These guys were great, they were on time, the process for repair was great. They had to totally repair the cracks in the floor which they did and it looks great. They let me test it out prior to paint and it felt really solid. They took the time to do a good job and it really shows. This shower looks brand new. Great work

This is our second time using Genesis Reglazing and we are so happy with the results. Our tubs and showers look like new.Even our kitchen sink that had some deep chips looks brand new. Called to set up an appointment for an estimate. Received a call back postponing the appointment to the next day. The contractor never showed up. I had my bathtub reglazed about 4 years ago by PKB Reglazing. They did a poor job both times. The first time the tub started peeling after a few months and the second time the tub started peeling after two years. Im wondering if the reason this guy didnt call back is because he used to work for PKB?

The refinisher that came was prompt, polite and professional, even while working around my handyman who was late removing some sink fixtures. When it came time for a follow-up to re-caulk the tub, that same tech worked with me on timing when I got hung up with another meeting. Just had them refinish a 1940s era bathroom sink and bathtub in my rental property. Was very pleased they provided a comprehensive estimate over email and the phone. All I had to do was provide pictures. Meanwhile, the reglaze looks beautiful and his tape prep was immaculate. Strongly recommend this company.

This company is a lifesaver. I attempted to buy a home depot diy kit and try and repaint my bathroom. Horrible idea. Genesis tub reglazing came in and fixed all my mistakes and made my shower and tub look better than ever at an affordable price. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and honest.
