Wow, you are a god! These were the only words I could think of when Henry of Computerniks told me my Asus VivoBook 17 was up and running and not going to be another pizza box holder in my collect over the years.Fast, diligent, courteous, knowledgeable and truly skilled. Oh, did I mention very reasonable and an honest businessperson.Just outstanding!

Henry always arrives on time. First he listens to the problem and then makes the necessary corrections. As he fixes the issues, he explains what was done and what i have to change in a way that I can understand. He has helped us with both our MacIntosh and Windows based computers. We highly recommend him.

No Stars. I called to find out if they could help me with my computer and they first put me on hold, and I did call back. I got an actual person and they hung up on me after 17 seconds.Can I give negative stars rating?I read the owner response, and that sounds like it might be a fair assessment. Maybe it was a snow day or something and Comcast could certainly stand to update their service lines.So, to be fair, I will try calling back, and find out what happens. Thank you for explaining that experience. Nobody likes to be hung up on.
