Im writing this review from my now-working MacBook Pro. I dropped it off at fix (IT) chix a few weeks ago because it would power off for no reason, and then not turn back on. It was difficult to track the problem down because sometimes it would work and other times it would not. Tracy and the team were diligent, trying different chargers and opening up the machine, eventually buying and putting in a new battery, which seems to have done the trick.Thanks Tracy and everyone else who worked on it!

I screwed up real bad got a SIM card stuck in my new note 10. But theyre very honest with me and told me that they may not even be able to fix it but they would be able to do what they could. After an hour it was fixed and worked again works like brand new. These very nice and wonderful people save my life and save me a $1000. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Brought my surface in also the first time for a track-pad repair and they only charged the diagnosis fee and fixed it without charging me a bunch of extra labor and parts like GeekSquad was trying to do. I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 7 plus. They got me in within a few days and fixed the phone in about 45 minutes. I had issues a couple days later with 3D-Touch and they told me to bring the phone back in for replacement under warranty. They had the repair completed and fully functioning phone back in my hands within 2 hours (even on a day with tons of new repairs). I love the fact that we have a great local shop to go to for these types of repairs and will continue telling everyone to go to fix (IT) chix!

Excellent company that gave frequent updates as the repair was being completed. They gave me the option of simply buying a new motherboard, or letting them attempt a potentially risky repair that would save me quite a bit if successful. I opted for the risky repair, knowing that I may potentially have to pay for repair work even if it wasnt successful, and they managed to pull it off with flying colors! I would greatly recommend this company to anyone who needs computer/laptop work done!

Couldnt plug in my USB cable to my Pixel C. Went to Geek squad first, wouldnt even look at it.They recommend Fix it Chix, went over, she found problem in 15s. Piece of dirt was inside the port and I couldnt see it. Cost me 5 bucks to get it out. Good deal!

I walked in without an appointment and they stopped everything they were doing to see what was going on with my laptop. After a couple days, they had found the solution and fixed the computer at a very reasonable price. They were friendly, sympathetic to my needs, and even willing to stay later just so I could pick up the laptop when it was finished. I will definitely use them again and will be recommending them to my friends.

We took in an older, used iPhone for a battery replacement. She took the time to ask questions about performance just to make sure a battery was the right course of action. Also ran some extra diagnostics on main components just to make sure everything was in working order. Battery replacement was done very quickly and the price was very reasonable. She even took time to talk with my younger children about various scenarios with gadgets, possible problems and how she fixes them. Great customer service.

I had a very technical repair involving a broken connector on the logic board of an old MacBook Pro. They were very quick to respond to my emails with pictures of the problem, and helped me out remotely by pointing me in the direction of a reputable specialist that could deal with the microscopic repair process. Very knowledgeable-- would highly recommend them if you need a quote, consultation, or repair!

Customer service that far exceeded my expectations. Replaced my iPhone 6s plus screen only to find that the 3D pressure was not functioning properly. They told me to bring it back in and tried multiple new screens until the problem was solved. Hard to find service like this anymore. Highly recommended!

My Ford F-150 Had a brake light lit on the dash. Garage informed me it was a dash cluster issue. 300 to 500 dollar fix! Took cluster to Tracy to soder chip... fixed in less then 15 minutes! Price was perfect.

Unfortunately they were not able to fix my problem, but I will certainly be back if I need any future repairs. The prices are good, they were very professional, quite friendly and spent an hour trying to fix my device at no charge.

I dropped my phone and thought the screen was cracked. I got a call back the same day when I left a message asking how much it would be to fix it. Other places told me 3 or 4 days, and fix IT chix said an hour and a half and came in cheaper than the other places I called. As soon as the parts came in I received a phone call and was able to make an appointment to drop my phone off. When I got there, she looked at my phone and discovered that it was actually just the tempered glass screen protector that broke and not the actual screen on my phone. I was so impressed and happily surprised I tried to pay her anyway!! I will definitely be going back here in the future if I need anything fixed! I was late to a scheduled appointment, my iphone 5s power button was not working but somehow starts to work again when the lady tried it. The lady has a very positive attitude and did not charge me at all.

I decided to come here after doing some research on the other places that fix phones and electronics. Upon walking in, I was greeted and felt confident that I was going to leave my Ipad in great hands. I was kept up to date with the repair and Tracy was nice enough to even stay after hours for me to come pick up my repair. Last week my old iPhone 5C did an odd thing – it bulged open. Inside I could see this bubble like thing. I googled it and what I read concerned me – it sure seemed to be a bad battery, but I read that it could leak or explode. I knew I either needed to fix it or dispose of it properly. Again, I consulted Google and found fix (IT) chix. I got excellent same day service that was exceptionally friendly and reasonably priced in an incredibly convenient location. Great job from start to finish. My Samsung G4 had a loose charger jack and I wasnt sure where to take it. Googled a bunch of places and all were either shut down or only serviced iPhones. Including the Park City Mall kiosk near the Apple store. I took it in on a Saturday, without an appointment, and was told that it would be no more than a half hour, that shed put another repair on hold and that when I stopped back it would be fixed. Terrific! She tightened the jack and told me if it broke that Id get the amount spent on this repair off the cost of a new jack. Awesome. I needed the glass in my camera repaired, and was very pleased with the repair. They were able to do it without opening up my phone, and it was done quickly and professionally!

Was a bit disappointed. I called on a Wednesday since the website said they were open from 9 -6. When I called I received an answering machine message that told me to leave my name and phone number and they will return my call. Well they finally called the following Saturday.Very poor customer service. Was very disappointed.
