(five and half months)Low quality workmanshipHired personnel with low skills, no respect for home, untrustworthyIf this shop did any work in your house and you did not watch them, I recommend you find a way to review the work that was completed.Worker routinely showed up late1st tile installation completed 18 Apr 2020, called them back because tile keep cracking and it was not quality work. Grout had different shades and missing grout in some areas.After removing the first tile installation:Found trash, old wood beam, and used drop sheets behind the wall. Old splinted wood was used to create the shelfWorker burned the wood support beams when installing plumbing and thesoldering work was subparHe also damaged the new tub and sinks. The sinks were re-polished and the tub had to be replaced.Mirrors were mounted using two screws that did not go into studs. Mirrors would have fallen offThe wall was not textured to match the surrounding wall after the old mirror was taken downUsed a permanent marker on the countertopsI cleaned up the mess that was left after second tile installation.

Excellent experience. Martha was very attentive and really helped us narrow down/choose the flooring we wanted. High quality products and friendly/attentive service. Would def. recommend to friends for any flooring projects .

Just want to say thank you to westcoast flooring they did a amazing job at my house i high recommend them so much they did my kitchen and my living room floor i will definitely use them again in the future thanks to mauro and he worker they did my house exactly the way i wanted it if i could i would give them 10 star!!!! thank you guys so much for the great experience!!!!
