I went to seek help for my PC and network. The quality of service I got was excellent. The technician, John, has an outstanding knowledge of the PCs, net work and its process. He was very kind and helpful. It is difficult these days to find knowledge, kindness and support bundled in one person. Thank you John!

The service was pretty good. I wanted to get my PC fixed, and they helped me with just that. Though we had a little trouble at first, they still helped me even though it was my fault to begin with. I thought they caused even more problems with my PC, but really, those problems were already there. Without them I wouldve been forced to buy a new PC. I suggest you give this place a chance and some patience. After all, solving issues on a PC isnt exactly the easiest thing to do.

I have been going to Juan at PC Support since 2009. He and his wife are wonderful and always treat me right. He is fair with his charges, totally!! He doesnt milk you for anything and everything that he does for you, in fact, i sometimes pay him extra because he doesnt charge me enough. He appreciates my business after all these years and i appreciate him always making my computers work great! The man has 4 children and a wife and a business to run. How many of you out there work for free??? If someone spends hours working on something then he should get paid for his services. I can guarantee you if its just something small you dont understand or need him to look at for you, that he probably wont even charge you much if anything at all. He doesnt sit in his shop and think who can i make money off of today, he isnt that kind of person at all. Some people just want something for nothing and never give in return, that is not a mature person. Their word and their deeds dont count much! In my book, if you have integrity, nothing else matters. I support 100% the tech and this business honestly. I have built my gaming pc here and he was able to recommend in detail all what I need and as well as my budget.He had transfer my data from my old computer that wasnt turning on without charging a penny. And I value that is a man who really knows how considerable he was and save me big time. I just did not had time to write a review before. Horrible. horrible, horrible. I got my screen repaired and he destroyed my laptop, it barely opens now. He’s never at the shop and my mom took her computer to get a cleaning and we tried to go pick it up and he wasn’t there so we called and he said he got rid of it.

I had my computer in another shop they took so long and my computer was not been fix so i picked up and choose these location at PC Support, I have a great experience with my computer, the /tech was professional, told me what was wrong with my computer, was able to save my data and install the windows 8 again and I was so happy to see my computer working fine again and provided a very outstanding services, I will recommend to my friends and family and its near the area, thank you again for your great services.

Some reviews just race my blod preasure, I know this place for long time and I have been taking my computer to this place in the ppas 5 years, honestly the tech knowledge you cant question at all, I had several experiences with my computer like virus hard drive issues data loss on 2017 and by trusting myself on this tech he was able to retrieve my valued information and saved me from this disaster I was facing, he was able to restore all my data since I had no backup and no idea how to bring back my information and I really appreciate it the amount of hours he put to recover my information and the charge was so reasonable. I dont understand how others think that he is a joke. If you are not a tech dont question a technicians job. Otherwise do it yourself and $95 or $125 is nothing I would had paid $500 if he asked I was prepared because I wanted my pictures that is my life. I paid only $95 for almost 90gb he had recovered.

Worst over the phone experience, I am explaining to the guy over the phone my situation and he dosnt give one damn about what I am saying. I was just asking over if they provided a service becuase I myself cant do it with out proper equipment, but he shuts me up and tells me he is correct and knows what my situation is. Worst dont even bother going.

Well...............I-I guess i cant complain, my laptop works, been coming here for laptop repair for the third time, thought he might of recognized me but----I guess not. Hes ok, he gets the job done. One thing that botherd me is the fact he thought that i wasnt goin to show up and pay and that hell come back till Saturday😞. But I dunno.......you can come to him to see wuts wrong with your computer system. But best advice is to widened your options on other places in the Antelope Valley an weigh in the repair prices that suits for YOU😊.Hope this review is helpful.

Lol this guys a joke. He got very aggressive with me in front of my wife, he wanted me to to pay 95 dollars to recover data then updated the price to 125 then when we arrived he claim if I wanted Everything recovered I would have to pay 300, he just gonna rip you off and if you catch him hes gonna yell and kick you out the store . He said IM GOING TO DESTROY YOUR DATA, GET OUT! . after he shoved my things into my hand. He scared my wife and everything lol. Just go to the others in Lancaster or Palmdale because this guys got it in for you. PS all hardware is very old and overpriced there smh.

Bad experince!!!!! Do not go to this Shop!!! Had my wifes computer for 5 days. Said he could do a full restore and reinstall Windows 8. Never called, so I went back to the store and he was installing windows 7. I was going to call my wife to see if that was ok for her sence it was her computer. The owner started telling me in broken english that I didnt understand? What??? What I understand is. If you cant do what you were hired to do for a customer, you should call and explane why, in understandable English and dont start telling your customers what an expert you are and the customer just dont understand. He may be an expert but has no customer skill in explaning why and what he is doing. Just blame the customer for not understanding. Yes Im just a little upset!!!

This is the worst place to go to have your computer repaired. The customer service is very bad and outrageous. They are also very prejudice against Black people. He lied about what was wrong with my computer and made me pay for a brand new expensive battery that I didnt need. When the problem kept occurring, I went back to let h him know that and to get my money back for the battery. The guy just went crazy like I did something wrong, making statements that were prejudice. Then he threw my money on the floor. Find someone else to do the job. Poor customer service and poor quality work from someone who does not know how to run a business.

The owner of the shop is crazy. Stay away from him!!!If you take him your laptop he will swap your parts out and give you outdated peices. Plus he will swears at you in Spanish. Hes not IT at all.
