After being a customer for YEARS, poor customer service has caused me to be a customer NO MORE. I was asked to leave a deposit on alterations and the deposit was not properly applied. It took two visits and for me to do a reconciliation of monies paid to monies owed to get THE OWNER and TWO employees to see THAT my account was paid in FULL and that I DID NOT owe $10.00.

This cleaners is a great place to put your clothes. I never had any problems. Great people!!!!

I dropped of new items with tags still on them for alterations, my first garment was stained from oil. They offered to clean it free of charge. They never got the stain out.Second garment has crooked stitching. And finally they damaged my last pair. Use a credit card here since you might have to dispute charges like me.

Super fast service on alterations, seamstress Maria is awesome, she knows what to do with no problem.

I will never go back to this cleaners! They damaged the rings on my 200.00 pair of jeans and the owner, Mike was not willing to make me whole again. The other workers were appalled by his behavior and gave me his cell number because he was trying to avoid me. He tried to blame the rings coming off on Poor quality jeans when I paid almost 200.00 dollars for them- Good American Jeans- and I only wore them a handful of times, they were in great condition. He was very unprofessional and rude! I would reccomend not having your clothes dry cleaned at this place unless you do not care if they are damaged and your not compensated for it.. I will be making a BBB complaint.

I dropped off clothes to be cleaned and laundered. They told me I can pick them up tomorrow bt 1 and 4 pm. I felt this was great due to the fact that all (cleaner)hours are limited during the pandemic.

I had patches put on my uniform here. They first put them in the wrong spot. Then charged me to fix it. Never coming back.

I have been going to Dryclean Express for 20 years. Absolutely the best in town.

I had a great experience at this dry cleaners! I was worried how many days it would take to dry clean my husbands military uniform and it was super fast! lady I talked to was really nice and told me it would be ready the next day after 4:30pm and it was! Definitely recommend this place!

I have never been disappointed with this wonderful establishment. Their work is exemplary, and when I brought in my husbands NFL jersey to have the wrinkles removed, I was astonished to see that every last wrinkle was gone! For those of you who know how difficult it is to get wrinkles out of this particular material, their ability to do so only reinforced my belief that they are they best in the valley. SO glad my son recommended them!

Their seamstress is a magician. Shes amazing at what she does. Plus, the service and work result is always good. Can be a little pricier then the norm but with it.

Delivers exactly what they say, Express dry cleaning. Often get next day pickup without a fee for a rush. Alterations are done quickly as well. Needed a suit done for a funeral and they had it done in the same day so I could catch a flight the following morning.

There work is actually good. The place is ok but its a cleaners. The customer service is great Mona the lady the waited on me she was sweet an kind. Good place to get ur clothes cleaned.

Its hard when working full-time out at Edwards, and seamstress is only there from 10-1pm, and she is the only one who can pin your pants for alterations.

Its ok service. I took in a purse on Monday and they said it would be ready by Saturday morning. Well it was almost closing time and my purse was not ready

Dry Clean Express has been around for a long time. They do all the stuff you expect (fix buttons, etc) but more importantly they do organic cleaning. No more chemical smell in my clothes!!!!! And they are still cheap compared to some of the other cleaners who are using toxic chemicals.
