I just wanted to take a minute to shout out KUDOS to Dominic for his excellent customer service. We do not see that a lot with IT technicians and it just makes the job SO MUCH better!I am also client-facing and deal with a lot of unhappy customers when the software isnt working properly, and it is SO HELPFUL to listen, be heard, and communicate with sincerity and empathy to help the clients calm down and/or remain calm.Dominic is professional and friendly while getting the job done.Thank you for making our job easy today Dominic! -Debbie
