My son went to go get his check cashed, he went to go buy something at a store and was told his money was fake, the place where he got it cashed would not help him out because 2 days had passed, and I get it, his word against the store, but hes young, he has a kid, he works hard for his money, and to lose $100, how could a place like that give fake bills? Dont they check their money? Only in Lancaster

Today was my second visit to this store this week. Each time I went to retrieve a moneygram sent to me for a nominal amount. However, on neither occasion was I able to do this because according to the agent we dont have any cash on site. How is that possible when your entire function revolves around cashing checks? Smh

Very patient and understanding and help full becuae I couldnt communicate verbally but with paper and pen and asl interpreter they still help me and didnt turn me away or discrimination against me like other places I really am impressed they have awesome customer service

Its not in my heart to get anyone fired or anything incidentally the one male in store on 10th st. Very professional yet friendly and helpful in the utmost it is by him that i came into contact with the rude and faq omitting clerk. in front of him too we were both shocked and idk whats going on but i want to help.because my second trip instore into an distinguished clean and nicely dressed senior citizen standing quietly while clerk rudely talking to him like she was offended he asked i think for his account number only and she was very nasty and acted like i should grin and be annoyed at him too-problem there. i didnt ask her about it lest she do me which she did said its denied and then as i was hoping she go over it with me we were alone no line behind me but she was suddenly rude and cut offish like in a way like she wanted to make me feel in the wrong why i had no anger or frustration to give second thought to its sad.

I went there to cash a money order and the chic wouldnt cash it because i didnt have the money order stub and she lied and said there was no way she could verify it without the stub on it when it clearly have the 1-800 number on it plus the money order number to verify the money order I went to another store and the lady cashed my money order with no problem and verified it... If it was left up to me I wouldnt give yall no stars for lying to a customer👎you suck!!!!!!!!
