I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and basically received all lettuce and 2 measly pieces of protein. The contents dont even fill the container.. This is a joke and a rip-off.

Absolute best experience for Sheetz in Lancaster county. Fast food, friendly staff. Its an in-and-out, enjoyable experience. As a customer, Ive only had one mess up with an order at this location, it was fixed within a minute.Impeccable service, staff, and cleanliness. Certainly a flagship store for the Sheetz brand.

I did a mobile order and although the food was good, but there was not much there. The portion size was very small and also they forgot my dipping sauce. I made the order while at work for my lunch break and was not able to run back to get my dipper. This is not the first time I have had issues with my order being wrong at this Sheetz, as well as other locations in Lancaster.

I use this sheets very frequently either for gas or air. I have ordered meals here before but dont normally do so, I have never had an issue with the meals Ive ordered. I would say the wait time on busy days can be lengthy, but this is understandable. I live the free air for my tires and I never have to wait to pump gas. Prices are usually pretty good too.

I’m not going to use this as a forum to complain about the accuracy of my food order so let’s look at the big picture. This store is the definition of convenience as well as prime location. It’s easy in but not as easy getting out in rush hour. It’s easy access to Rt 30, 283, 222 south and 272. It’s right across from a 5 star resort and right down the street from more food places and a grocery store. Renovation in 2017 was good for them..added indoor and outdoor seating and streamlined check out better. This Sheetz will stand the test of time based on prime location!!

The person who designed the layout of this sheetz should be immediately fired. If you’ve been here you know what I mean. Staff is usually nice but a couple of them are downright rude. Used the self checkout to buy a lighter once and it asked for a cashier to come approve my id, the cashier accused me of trying to buy beer at the self checkout and made me pull the lighter out of the bag to show her that’s not what it was? I can’t imagine she couldn’t have just looked at the register instead of being demeaning at ten in the morning. Orders take forever and whenever we order online we still have to wait because they have the order behind the counter and it takes awhile for them to notice us. I just moved out to Lancaster and always frequented the Morgantown sheetz, boy do I miss it.

It disgusts me that this chain has customers with no masks on every single time I go inside. This is one of 2 Sheetz stores that I patronize and they both allow this. And to add insult to injury, they have a sign asking people to “Mask up” on the door, but are not stating that it’s a Pennsylvania law to enter a public place. They won’t enforce the state mandated law, placing all other customers in jeopardy of COVID. Also, there’s no corporate email to report a problem with a store.

Brandon (the store manager) was excellent in helping to resolve an issue with my daughter getting a milkshake she didn’t like. I can see why the store runs so well with him at the helm.

Absolutely horrible. I orded 1 drink, just one. I sae it sitting there while the employee was just standing there working on other orders. It took him at least 5 min to realize, maybe even longer. Then he finally realized and didnt even apologize. The drink tasted awful and the milk that was in it tasted sour. Worst experience ever!

Stopped in this morning and Kelsey greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. Great service!

Associate Lele gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had at this store!!!! I’ve been coming here for over a year, I guess I came at the right time tonight! Corrected my order when I personally messed it up and even explained to me how to use the kiosk in a more efficient manner! 10 million stars for this associate! Give them a raise!!!!!

Staff is friendly and quick at the check out. BUT,, THE NEW COFFEE SUCKS !!! Please get rid of those machines. Coffee is not supposed to be WHITE !!!

The last time I was there three customers came in not wearing masks and the staff refused to do anything or even say anything. This is upsetting because the other time I was there with my wife she dropped her mask for a moment and the staff immediately asked her to put the mask back up.Everything else was great though. The did was good and my cashier was very friendly and sociable.

The way the check line is set up and coming in the one set of doors is terrible,if the lines are backed up and when people are trying to walk over get any merchandise they are right at peoples using atm,practically touching them they are THAT close,one guy lightly ran into my shoulder, this needs addressed immediately!!!!

In my girlfriends taco salad they put the end of the head of lettuce as well as forgetting to put nacho cheese on it.. It tasted horrible giving it 1 out of 5 and the tacos are a 2 out of 5. The rest of the order was ok

Its a Sheetz thats clean.

In the past Ive gotten my order wrong - jalepeno instead of pickles (unexpected and disgusting) and my mozz sticks have come without cheese in them and crushed burger buns. More recently theyve been doing better - I got a drink here and its delicious, just what I needed.

Its 3 55am. I just left the sheetz after asking for a refund because they waited until i was ready to leave to start making my hotdog. I had to get back to work. now ima finish my shift hungry. The supervisor in red shirt never once aknowledged me but he heard me get a refund. He kept busy with some other contractor

Had to wait 30 minutes for a wrap and mozzarella sticks. After receiving my order there was no apology for the wait time, and they bag had marinara sauce on it. Staff also sounded unprofessional behind the line Definitely not good customer service.

I have ordered food on three separate occasions and I have gotten an upset stomach every time.

So this particular Sheetz has some issues. In the past several months 5 people who live in my neighborhood as well as myself have ALL had our credit cards skimmed and fraudulent charges hitting our cards within 48 hours of getting gas from the pumps along Eden Road. Their corporate office claimed they were looking into it but alas, it still continues to happen. Like, I could see one or two people, but for this to repeatedly occur, its either an inside job or they just dont care. Be VERY wary of getting gas here, especially at the pumps on the Eden Road side

The best Sheetz ever. Big, clean, and they have seating area with plenty of space. Their milkshake station is out of this world.

This place is always busy! If youre in for a drink/quick snack/bathroom break it should be ok. I woundt recommend ordering their food MTO, it sounds like it takes a long time. Parking is a pain at times.

If you are getting food here dont get a wrap! Got an italian wrap and i was expecting something a lot different than what I was given. On the wrap I ordered lettuce tomato & onion. There were 2 pieces of onion, 1 tomato slice and so little lettuce I could barely see it. The wrap(the torilla part of it) was huge but the contents were VERY few. Best way to describe it is to take a tortilla fold it in half twice and that was half of the this wrap.

Good place for gas with lots of pumps. Place can be busy. Good store with nice staff and lots of snack foods and drinks to choose from.

Its 1230am, I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. I waited 38 minutes for my food. I counted roughly 7 people in front of me. People that came in after me got food before me. I did ask the one girl behind the counter, she said something about its more convenient to do some orders than others so they did that persons order ahead of mine. Never had that before at any sheetz. I thought it was first come, first serve. Could have went somewhere else in that time and came back and maybe it would have been done by then.

Sheetz is one of Pennsylvanias great gifts to the world. Wawa has only copied what Sheetz conceived. Rutters does a fine job of copying as well, but with some great breakfast options, and then there is Royal Farm and their crack dusted chicken (addictive)... but I digress. This Sheetz was cleaner than most and well lit. I thought it was pretty nice compared to some others. And it is very close to Eden.

Always busy but the staff pull together and manage to offer great service. Easy in and out parking.

Sheetz has a huge selection of Made To Order food, and indoor seating! They have lots of gas pumps and a few diesel as well.

Very nice store with a wide selection. Although just to get a cup of coffee can be complicated with their newfangled machines.

My boyfriend stopped by to get us some dinner. When he got back and we ate and I found a strand of black colored hair in my food. Thats extremely disgusting. I couldnt even finish my food after finding the strand of hair.

Everytime I order food here they give me something else I mean seriously how hard it is to read what it said and make it . Today was the 4th time. And I still get an attitude when I tell them you give me the wrong food
