One2One is super at communicating, being patient, and resolving issues. Sometimes IT and tech places can be a bit impatient with people who arent as familiar with the trade, but One2One is always professional and never rushes us. After 17 years of having an on-staff Director of IT, we needed a replacement plan when she retired. The reality was that she did a lot of everything and we couldnt replace her with just one person. Our network was built around her preferences and her particular vision of network engineering priorities. As things were about to change, we knew that we should move to an MSP model and that this transition would require some delicacy.One2One was fantastic in the process of migrating authorities over, helping us navigate what services we no longer needed, and even helping us to prioritize some of our equipment needs that saved us money when they could have kept supporting legacy without our knowing we were making needless investments. Both mirror drives crashed at a friend of mines company and they didnt hear from One2One for a full day later. They had no idea what was going on and 3 days later, the computers are still non-functional and business has been slowed to a crawl. Not sure if One2One is even doing anything useful.

Working for ONE 2 ONE on and off over the past 15 years has been a journey and has had its ups and downs. I returned to full time employment as I saw the great potential and the direction that the company was heading in. With the focus being more defined and the company working towards the goal of helping our staff, customers, and community it is a great place to come each day. Everyday I encounter a new challenge and also some new accomplishments whether it is with technology, or possibly helping a customer through a tough spot. It is very rewarding to work with a team that cares so much about the customers, community and each other.

My company contract with One2One for IT support. A few weeks ago, we had a virus shut down all our servers. Thats the way the system is designed so that a virus on on server doesnt infect the others, but it left us with no phone (VOIP), internet, or email capabilities. One2One worked pretty tirelessly that day. We had phones and internet back before 10 am, and our email was back up before the close of business. They really hustled to get our ability to respond to clients back on-track.
The best in their field. Wouldnt recommend anyone else.
