Great place to deliver. Called the day before to confirm appointment at 7am. The lady on the phone was very helpful. Arrived at 6:50am, out at 7:20.

Im here for pickup but employees are here they are talking to each other they dont care for driver old fat lady is rude and they dont care about drivers lol book

Today I went to Jay group for my orientation to start my new job lady was really nice respectful communicated great everybody was actually really nice thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to my future days there. Also they have great benefits they have pensions things that you would want for your future this is a place that you could potentially turn into a career for sure I met someone today thats been there for 29 years! The point is if youre looking for a job check it out....

I visited The Jay Group as a vendor for one of their/my customers. I was there to inspect my companys product and re-work as necessary. The entire staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful. I was provided a large area in which to work and they had everything staged and ready for me when I arrived. The work took longer than I had anticipated and a few of the managers stayed late to allow me the time I needed. Employees on the floor offered to lend a hand several times throughout the day as well. The facility is clean and absolutely beautiful in addition to being state of the art and modern.The customer we share (for different reasons) speaks very highly of what The Jay Group does for them. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to eloquently express thanks to and praise for The Jay Group and their friendly staff. Browse their website and if your company requires their services, I could think of none other I would trust more than The Jay Group! My experiences with them have been nothing less than positive and productive!

Love delivering to places like this. Took pallets right off. They were done unloading me in less than 30 minutes. The receivers were real nice.

This company is a farce. The As Seen on TV website states this company is solely responsible for any and all orders placed through As Seen on TV but they hang up on you when you call to inquire about an order that has not been delivered. I have exhausted every effort to contact As Seen on TV via email and telephone, leaving messages and phone numbers, only for them to be ignored. I placed an order for a product, even paid for express shipping and have been treated like trash by this company. Very Very poor customer support and care.
