I have a pixel 4a that the fingerprint sensor stopped working. I contacted google and they said that I could use uBreakiFix and have it fixed under warranty.I dropped it off and over the next two days it took 5 attempts to pick up my phone, every time something was wrong with it1. Phone case was cracked2. Screen was chipped3. Fingerprint sensor was misaligned and loose4. Camera would not focus5. Screen is scratchedTo their credit each time they immediately accepted responsibility and took it in to replace the affected component, but a complete and total lack of attention to detail meant that each time something else was wrong with the phone.So after spending close to 5 hours of my time (between driving and waiting) and two days without my phone, Im just going to deal with the scratched screen at this point. Im sure I could go back and they would offer to replace the screen again, but then Im just back at #2, and I am spending more time, gas, etc for a cycle that may never end. I also wonder how many times a phone can be opened and closed before there are other problems that I cant see.So in summary They do a decent job of replacing the affected part, but due to a complete lack of attention to detail each repair creates new problems with other components.

Love that they got me in for the first appointment of the day, the day after I called. I needed a screen replacement on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. They did it within an hour and it looks brand new again! Way cheaper than buying a whole new phone.

Replaced a cracked iPhone screen. Good workmanship and customer service.

I was referred to uBreakiFix by my cell phone insurance company after I cracked my screen. They were able to get it repaired the next day and it only took two hours!About 5 days after the repair, I had an issue with the screen (a vertical white line appeared). I called uBreakiFix and they offered to get me in right away to look at it. I wasnt able to get it in right away, so they were willing to work with my schedule and get me in the next day at a time that worked for me. The repair was again fast, and they didnt charge me as it was covered under their awesome 1 year warranty.Everyone Ive dealt with here has been friendly, courteous and professional and my phone looks like it did the day I took it out of the box. I personally had a great experience and am grateful that they were able to help me so quickly. I definitely will (and already have) recommend uBreakiFix to friends and family.

Made an appointment for my Samsung s21 ultra that they would have to replace the port under warranty. When I got the the gentleman at the desk looked at it and thought there might be some dirt in the port area. It did not look like there was to me. So I let him try it and sure enough while cleaning it out in from of me there was a lot of dust and dirt. When to plug phone in both ways and now working. Also they did not charge me.. excellent customer service. Will be back if needed..

Had a great experience at this location! Tech explained the process thoroughly, was very nice, and was able to fix my issue same day. Communicated when the device as ready for pick up immediately and there was not a scratch on the device after a battery replacement. I would definitely return to this location for future repairs!

My man Thomas is the best you got. Give this man a promotion. Fastest worker in the business. No doubt the greatest diagnostician short of Dr. house himself. Anything short of a raise is heresy. His knowledge and value to your company cant be compared, granted Ill try. His usefulness is similar of force to a jedi. Teach him the ways of the order and do not allow this man to fall to the dark side. Nurture his spirit and water this man so he may blossom into the greatest phone repairer of all time. He is the modern day Steve Jobs, without the hard work of Thomas where would we be. I must say the best quality service Ive had with electronics. My screen cracked and they replaced it and its like a new phone. Very polite, informative, and professional. The prices are good and they make sure your phone is working top notch before you leave their store. Highly recommend.

He answered all my questions without being rude or getting impatient, like a lot of the kids these days do. He treated me with respect and i left there feeling happy. This company is very lucky to have such a smart, professional, caring young man and i will be coming back to this very store with all of my phone problems from now on. When I couldnt find a manufacturer or after market replacement for my elderly fathers lift chair controller, I thought we would have to scrap the perfectly good chair. Corwin at the Lancaster uBRAKEiFIX store was able to evaluate the problem and repair the controller in less than 30 min. What a valuable resource this business is for anyone with small electronic repair needs.

I am not local, and was traveling to lancaster when my son cracked the screen on his phone. I went to this uBreakiFix location and the phone was fixed to perfection. The reason Im writing is not just that--Corwin went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. I was unable to get back to the location before they closed for the day, and unfortunately I was due to leave town early the next morning. Best and easiest repair service I’ve ever used. Recently my wife dropped her expensive note 10 and destroyed the screen. Called around to find the best price and found this store. Was treated properly by their highly trained and professional staff and had my phone repaired in about 2 hours (with a 90 day warranty), very satisfied and would recommend to anyone that needs their phone fixed.

My battery was done for after having the same phone several years. I learned about this place recently opening and I made an appointment via their website. Someone from the store called me almost immediately to explain their process. They keep your phone for a few hours to test your old battery to make sure that’s the issue and then to make sure the new one is working after installation. Everything went as planned and I had a functioning phone and battery again after a few hours. It’s great to not have to constantly plug my phone in!

Had phone in for shattered back glass. Quick turn time (2 hours) and relatively good value - to do the repair at home would have been $50+ in parts and single-use tools, plus the headaches of dealing with fidgety phone stuff along with the usual frustrations if things dont go exactly right and you have to improvise. So definitely worth it in my eyes. Everything appears to function as it should, so as of now, thumbs up on quality of the repair.

Got my Samsung Note 10 plus screen replaced and repaired. I didnt expect Samson to basically almost replace my entire phone except my main board. Got a new battery and everything. incredibly quick also everything worked perfectly after that

Just had the screen replaced on my S10. I dropped the phone off in the evening and picked it up the next morning. So far its working perfectly.Professional interaction with those at uBreakIfix.Not a cheap repair, but Im happy not to buy a new phone. They are a Samsung repair center too.

I brought my Galaxy Note 9 in for a cracked screen repair .. They were fast and knowledgeable and had my phone repaired in a couple hours ... I mentioned I was having issues with my charging cable port and they took a look at it and fixed that issue as well ...I would definitely recommend them ..

My guy took my computer to get fixed. After he paid for it and I got it back,, they emailed me and said that my bill was passed due and wanted me to pay it again. So my guy called them emailed them and they never responded back to him and Ive never heard from him again since so to me they were trying to pull some s***.
