I have used this company for several years now after recarpetting my house. My carpet still appears brand new and its due to their expert service. They render service with a professional and pleasant manner in a timely fashion.👍👍

They arrived early. They looked at my beige furniture that two sick cats punished terribly. They said they might not be able to get all the stains out. I said I understand. Rosa was AWESOME!!! Till she finished with my love seat and chair, they looked like new. I just wish the gentleman that did the couch and ottoman had the same attention to detail. My sofa and ottoman look like he only focused on the cushion areas, the arm rests and edges/trim were all still dirty. Rosa only charged me $20 for the Scotchgard (should have been $40), but I gave her the other $20 anyway. Rosa I love you!! Youre a hard working woman that can come clean for me anytime!!!

Rosa and team were great! Arrived on time and even got an oil stain out of my sectional couch. Very professional and efficient and prices were reasonable! I will definitely be scheduling again.

I had several areas with deep stains. The Genisis team got them all out and the 15 year-old carpets look close to new! Very pleased with their professional and courteous service plus their special attention to detail. It was very much appreciated when they called when they knew they were running a little late, only about 20 mins. I recommend this company for all your carpet cleaning needs.
