he was told to do. And he said that he hoped that they didnt ruin my night. I told him No and that I wont be back. This was my 1st time and last time goin there.. Still went to the next nail shop at by 6:15 and got my pedi and nails done..

I was told I had to leave this place once my feet was in the water, because I had my children. The way she asked me to leave was very rude and disgusting. Don’t support people like this.

I went in to have eyelashes done and the people use hair weave glue on my lashes Which caused an allergic reaction I went in to speak to Kim about it and she began to yell and become defensive Hair glue is not for the eyes I have been sick and cannot work because she put the glue too close to the eyelid I would not recommend this shop because if you are unsatisfied they will not accommodate you.Worst salon experience ever

I’m a 16 year old and I was over priced they said 33 for the length and then 5 for matte then it I handed them 100 and they charged me 53 since I didn’t have my mom or anybody so they took advantage then a big white man grabbed me from the arm and pushed me out when my mom got here to pick me up they hit her with the front door and I had to call the police but they didn’t do anything either NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE AGAIN THERE RACIST TO HISPANICS
