This service was just fine until the pandemic. I took a large hours cut to my job and shortly after lost my job and they did not assist me with extending the time for my outstanding payment at all. I was then given false information about being able to make multiple small payments when in fact that was not an option, only two payments of $150. When I reluctantly agreed to the two larger payments I was informed that $150 would be charged to my account at the time of my next pay period and then the other $150 would be charged two weeks after that (following pay period). I missed a call from them yesterday and was not able to return in the same day and today I’ve been charged the full $300 by them. This is insanely upsetting. The service there has always been great, I really appreciate a loan in a time of need and the employees have always been kind and helpful. But my treatment during this pandemic was terrible. I have always replayed my loans and have only been late one time and during that time I was very communicative. I was lucky to have $300 in my account so I did not go negative but I will now struggle until my unemployment hits, whenever that may be. I understand everyone is struggling throughout this, but the reaction of businesses shows their true colors. And in my opinion this did just that. You have definitely lost my business.
