Great service with a friendly clerk, but it would be much better if it was air conditioned for the customers and not only the employees. As the heat gets worse, the place becomes almost impossible to wait in and the ceiling fans dont cut it! I get the wild west theme theyre going for but unless they start offering true gold backed currency, update the electric a bit lol

The postal folks are nice and helpful but they need to fix the sign on the door to show correct hours for public access for the Cedar Post Office

Edit: It took a long time for USPS to reach to me but they did after about 10 days. They gave me an address to pick up my packages. When I went to pick them up the lady was very nice and helpful. I can see that they are working very hard to deliver mail and packages specially during this times.It also took me a while to edit my previous review.Previous review: The USPS lady that delivers my mail (east side lancaster) has been either losing my packages or putting them inside the wrong mailbox.Over the last month 5 packages say “Delivered” but I have received nothing. The last one was yesterday, it said deliver but I went this morning and nothing was in there.I don’t know how to reach to USPS. The number is a forever hold or just machines talking.I went to their website and filled out to send an email, no luck no one has bother to see what going on with this issue.I will gladly edit this review if I ever get a hold of USPS to tell me what happened with all my packages.

Love coming here, not only for the friendly staff, and great service, but because even though it can get busy during the holidays, i dont mind waiting in the warm atmosphere of this gorgeous art deco building. The New Deal era mural as well as the wood & bronze ornamentation are always such a delight to stare at. This place is a real gem of the Antelope Valley

Staff are unprofessional and ignorant of how to perform their function. Needed a highly time-sensitive certified letter sent, and upon purchasing the envelope that did not need additional postage (per the clerk), we discovered two weeks later that we had been LIED to as the letter returned to us, claiming insufficient postage. Absolutely ridiculous.

Two years ago they delivered to one of my neighbors the orders I made for Christmas and his Christmas order for his daughter to me.I was lucky enough that my neighbor was an honest person and I didnt lost a $400 order.Now this freaking year they did the same thing I dont know if its a coincidence but they order I made was from the same store I made two years ago and again this time my package never arrived and even though they said they delivered my order they never did .I work from home Im always here 24/7 except on Sundays so Im always here and most likely they delivered my order to the wrong neighbors and this time who knows where the postman left my box I never got it!After talking to the store and explaining what happen they replaced my order its out for delivery was suppose to arrive today so far nothing Im still waiting!And the post office doesnt take any responsibility for what happen freaking sucks!

They dont answer the phones. Its very rare that they do, and when they do answer, they are of little or no help. Ive recieved packages deliberately cut opened which is a federal offense but nothing is done. The service manager for this area does not answer or return calls regarding it. USPS as a whole is trash. If you order or ship, try using another postal service.

Three days that no mail has been delivered at my address, I have had mail to be picked up and its still here! ~ are they not working???

The heartless woman behind the counter (Gloria) wouldnt give me a change of address form that should have been in the lobby but the dispenser was empty. There is a huge line and between customers I asked her for the form. Been here for 10 minutes so far and I have to go through the whole line just to get the forms.

Called regarding my mail carrier tearing up my mail and stuffing it in my mailbox. Had to use the 800 number and I was on hold for one hour and 10 minutes!! No excuse for this. It is terrible service!!
