Ive had MaidPro as my regular house cleaning service over the past several years. When money would get tight wed try other services and independent persons who were cheaper but they never did a good a job as the folks at MaidPro. They are worth paying a little more. Customer service at the office is great and they are very flexible to needs and schedule. For instance, I was recently on vacation and was able to set up having them do a light floors and baths clean while we were away. Kaitlin did such a good job cleaning that when we came home almost a week later (with 4 cats and a pet sitter having been in the house) everything was still pretty clean when we came home.

We have been working with MaidPro to clean our house every other week for the last 3 months. Service has been good. This week, Sabrina T. cleaned and did an amazing job. Above and beyond!

Tonya & Sabrina did a great job deep cleaning my home. We have two dogs who shed a lot, and they tackled it with no issues. They were timely, professional, and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone!

Crista did a wonderful job on our house. Everything was sparkling clean and it was so lovely to come to!

Too expensive. They quoted a first time cleaning at about 4 hours. Ended up staying 8 and bringing an extra person in. $562 is way too much To clean a small apartment (Kitchen, dining area, living room, 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 baths). I will not be using them again!

Had to reclean after they were done.When their cleaner did not arrive, I wasnt offer anything (not that we were expecting a discount), but when I missed an appointment I was billed a fee. Unprofessional and did not want to resolve. Offered discount on future cleaning.

I was billed over $900 for a deep clean/move clean. Baseboards were completely ignored, cabinets were not cleaned, dusting was not done, did not clean flooring behind the toilets, window trim and door trim. I took pictures and sent everything to the general manager. He said he was embarrassed and agreed it was a horrible job. I spent that morning deep cleaning the house myself because I had a photographer coming to take listing pictures of my home. He sent another pro out to make things right. and then STILL ended up charging me $200 more than the original quote. I will never use this company again.

Today was my first time using MaidPro to provide cleaning service. Hailey and Jamie did a spectacular job! The checklist was incredibly thorough and I was delighted by the cute origami style design they made with the toilet paper in each bathroom - what a fun touch! It was our first time using MaidPro for cleaning, so we opted for a special 3-hour priority clean. Our cleaner, Lisa, was very pleasant, professional, and hard working. If I decide to use MaidPro in the future, I would definitely request Lisa as my cleaner again. She was wonderful!

I highly recommend Irish as your MaidPro she made our house so beautifully clean. I have two kids under two so its really hard for me to have the time to actually deep clean my house. None the less clean the baseboards and walls. Her attention to detail is uncanny. We also have three dogs who shed a lot and after she comes I cant find a single hair anywhere. I will definitely be using them as long as she is working for them!

After using countless companies we finally found a cleaning company who consistently provides a high level of service we were seeking. MaidPro did a great job explaining to us what and how they would clean from the start ... and are following through with every visit. Kudos go out to Rose and Veronica. Great Job.

I wish I could review Veronica monthly to give her the accolades she deserves. She has been cleaning our house for years and continues to go above and beyond. After 2 years she still cares enough to treat my home like hers. She even alerted us to an issue with our microwave, prompting us to get a new one. She’s friendly snd considerate and is always giving 150%Veronica has been taking extra care in our home for months now. Every time I come home I notice the extras she takes the time to do without even asking. I always know when I see her name on the checklist our house will be immaculate!

Our initial cleaning is not finished so it isn’t possible for us to rate it over all. However, we found the young women who cleaned for us very pleasant, very thorough, and accommodating. They were Nancy, Nicole, and Shakeeta. We hope we’ll see them again.

First time they have worked at our home, Iliese and Jamie did a great job!

Very disappointed. Just had our weekly reminder call regarding service and something very unexpected came up and we will not be able to have service this week. Was told we would still be charged as it was not quite 24 hours notice. I said that I would then like to completely cancel our service and not once was I asked to reconsider! I have been in customer service all of my professional years and would never have allowed a customer to feel like they did not matter and their business was not important. Anyone reading this review who has a suggestion for a more professional residential service, your recommendations are welcome.

Crista did a great job for me on Thursday. She showed up on time, and worked very hard for over three hours. She had only been here once before, but remembered the specifics for cleaning each room. A couple of rooms had been embarrassingly dirty before she arrived, but all were clean and sparkling by the time she left.

Did a fantastic job in cleaning, very thorough and very friendly staff. The only reason why the experience was not perfect is they went over their house thus resulting in a higher charge than what was originally quoted. I would have been fine with this since the service was well done however there was no advance notification of said increase until after the job was completed. This goes against what was originally stated to me that if the job required fewer or more hours, I would be notified of the change. They still compensated for an hour worth of overage which was kind. Would not have had any issue with paying more, just would be nice to know in advance as some customers may not appreciate that.

Today we had MaidPro in our home for the first time and I cant say how truly happy we are with their work. And the lovely person who did the cleaning for us was wonderful. She took her time and did a fantastic job. These people are great to work with. I highly recommend them.

I am moving out of one home into another, and I needed a thorough move-out clean after a few years without having a cleaning service. Well, when you start moving furniture out, you see the residual of that and I needed some help! I researched several cleaning companies and decided to use Maid Pro because of the quick response, patience, knowledge, and sweet approach by Ruth in the Hershey/Lancaster, PA area! :) She created a positive opinion of your company before anyone even came out.Then, two young ladies arrived on Monday, ready to clean. It was not an easy job and it required some elbow grease, but they did an excellent job! I plan to set up a new ongoing service (Ive never had a cleaning service and always wanted one) at my new home once Im settled, and I plan to use Maid Pro - and I would definitely to recommend them to others. Ill post another review once that regular service gets in place, but for now, the move-out clean exceeded my expectations.THANK YOU Maid Pro for not judging, for being pleasant and efficient, for relieving me of stress and for making my home ready to sell! :)

Jamaraqui crushed it for the second week in a row! Going the extra mile and straightening up areas that we didnt have time to get to. Opening the door with a fresh clean smell along with limited clutter is the best feeling after a long week.

Many different Maid Pros have cleaned my house and all have done a good job, but I especially liked the team of Josh and Tina because it was clear that they paid attention to my written directions on what to skip and what to give extra attention to. Is there a way to request them regularly?
