I usually go with the competition. Under $3 per piece and done in 24 hours. Yorgeys took 8 days to dryclean 3 items and charged me almost $30. No prices posted. That should have been the first red flag. Two stars since the cleaning itself seems good...but not compared to the time or cost. Never again.

Kathy, the person that was in charge at the Columbia ave. Branch was very helpful and drop off my husbands blazer to the Lincoln highway location which was closer to my home. She went above and beyond to do what need to be done to keep her client happy😊 greatly appreciated🙏

First I checked the hours online. They said they were open. Went and they were closed. Went back the next day, only to be treated very rudely and unprofessional. They turned me away. Obviously business is not that important to them. We definitely wont be going back. If your staff dont have manners by now maybe you should have a class on customer service. No wonder there is always a help wanted sign out. If employees treat customers like that I cant imagine how they treat eachother.

Run away as fast as you can! There is nothing “fine” about Yorgey’s. We stuck with them for almost a year hoping it would get better but this is the worst dry cleaning experience we have ever had. There didn’t seem to be any standard in the service we received because occasionally they were perfectly pressed, however, most of the time our clothes were rarely pressed well. I would take them out of the plastic covering and they would be bunched up so tight I had to re-iron all of them. I could have done a better job taking them out of the dryer. Sometimes I would drop off clothing and when I would go to pick them up they would only have part of the order in. I had a shirt with a hole in it after getting it back & the plant manager Kathy G. never returned my calls. They lost a shirt re-do and it took 4 weeks to get it back after many phone calls that were never returned & going into the main plant on Columbia Ave. from Willow Street. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else...anywhere else! We now use Zips and are very pleased with their service, they’re cheaper & you get your clothes back the next day.

Im checking to see what time they close today and I see all these negative remarks. Well, Im a happy customer. Ive had NO problems whatsoever. So, I FELT the need to say Im a satified Yorgeys customer!. Angelo C

A MONTH?! I dropped off a comforter to be cleaned OVER a month ago and I just received it! I was promised it would be back in less than 10 days. I called multiple times over the last few weeks looking for it and they kept telling me they were backed up. Well they dont have to worry about my stuff adding to their backup in the future. Ill never be back.

I have been to several dry cleaners but non of them clean as well as Yorgey’s. They accommodated my time frame and overdelivered. The staff is pleasant.

I have given Yorgeys my custom for almost thirteen years. Excellent communication, friendly staff, and whatever was needed was performed to expectations; and I have taken quite a variety of clothing (some rather costly) to this firm.Negative reviews are probably from several rude (mostly elderly) and ill-mannered individuals here in the southern end of the county. Just a guess.

So Horrible, they almost never pick up my clothes then when they do and we dont get them back, then I call and they say they dont have them after I watch the delivery guy pick them up from my house.

A “two day” turnaround is not a rush.

The layout of the store is a little odd but they do a good job.
